You'll start out as a small snake in each round. Eat energy pellets to expand your size, and surround or cut in front of other snakes to explode them into (edible) segments. But watch out — because they'll be trying to do the same to you. In this reptilian battle royale, how long can you stay in one piece?
Netflix members can put their reflexes to the test with this mobile version of the classic .io arcade game played by hundreds of millions. Fine-tuned touch controls give you the precision you need to outmaneuver every other sneaky serpent on the field of battle.
SLITHER, EAT, SURVIVE
• Dart in front of other snakes and watch them explode when they hit you head on — then eat them as fast as you can to bulk up.
• Use the boost button to increase your speed at crucial moments. But deploy it wisely, since you'll lose mass each time you boost.

It's not letting me choose a skin anymore. It just says 'play as this snake' and gives me a different one. I guess it's a bug that needs to be fixed.

Was surprised how fun is! The only issue I have right now is I know I score high enough to be on some daily and weekly leaderboards but I don't show up on the top 100 lists. Got the game on S23 through Netflix.

Subscription based, fun game, some things like shrinking radius while coiling and trapping, even power-ups other snake games have might be a nice challenge setting. Enjoyable game.

Updated - They've fixed all the bugs and I can now play it, and save progress! Cheers! Very fun game. Will be good to see them add features and challenges over time.

The dev team fixed the saving issue. The game is great, and chill. It's bots only, so you won't be playing any real people, but it's enjoyable nonetheless for when I have a spare few minutes and need something to do.

Cured me of my ads PTSD. Has no ads free to play sweet simple entertaining, not a data thief, a simple game for fun and relaxation. Easy controls beautiful graphics. This is probably one of the only real Mobile only games that are still out here. It's so beautiful makes me wanna cry. It never shoves unwanted ads down your throat.

Addictive, fun BUT the INITIALLY IMMUNE spawning snakes have such an unfair advantage and can kill you in impossible unwinable ways. It's EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, especially when you're No1 (17k) and get killed in the back of the head while they go through you unharmed.

Well, I wanted to keep my review at 4 stars but has to go to 1. The game constantly gets stuck at "downloading data". I have to clear storage in order to play again but this deletes the current save. 1 step forward and 2 steps back with this update.

Game is fun but broken. At any time a random invincible snake can just ruin the game. Really stupid as it breaks the only rule the game has. I don't have a problem with them being invincible, but they shouldn't be able to kill you with it. Makes the game pointless

It was fun after my first launch, but I've been unable to play since then. Now when I launch the game it says "Downloading data" then it displays "Downloading data is taking longer than expected, please wait" then nothing happens regardless of how long I wait. I've reinstalled and disabled ad blocker but it still gets stuck

It's a smooth game. It does well what it sets out to do. Unfortunately the game didn't log my progress, and I started from the beginning the second time I opened the game. The other snakes in the game aren't real, which took me a while to fully verify. That makes it harder to stand against past experiences of these .io games in which I competed against other players.

Easy to play. It took me a second to get the controls set to how I like. But it's a great game overall. I keep getting stumped with the pass through ability that other players seem to have. Still, I wish there was more skill on the board. I've played a lot of games of this type, and I'm going to stick with this version for a while.

It doesn't even save my progress. I managed to unlock over half of the available skins yesterday. I opened the game again today to find that all my progress is gone (skins, best score, etc.). I won't give this game more than 1 star until this bug is fixed. Edit: now I can't even open the game. It just load forever

It's a decent game. My only issue is its too easy. You get really big and then it's just boring. I also noticed on many different occasions a repeat of snake names so I'm assuming they use bots. Use more people. I will increase the difficulty naturally. Also once you get a certain size the server stars glitching/slowing down. Other than these small issues, it is a great game. I also like the circumference in which you can rotate is smaller than in other similar games.

Progress does not save. Achievements sync, but not the skins, not your scores, not things you've unlocked. Everytime I open the app, it welcomes me as if I'm a new player: every single time like seriously Netflix. Fix this issue ASAP. The game works great without ads, but the game is unplayable.

The time goes by quickly, cause I enjoy the game play and I love trying to get back the snakes from the beginning of this game. I used to get really angry for the way the game and game play just all of sudden just changed. I losted all of the snakes I had accumulated from my games I won and was awarded hard to get snake s. So far, I only play Netflix snake still the closest game play from the beginning. The snake io from reg. Playstore. If you download. You'll see how they set up the game

The same snake game that's been circulating in China and elsewhere, but with no ads (courtesy of Netflix), and additional strategy elements: - you can speed boost at the cost of length, which can catch people off guard - you cannot turn on a dime, making it easier to corner (and be cornered) - people can spawn in 'big' which makes then invincible and high-speed, allowing them to suddenly appear in front of giant mega-snakes (the eventually end of all mega snakes is an invulnerable spawn)

Great upgrade to the classic, but my progress isn't saving when I close & reopen. (Update) Minus a star. I did reachout & spent sometime getting a hold of someone just to find out this is a known issue. Why send me on a goose chase if you already knew this? (Update 2) I appreciate the attempt to fix the issue +1 star, but the game gets stuck in downloading data screen. I've updated the app, tried signing out/in, clearing data/cache, & reinstalling. When it does load there's no saved progress 😕

This is a fun, easy to pick up and play game. As other reviews have pointed out, there's a surprising amount of strategy in both going for length and deciding when to use your boost ability. The controls are very smooth and responsive. I've played other games with a "thumbstick" control like this one, but this is by far the best.
