I have 2 wallets in SMART app. I cannot freeze the amount in SMART or ULTIMA, as it asks for minimum 50 SMART tokens in balance. But when I try to add the tokens to my wallet, it takens me to smartexplorer, where it says no account exists. Also I tried searching through wallet addess, but it says no adress found. Need help

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I regret the day I downloaded this app. They work together with bingx to scam people off their money. All their token can only be found on bingx. You will pay a huge fee and receive little of the token. Smart wallet will automatically steal almost all your coins. I deposited $50 to this app I couldn't withdraw up to $10 back. All my coins was gone for fees. Please avoid this app and the Airdrop it is associated with, they're all scammers. God will punish you all bastards.

Not so smart.... Or it's only smart to get your money. Transferring crypto into this wallet is very fast and smooth, BUT the problem is when you try to transfer money out of it. I've been trying for two days, and I keep receiving this stupid error message: "Network is unreachable, please repeat the operation later". This has been going on for two days, and nobody returns my emais! Is this a scam???

I have been using this App since it launched. It is very simple to navigate and so easy to use. It has been extremely effective for me and I can highly recommend it! 14 May 2024... I love this app, so safe and secure and very easy to use. Highly recommend 👌 28 June 2024... Update - still 5 stars from me. This App has been updated a few times and it gets better each time. I am very happy with it :-) Thank you!

Please the app has been very well, till 2days ago, the screen just went blank. I mean when you open the app, it's blank. It's just the home, scan and settings button that are showing and they aren't actually working. Please what can I do?

I just have to give 1 star because of the worst experience. If I send a transaction my smart will be deducted but the transaction will not go through. I had to top up smart again and send another transaction but the same thing happened. The worse part is that the network fee in smart is not refunded as my transaction didn't go through

Yeah it seems simple and nice, but the reason it gets 2 stars is because it says I need to hold 50 smart to do transactions, which I don't mind. It's just there isn't a buy option in the app. And there's absolutely 0 exchanges that have it that I can use in the U.S.A. all the exchanges that do that I found only operate overseas. So I'm out of luck.

I suspect this app is a scam. They charged me over $50 in transaction fees but still failed to transfer $20 worth of assets. It appears they may be working with BingX, using $BULL tokens as a lure before draining users' accounts through ULTIMA and SMART tokens. Additionally, their support team has been unresponsive to my emails.

I changed my phone, the experience has been terrible. Bull split stopped mining or adding up. Nothing is reflecting on the app.

This is the worst wallet ever..... I tried removing my bull token, they are asking for 10000 smart as fee....... the charge is even bigger than the amount of bull token i want to withdraw.....Zero star ⭐... which there is zero star as an option.

This app is so frustrating.. I cannot withdraw my Ultima token despite meeting all criteria. All it does is to steal my Smart token I keep sending inside the wallet without allow any form of withdrawal!!!!!
