Woulnt be as bad if the shot meter wasnt so sensitive. Had A LOT of shots move while letting off the screen. Other thing i find lame is how the sho lt colors given can pretty much decide whether or not you pass a level. Seems silly when you have 1 ball tucked away in a corner that you cant get to and they give you a whole bunch of that color just to waste shots.

I'm very close to uninstalling this app. I love it when it works right but that rarely happens anymore. I just got a new phone but when I logged in thru my Facebook, all my stuff is gone. Started me at level 1. It took forever to connect to fb and I can't contact support thru the app, it says enabled. I sent them an email but heard nothing back. I had well over 100 smurfs, some I bought with real money. Please fix!!!

Graphics are cute. It would be nice to see the different areas all together. The game was fun for a little while until levels became so astronomically difficult to win without several boosters. I also tried several times to connect to Facebook, but the game would freeze instead.

The normal levels are playable enough but the don't-loose-a-heart 5-level events lack a serious part of logic: the actual guaranteed possibility to achieve the goal if one plays well. If there's one red ball surrounded by all green balls and luck gives you 31 red balls in a row to shoot, then how the нэιι am I supposed to clear the 5 levels without ever loosing a heart??? [Edit upon reply:] t situation I described was n example. Its not a 1 time at 1 level happening, its a systematic app failure

I love the game but haven't been able to connect to Facebook since it's been installed so no free coins can't invite friends. if it's not fixed I'll be deleting. all my friends want to play but can't connect to Facebook either so I'm basically wasting my time waiting for you to fix problem. I wouldn't recommend installing this game unless they fix the Facebook problem and yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, only getting 1 star unless you fix Facebook issue, then I'll be deleting.

Love this game but since the last update it's been slow, you watch videos and get your reward sometimes but not always. When you watch the videos sometimes there blank or dont load at all. When you finish a level you dont always get your berries. Right now I opened my treasure chest and its frozen having turned for the game multiple times but it's still stuck been that way for hours.

The music won't permanently disable, which is a complete pain the butt. Turn it off, and it will turn itself on again when you start the game up again. Garbage programming. 👎🏻👎🏻🤬🤬

Been waiting for a whole month for them to fix the game cuz it's not updating 😡 Got the same problem that I had for a month now went to the web page downloaded the new update and still the same damn problem wow unbelievable I have sent you screenshots I have told you the problem and it's still not being solved I am very very disappointed.......... Still not workin😤 The same thing 😡 Why can't I play 😭

I love this game. I've spent lots of hours playing this over the years. I'm stuck on level 2270 currently. I've beaten it multiple times but it is frozen and I can no longer play because it doesn't give me the win it just stops in a frozen state. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't help. Sad because this is the only game I play. Great game however just wish I could advance to next level and continue to play but it won't let me.

I have difficulties off and on with this game. It was not a problem in the beginning, but as of the last 2 months there has been no option to watch videos to earn coins. Occasionally I can't move around without going to the map to do so. Usually I can press the arrow at the top of the screen. Update *** Still no solution after emails back and forth. I think it might be time to find a new game, and I've been playing this for a few years at least.

This game is actually a 5. However, after each turn I now have to watch an advertisement that is over 1 minute long with no way of closing out unless I close the game or watch the entire ad for over a minute long. Some ads obnoxiously take you straight to the play store app to force you to download their game. Seriously considering uninstalling at this point.

As much as I like this game, it just keeps going down hill. I am on level 2865, can no longer play as it did some type of download & now no reg games will play. All I get is a blank, white screen when I launch it. Haven't been able to play videos for coins in over 2 years & sending the developers messages & screenshots does nothing. Oh well... was good while it lasted.

The Game Sucks! it stinks! Its horrible! don't Download! They rip you off easily! Its really lousy! same as others say, they give you bonuses on easy levels, but when it comes to the hard ones it's difficult to beat, not only that but aiming the balls to go where you need gets difficult when it's clustered and you can't aim for the ones you need to rid and more than half the time you don't get the color you need either. I've uninstalled the game more than once and that was my final time. A 1/10

I am hooked! I play this for hours a day. But when you get so far in the game, it'll quit loading and eventually you'll have to uninstall it because you won't be able to get back in that game. I've been patiently waiting on this to be fixed but it's been 3 months since I've got to play. This technical issue needs to be addressed quickly.. Once this is fixed, it's a 👍, absolute great and fun game! 🙂 UPDATE-ONCE UPDATED, IT WORKS GREAT. I GIVE IT 5 STARS 🙂

The newest update from 10-24-20 seems to have resolved all the issues. My only complaint is that connecting your Facebook does not save your progress as I thought it would...I would love a way to save this game to play across multiple devices. Also, when I reinstalled to try to fix the previous issues I lost all progress so I am not happy about that! And support does not respond back...so yeah.
