I don't like the app automatically going into a different mode when I get to the store. I click on my list and it no longer let's me see my estimated totals on my various lists. I shop for me and my elderly parents who often send last minute requests. I have trouble +/- items/quantity to a list once I get in the parking lot or am in the store. Sometimes simpler is better. I do like being able to have multiple lists.

crashes every other minute... literally. I've been using this app for years for grocery pickup. it always worked fine. within the last few months, it crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I search for an item, so I'm not able to make an order. I don't remember updating but I guess it did and it was a huge mistake. I reinstalled it and no change. looks like I'm not the only one with this issue...

My list is ready, I'm trying to complete and place my order, app keeps telling me to sign in Every time I sign in it says there are technical difficulties. The latest with the app (recent). Is that I will complete my list, signed in, with my chosen store, and when I check out the app tells me I've changed stores and there are now items unavailable, but I never changed stores. The fuel points aren't immediate either, but they are if you shop inside, this doesn't make sense. It also takes a week or longer to get a response from customer service.>>> Something is wrong with the app today. It's demanding I update my card information and all of it is missing. Was there a breech? It won't accept any city or address I enter and when I get to the state it won't let me choose. Because of this I can't place my order. Please fix. This is ridiculous. (Update) - app is still very glitchy-this morning I couldn't check out from the app but it wasn't telling me why, I logged on to the computer and it told me it couldn't calculate the pick up fee, it took 3 tries. You should also be allowed to make changes to your order within the first hour of it being placed. I wanted to remove some items I didn't need about 15 minutes after placing my order and was told it was too late, this is inconvenient since it was 7a.m. and I'm not picking my order up until 7 tonight. >>>So very slow, it doesn't matter if I use data or wifi. Please fix it. I have to do the click list on the computer because the app is so painfully slow. Unresponsive all morning. I give up. Every time I try to search for an item it takes so long to load, and then I receive an "unresponsive script" *notice. Nothing else on my phone is having this problem, this is my first time using the app for grocery(pick up) service and I can't even complete the list.

The app keeps crashing! After I uninstall and reinstall it works for an hour or so. After that it crashes after 30 seconds or less. I was talking to the cashier yesterday and she said she had another customer complain about the same thing earlier. Otherwise I would give it 3-4 stars. It's functional, but not intuitive; it is not particularly easy to find items or coupons in the search unless they are really basic items. I appreciate the ability to scan the bar code and have the item come up.

Ever since last update I can't sign in. Been using this app for years, never had a problem before. I sent numerous emails to reset my password. But nothing comes through. I have missed the last 2 weeks to use the digital coupons. And not able to see sale items if I don't get the ad in the mail. I live 30 miles from nearest Smiths it's nice if I can use the app to shop. Making it worth the drive.

The app sucks!!! It keeps freezing and refreshing the page, it makes it so hard to navigate through the app and do shopping. Some needs to fix it. Update on your app... it takes forever to load 😒. It's a pain when you're trying to place an order and I know is not my phone since I don't have that issue when ordering from other apps.

It's wild how hard it is to use this app. You have to check your cart between every single added item to make sure it actually added it. Check the amounts on everything too, I've had counts change from multiples down to one. I had to go into my profile and load my card again manually on checkout because it gave me an error multiple times. I'm permanently locked into one Smith's store by default, it doesn't remember when I change. At least I can usually find what I'm searching for.

App keeps automatically logging me out even though I make sure to select the "keep me logged in" and it also keeps randomly changing my store location somewhere 50 miles away. Super buggy, it lags a lot to they need to do better. Note to add: this app has gotten worse. Anytime I try to log in it says it can't authenticate my login at this time. It's been going on for a few days now. Not sure why this hasn't been fixed. I shop smiths primarily and I rely on the app to do my grocery shopping.

