Wanna know why your app no one download? It doesn't let me sign in And also, whenever I type in my password, it doesn't tell me is it right or wrong, so the button just disabled, so yeah

It won't let me hit complete when trying to enter or change my password after the app kicked me out.

I assure you, this isn't the software you're looking for. It is a pale comparison to the apps that are available from the actual manufacturer of the devices.

The app keeps crashing, I've uninstalled and installed so many time, it would work for sometime and crashed again. It's keeps displaying login page and it won't login.

App worked consistently on Galaxy Note8, but login fails with every attempt on an iPhone 11 and Galaxy Z Flip6. We now have a useless ceiling fan.

Crashes every 5 seconds, you can't even add devices it goes so quick. Just use the remote if you buy any of their devices.

Email them and unresponsive. The app cant connect to google home. Provided screenshot on errors occurs still no replies.

App worked fine for a year. Now logged me out and won't let me log back in. The permission checkbox is not checkable (just stays greyed out). Needs to be fixed

The app no longer let's me connect This used to work until recently and I had to change mobile phones absolutely gutted as I can't find my remote for my fan... I've tried contacting by email and so far no response

Does not connect actually to light. For some reason ceiling fan s are using some passive pairing process. Just do what every other smart device does. Also should be able to edit or delete lights I add.

Was working fine until this week. Forces back to login screen and won't allow past. If credentials added, login button refuses to lught up. Clicking login through Google just returns to login. Have reinstalled and no improvement.

Looks like they need more permission than what is necessary to use the app for a fan/light. To collect information as biometrics, access to the microphone and photo storage. For what? It looks very suspicious when they ask permission to access your device (cell phone). I deleted the app for those reasons.

Cannot even register the app because it will not send the code to your email and when you try to use Google to sign in, it doesn't do anything. Just more Chinese junk. If possible, I would give ZERO STARS.

The app is a one-for-all type of installation. Had to try a few different presets to connect the light to the app, and the one that worked has a bunch of different options that my fan doesn't even have (e.g. changing the color temperature of the light just turns off the light, engaging dimmers for the LEDs turns on the fan for some reason etc). The most annoying part however is the app will automatically sign you out after about a month or so for no reason with no warning. Barely does its job.
