I've used quite a few launchers, this one has been my favorite for a while now. This app feels polished, cared for, and gets consistent, meaningful updates. Icon pack studio works as intended with this app as opposed to other launchers. The universal search is so useful. The devs do a good job of combining form and function. I used to constantly tweak my home screen, but with this launcher everything just works and I don't feel the need to, except for when they add new features. Would recommend.

this is a very good launcher, with lots of customizability. it works well, and looks very nice. However, there's one annoying fault: if you install black icons, the 'icon pack icon picker' displays them on a black background (try it with the 'Lines Dark' icons) thus making it impossible to see them. Other than this, it's an excellent launcher. I particularly like the way I can finely position and resize items on the screen. You should definitely give this a try.

I have used this app for 6 years. It was great before, but now it freezes and won't let me even change pages to get to my other apps. It does it at least twice a day and forces me to navigate to my other apps the hard way, and it's unbelievably annoying. I really like using this app, and I don't want to give it up, but I have to consider it if every time I use it, it freezes and won't let me do anything until I reset it or do it the hard way.

I've been looking everywhere for this app. I had it once and couldn't remember the name after I got a new phone. Definitely the best launcher on here. It is SO customizable. And the auto sorted apps are life changing, takes way less time and I don't have to organize everytime I download more. It's also easy to change things if I don't like the sorting. And the new update is great. I don't know what everyone else is talking about. I'm so glad I found this app again. Makes a huge difference! 😁

Used to be fantastic way back in the day, but latest update doesn't seem to add much in the way of any significant functionality over the last 2 updates, while it also seems to have introduced a bug whereby the customized interface (size and layout of app shortcuts) resets itself randomly, usually overnight. This has happened at least 2 or 3 times since the must recent update. Not good.

Had an error where I couldn't scroll to access my app categories. In an unsafe situation, this could lead to danger and harm to the user. When it works it's lovely. They reached out directly to me and seem to be actively trying to fix. They also responded in less than a day, which is honestly incredible. Upped stars to reflect positive changes.

Fantastic App I regret that I didn't find out about this sooner. Everything (except the double tap icons) are customizable. You can make YOUR phone look and act the way YOU want it to. I can see how this could come in handy for visually impaired or senior citizens. The widget placement tool is super intuitive, you can literally move your widget EXACTLY where you want it. This an amazing app. Good job to you, developer. I love it. I'm going to use it forever!

Clean, functional and beautiful! I have used the pro version of this app since the beginning of Smart launcher 3. It has the most functional app drawer of any Android launcher and trust me I have tried them all over the years. It also has a nice universal search and the gestures are a primary selling point. I have had maybe one or two small problems in the whole seven or eight years that I have used this app. At this time it is working flawless for me on an s21fe. Keep up the good work!

Solved my Pixel 8 Pro frustrations. Going to ask though why you can't just drag Apps up from the App Drawer/Page to Home Screen or auto-create folders by dragging icons together on Home Screen. Otherwise, love the App Screen and its organization which is better than anything I have used before. That said, I'd be curious as to how it classifies apps into categories. It's right about 90% of the time, with just a few I had to move. Highly recommend Media, Finance, and Shopping sections.

I love the launcher. Sometimes the "recent apps" window refuses to open. Also I love the automatic wallpaper option but sometimes I might hate one in particular, there doesn't seem to be a way to skip a wallpaper and they repeat. Otherwise it seems fast and sleek, I even paid for the pro version to show support and get new widgets! Awesome Launcher replacement for Pixels.

Smart Launcher is the reason I stay on Android. Being able to customize home screen with double tap features is awesome! For instance, one tap launches Google Maps and double tap on same icon automatically finds fastest route to my home no matter where I'm at. My home screen is far cleaner and more powerful by far. Been using this for years now and it's one of the best apps on my phone.

Definitely my favorite launcher in recent memory. I've tried a lot of other ones out since my last one was no longer supporþed, but this one definitely stood head and shoulders above the other options for what I needed. The interface is neat and the gestures and other similar features are easy to follow and remember. Updates come regularly and often introduce welcome features. I haven't really run into much freezing, lag, or excessive battery drain either. Id highly recommend trying it out!

I have really been enjoying this! To be clear, I was pretty happy with the default UI on my Galaxy S21 fe, I like having widgets and extra things. I wasn't trying to minimize my home screen per se, just customize it some more. I really like how the app page is organized with the different categories, much nicer than the folder system I was using. The automatic organization isn't perfect, but it works well and it's easy enough to move an app to a different category if you want.

No complaints, any issues are inherent to Android 14. I use the 3 button navigation bar, not the gestures. Every few days, the recent apps button fails to work. I used to restart my phone when this happens. Now, I just clear the cache for Pixel Launcher. Other folks have reported this with other 3rd party launchers. It's an android bug, not a Smart Launcher one. Given that, I have no complaints with the launcher. In fact, it's awesome because I have more screen real estate!

I have really enjoyed using this app up to today. However, today the app popped up that I basically no longer have a premium membership. Unfortunately, I purchased the app in December of last year, and am suppose to have a premium membership until December of this year. I did try to restart my phone, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. So, I have to go from five stars to one star until the issue is resolved. As I would be losing out on money.

A lot of different ways to decorate the phone . Love the widgets, especially the way u can shape icons on the screen into flower and circle etc. Love the different fonts which most launchers don't have. I recommend everyone check it out.! 👍 only reason didn't give 5 stars is I funny feel you should have to pay for premium to get all the advantages of the launcher. One of these days in going to put money on a card and try it.

Update: still not crazy about basic widgets and features being behind a pay wall, but I will say the launcher is pretty legit. Clean and quick. Lots of different customizations. The widgets are really solid devs should really look into introducing more of those. also the ability to control widget light mode or dark mode independently of system settings. would also be nice to long press app icons with a notificaton badge and see a list of those notifications.

was looking for a new launcher because my default one wasn't really working for me, this one ended up being pretty good. there arent a lot of new widgets but it's compatible with third party apps. the customizable app drawer is very helpful, premium features aren't annoyingly shoved in your face, overall it's developed great and i'm looking forward to new features.

Works very well on my phone and my Mom's phone. For Mom's phone I setup the locking feature so she can't move the Icons around on the the page or flick them to a new page. I love changing the look of my icons and their layout. I also truly love the back up feature. It has saved a lot of time a number of times. Very good launcher app, worth trying out.

I have the new s24 ultra, and immediately downloaded SL bc I enjoyed it on my s20. Ever since, I've had issues where it freezes randomly my main screen so I can click to open apps, nor scroll up down right or left to other pages on my phone. I have to put it in sleep mode and then reactivate for it to stop. But, sometimes it still won't unlock, so I have to do it multiple times. What's that about? It's disappointing.
