Crashes every time I try to sign in. Removed and reinstalled it several times but still doesn't work. Used to be perfect but now it's completely useless.

Struggling to register, struggling to check, update any information - app just not responding properly. Looks like it does not work if you are outside of UAE.

Can't login... WORST APP... Edit. After 2 years I am commenting again it's not rectifed the problems of this "WORST APP". No use. Can't even login. Taking long time and the app is not even opening.

Like every other app the dubai gov makes, it just doest work. When you try to top up, it sends you a verification number, it doesnt allow you to enter a value, I just don't understand how such a massive problem made it into production

Integrate this app with RTA app and get rid of additional codes to make our life easier. Use the same payment method that is used to top up parking or even better add a wallet option so we can use that to pay for parking and salik within the RTA app.

So far the app isnt working at all. Crashes, doesn't allow to log in, been all day trying to sign in as new member and crashes all the time. Just use RTA app for everything please!

Still no option to login via biometrics or save password via Samsung account as its possible with other apps. Doesn't seem there are any improvements in the app over the last several years.

UPDATE: "THE SALIK MYSTERY" So since salik went public, banks and salik app, refuses to take any digital transaction, by card or credit card. ONLY cash. This they dont tell you, you just get frustrated waiting for a bank OTP and end up buying a recharge card by cash. All the while keeping the IPO healthy with no problems. Nice. Frustrated, that I cannot delete the app, for fear of government fines. This app I am confident that it was made by children who have just come out of coding school.

The worst as RTA . All these apps call centers are useless. Been struggling for more than 5 years email and phone number updated on their system they send to an invalid contact. Same ad for the new account number. USELESS THAT THEY TAKE ONLY THE MONEY BUT SERVICE IS NOT THERE.

This app does not perform smoothly, everytime it crashes itself and also restart the mobile. Everytime it ask for login which is also very annoying. Please check throughly and then release a stable version of this app. Currently this app not even deserve to be given a 1 star rating.

Theb worst app so far. Entered my information 100 time to sign in and the app crushes every time. Even the messages to explain why you can't sign last only a second and can not be accessed after. If the Salik developer can help, please do. The Darb app for Abu Dhabi is great, user friendly and always updated. This one is dysfunctional and impossible to use. I want to pay my toll but i cant!

Verification of the transactions not responding and forced to cancel the transaction. Once cancelled, amounts charges such as 3.00 to 4.00 dirhams for verification being deducted in my accounts. I tried 3 times and all transactions deducted me small charges but the transactions dis not push through. All it does is deduct small amount of money in my account.

I have called the Salik customer care and it seems like they care less to solve this issue. I have sent them a screenshot of the issue and google review they dont seem to act upon it. When they replied to my mail they said its not enough to support the fact that there is an issue with the app. The app is crashing after new update...i uninstalled and reinstalled still the same issue

Crashes often. Each time I have to enter password. Most of the time does not work and have to reset password over and over again. OTP screen crashes often. Not sure what is properly working in this application. Giving 2 star only due to clean interface and funtions but, technically very weak.

The worst app ever Could you please test the application before you release The user experience in payment process is really baaaaad, I can't pay, I can put my email, the keyboard blocked the screen. And everytime I have to use the app, I have always to log in again. And you know what is card type from the first 4 digits, no need to select the type.