Someone who actually uses the app should design it. Store Mode does *not* include your Fresh Values reward card. In order to access it, you have to exit Store Mode (the only real place you use your rewards card), then hit the triple bars to pull up the menu and then *scroll* down to find it because it's at the bottom. So dumb and without any understanding of how people actually use the app 🙄

I have the app since 2020. The upgrades r not helpful 2 the customer. It takes me 2 to 3 X as long 2 fill up my cart and get my order ready ... A waste of my time. Plus it is harder 2 find the digital coupons 4 the weekly special. Now, they took away the cart, and U need 2 put everything onto a list . I have a list! It is on paper in front of me... why do I need another one? It goes from my list 2 the cart. Not my list, 2 ur list and 2 the cart. Maybe I should look 4 a new place 2 shop.

Terrible app. Adding coupons can be confusing. Adding items from weekly ad to list should automatically disappear from list after the ad has ended. Clunkly way to remove stuff from list. Just overall confusing app. 2/28/24 app is getting even worse. Often something went wrong msg. It says try to refresh which doesnt help. Click on an item youd like to add to your list or get the coupon for and you get redirected to some other non related page. Takes 4 steps fpr something that should take one.

I keep shopping at Smith's because their prices are overall better than other stores. I just get frustrated by the return policy, because things have to be returned to the same store they were bought at within one week, and I have to go to customer service to do it, and the customer service hours are inconvenient. If it's a non-perishable item it's crazy to have such a short return time, especially since customer service is often closed during times when I am able to get to the store

With how much this app demands more and more space with its constant updates, I swear it will eventually force me to delete every single other app to make space. Why so bloated? All I want are digital coupons and *sometimes* to look at the weekly ad- and not their digital version, just the print pdf. There is so much unnecessary fluff on this app that is completely unnecessary and then it demands you clear space in order for it to update, or else it won't work.

This app is not user-friendly at all. Half the time, I can't log in, and the digital deals rarely work. I hate going into a Smiths and seeing the "sales" only to find out it has to be a digital deal. I used to almost exclusively shop at Smiths, and because of these digital deals, it has pushed me to shop at other retailers like Winco. My grocery bills have decreased significantly, and there are no surprises about the sales.

I've noticed a recent bug. Every time I open the app, it shows me shopping in a store about 40 miles away (even with location services on and accessible). I have to reset my store every time. I can't seem to find a way to "lock in" my the store that's 1 mile away as my "home store". This started happening within the last 1-2 weeks. It's irritating to have to reset the store each time I log in. I use the app frequently, as that's where I maintain my shopping list...adding items every couple days.

Terrible app, horrible layout. If you figure out how to add coupons it won't actually matter. I added several coupons to my account, went to the store and checked out, punched my number in and the system didn't recognize it. The cashier didn't care or help so I was forced to pay full price for the times, even though I tried to get a coupon for them. And would not have purchased without the coupon. :/ would not recommend

Th digital coupons don't work, so you can't actually get the savings, trying to use the chat feature is AI and doesn't actually help, just wastes your time taking you in circles, tried calling for help and just sit on hold forever. Don't waste your time. The new weekly ad viewer is garbage and doesn't even show everything that is on the print ad.

Make sure to check your receipts after you pick up! I sense a class action lawsuit coming their way! I placed an order yesterday when they had deals and picked up the order today. They charged my card an extra $21.80 because the promos I was promised did not get applied. That is called false advertising! Smiths is trying to pull a fast one on people and advertising one price but then turns around and charges full price!

For a while now, this app hasn't worked very well. It's so slow and takes forever to load. Navigation takes a long time and most of the time links don't work. I'm so tired of trying to use this to price check anything, look up where a product is located, make pick up orders, and basically do anything on this app. It's not user friendly and just overall annoying.

I don't know how long it's been (at least 4 months), but I get a loading loop when trying to use the app. The lag is huge (often 30-45 seconds) even when I'm connected to WiFi. When not connected to WiFi (e g. in-store), the app doesn't work/load. This is problematic because I shop at Smith's every week and, since I no longer have the app to shop my grocery list, I have to print it. However, when I send the list to the printer, it prints a blank page. PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS!
