Do you still accept walk-ins?
Absolutely! Walk-ins are accepted at all SmartStyle locations. But for the VIP treatment, we suggest booking an appointment in advance. Booking ahead not only guarantees your chair but also gives our amazing stylists the time they need to make your hair dreams a reality.

How far in advance can I book?
Booking same-day or up to 3 days in advance—we've got your back. Please note that future booking options may vary depending on the salon's location.

When should I arrive at the salon?
It pays to be on time when it’s hair o'clock. Please arrive punctually to ensure our stylists have the time needed to create your new look. Running a bit late? We’ll wait for a short grace period before removing you from our schedule.

Can I book online without a mobile device?

Downloaded and created an account... When I put in my location for the store in my county, it's telling me it can't find my store... So, I put in the location of a store in another county, same thing... I know we have one, cause I'v been before... Calling and making an appointment took less time than trying to get this useless app to work... App doesn't even deserve 1 star... Uninstalled!

Absolutely worthless app. The only use of this app is the ability to book an appointment before arriving however for reasons unknown you can't book an appointment. It does however act as a speed dial which makes it slightly more useful then 30 seconds on Google.

Still can't make an appointment to get my hair done no matter which way I try. The app doesn't work and neither does the web page, I followed the instructions at the store since no one was able to stop and help and no luck, they don't allow you to make an appointment like stated in the store. This is the first time I have had a problem with them.

Mercedes is awesome. she's an experienced hairstylist that knows how to cut hair. I've gone to different hairstylists and have had awful experiences, I have a lot of hair and hairstylists use this as an excuse for awful haircuts. Mercedes did an excellent job, I got a lot of compliments on my hair and it was very easy to do every morning.

Wouldn't let me register. Said I already had an account. I just downloaded the app so it is impossible to have an account already. Gave it the benefit ot the doubt and just tried to reset the password in case maybe I had an account set up from another site ( Wal-Mart maybe) The forgot you password function is just an endless loop. Very frustrating!

This app if awful! It doesn't give you prices or even the correct options to choose what you actually want to get done. So when you get there you get surprised by the price and the sanitation fee that they have to charge on top of all services! They really need to update and fix it all from scratch.

Jocelyn cut and styled my hair in the past and it was one of the best haircuts and styling I've ever had! She actually listens to me and understands the type of hair I have and cuts it to lay just the way I wanted it. I have really think fine hair and it's naturally wavey so when it's cut wrong I have "big wings" on the side of my head that no matter the products I use the "big wings" reappear!!After I told Jocelyn about my problem she preformed magic and my hair lays perfect and I'm not bald!

Trying to reset my password and it sends me the link but when I click the link it says enter my email for a password reset link! You've also recently switched to sending e receipts which I never consented to. Who in their right mind needs receipts for hair appointments! You're hairs cut its not like you can return it.

I have almost always loved my haircuts. The one time I didn't, I tried to make it work, couldn't make it work, so I went back. A different hair stylist discussed the options with me, to fix what I felt like was a disaster. I insisted on being charged for the haircut, because it was another stylists time, even though they offered to fix for free.

I have been to the shop at N Allen Rd Peoria, Il 3 or 4 times. Had to change stylists due to mine leaving. So I installed app- now won't allow my sign in,won't send me an email to change password. Can't get hold of them at all. I could get $2 coupon if they honorored my account!. They charge an extra $ 2.97 or so extra for extra" coviv-19 cleaning". Which is a rip. All other businesses have rules to follow too. Might as well Uninstaller app & hope for best,when I'm there- 100 miles

The app sucks! I booked a 12:15 color with Caitlyn via the app. On the day of appt I drove an hour to get there only to learn that someone else was booked and already in the chair receiving services. Due to the service I requested Caitlyn was unable to fit me in. I have now rescheduled and will again drive an hour ONLY because I like the stylist. Fix your app so stylists aren't being double booked!

The app is okay. I was hoping that I could choose my stylist, but it's more of a check in feature, so I find that disappointing. I wish it mentioned that before I created an account. The lady that cuts my hair works at Smartstyle, but I have to call whenever I need a haircut & I was hoping this app would make it easier for me to see when she works.

This is a horrid app. Absolutely worthless. It kept telling me my salon was closed. It wasn't. While I was there, it said there was zero wait time which was also incorrect. All stylists were busy. They said they didn't use the app and were horrified it said they were closed when they were not, speculating that's why business was unusually slow. I uninstalled it.

This app is sufficient, not outstanding. It could definitely do better. there's no option for an adult to have a cut without a shampoo. spritzing your head with a water bottle does not count as a shampoo, but a dampening. Also there is no option to leave a notation for your stylist say if you don't want to have shampoo and conditioner put in your hair. Just saying.

I am a stylist at smartstyle and this app gives us constant issues because the appointments dont actually go on the book (unless you book with a specific stylist i believe). it just gives us a pop up and sometimes we miss it or it just doesnt pop up at all. then people show up and we dont have time for them. sometimes people come in saying it says we close at 7 and will book a color and we close at 5! please just call and make an appointment or come in and make one :)

The app does not have enough categories for services. For example , the only services that are listed seem to revolve around haircuts and color. I have seen no references to services for perms or relaxers, which sometimes makes it somewhat difficult for your chosen stylist to determine exactly what service you may need until you arrive at the salon. Some services require more time to accomplish than others, therefore the app should have more services listed.

Overall, not worth installing. Here's why... 1st, and this is not the fault of the app or devs, but appointments made with this app do not sync with the salon - they use a paper spiral-bound calendar. My last visit I had to wait over an hour because they were double booked. 2nd, making an appointment in this app is known as "check in" not "make an appointment". A verbiage issue I know, but "check in" is what I do when I show up at the salon. 3rd, the app only looks ahead about 3 days! Useless.

App is unusable. It doesn't give options for all the services. Only a wash and cut or style. No add-on services for Flat Iron, Deep Conditioner, Blow-out, etc. Also, if I select the wash and cut option, then I have to make a separate appointment for the style. Otherwise, it shows as time unavailable even though the back to back times are available.
