They have upgraded the App, after I reinstalled the app and entered my NIN my account bounce back perfectly. Thanks to the customer care representative that told me to do so.

don't download this app and stop using the bank my account was blocked by them they said it was an NIN issue I have some money there that I need I tried contacting them but they said they are working on it its been a long time the account is still blocked

I feel the upgrade is good, cos I had bad experience with the app some time ago, but now I can say it's better, as an all time Airtel user I love the bonuses and rewards, I recommend this app for all Airtel users

The app is not responding to any of the option highlight in the app nothing is working you can't transfer money, sending money takes weeks to deliver after several calls everything about the app is a messed ...

Account upgrade is practically impossible. My BVN was furnished, it was confirmed using the last two digits of my date of birth. I supplied my ID number including the front and back photos. At the point of taking my facial picture, the entire process stopped. I tried it thrice but always get stuck at the point of taking the facial picture. You guys need to verify my claim and fix it as soon as possible, thank you.

As an Airtel user it is the best app to buy data (that is if you open account with the number) and that's why am giving it 1 star But this bank needs a serious upgrade. I transferred money to my smart cash account and for 3 days I didn't receive the money, when it eventually came it didn't show in my transaction history. If you call their customer service they won't pick the call, if you email them they won't reply, it doesn't work at all. Fix all this issues and it will be one of the best bank.

This is one of the worst bank apps I've ever used. I just decided to test the bank app with some transactions which were successful. I made a transfer to my smart cash wallet about 24hrs ago and it is still yet to reflect on my account. This application is really bad. If it was possible to rate with zero star, I'll have preferred that. Please do something about it. I sent a mail and even tried calling the customer care but all to no avail. Too bad!!!!

Th App is gradually improving. More still needs to be done however. Transaction receipts are not detailed enough. Check others banks and see the difference. The app ought to portray smartness in real sense.

All was going well with this app until I decided to upgrade my account with my NIN/BVN. It went downhill from there. I've been trying to login to no avail. The upgrade was successful as I was notified. Every attempt at logging in has been futile. I even sent a mail to their customer service, no response was gotten. Quite disappointing to be honest.

Okay so far I don't have any issues with the app.. BUT.. There is a but, the name which appeared there is not my name I tried changing it to my name, but all to no avail. Please fix this, it irritates me. I'm giving this a 3 star because of this.

This is one of the most useless wallet have ever use... It was perfect until I receive huge amount and asked me to upgrade my account which was successfully upgraded but till now have not being able to access my account and its over 24hrs

I followed the prompt to input my BVN after just downloading the app. The app keeps failing to progress after that with a notification " error, bad request. Please contact service provider". I should have read other reviews.

I've not been able to access this app so I won't know how good it is. Anytime I want to sign up, it keeps giving me an error message of "Bad request, enter valid input" and it doesn't even allow me to change the information that's there What should I do to resolve this?

This is the most frustrating bank app anyone can ever use the worst customer service slow response my account has been barred for over a month I've called customer service more than 10 times no help. I just want to get my money out of there very annoying and frustrating app. if you are going to Barr the account at least give people the option to validate their BVN or nin on the app or ussd by themselves cause you guys have got the most useless customer service representatives

Can't upgrade my wallet, the app is not allowing me to proceed without providing a middle name. I don't have a middle name. Middle name should not be a mandatory field. No asterisks in the form to indicate mandatory fields.

While we can all agree that the app's interface is quite simple to navigate, I must confess that the offers on Smartcash are so attractive it's unbelievable but true. I must commend your hard work and strategies to pull customers to use the app. It works. Good work y'all.

If it was possible to give a zero star rating I would have. A whole lot of glitches and errors during transactions. In a bid to know what the problem, at the other side sits a bunch of mannerless customer service providers with a zero knowledge of what is what.

The cashback aspect is kind of fraudulent, I always buy data and airtime using the smart cash app, but they don't give me cashback. I have contacted there customer care several times, I have sent emails, it's really crazy that they respond with the same excuses. I will uninstall the app ASAP . Using this app is of your risk because I have experienced other malfunction,

This app seem useless. You can't fund the app. When I tried to find it, it says, a pop up message has been sent to the number. Meanwhile, there is nothing like that. I downloaded the latest app. So, I don't think it's an issue with update. Most especially, it's even difficult for to understand what the is requesting. For example, when it says, enter a number, one does not know what number it requesting
