After updating the app, it wouldn't load. I've reinstalled it, still won't load. Not getting any notifications either.

Good idea, but when I tried to search colleagues...it kept saying "no contacts found" strange when the people I searched for have been working for DHL 32years and others longer than me.

Rubbish app from DHL again rolling it out before its been properly developed still got the rigmarole of logging into your wage slip even after you've logged into this app. Supposed to have a portal to the pension site but it hasn't, stop guinea pigging these things and sort them out

What's the point of having the payslip link here if we still have to input all our log in details every time we look at them. Absolutely rubbish and pointless.

After using the smart connect App for the past 12 months without a lny problem, Just tried logging in after returning from Holiday in Turkey to find out I can no longer gain access to the app. Especially seen as I don't have a DHL email.

Awful. When updated could no longer access. Dhl constantly say " benefits on smart connect ". Due to the fact I cannot access smart connect I'm assuming I'm not eligible for any benefits!!

App is full of rubbish. Only got the app to have easier access to my online pay slip. But app just directs you to the website, witch is awful. 👎

Unable to access people places portal. Have contacted customer support on several occasions. Now app has thrown me out and will not log in. Have tried emailing customer support no response. Great customer services

Dont like Social aspects of the app there is no way of changing your preference so you can keep yourself private. I don't want to receive messages from everyone I like to Keep myself to myself.

Absolutely rubbish app every 6 months you have to change your password also you need to download Microsoft authentication app and get a code to log back in to smart connect Why cant you make this app alot more simpler to login Its totally ridiculous You can login to dhl pension app alot easier

A feature that is missing (or I don't knowknow how to do it) is the link/URLsharing in the mobile version.Sometimes I want to share an article or apost but in dont see that feature. Cheers

Need to remain logged in, the constant logging out makes it not worth using. Especially as the password is not able to be saved and not accepting biometric information is an issue.

Got to the initial logon, but following instructions every password I tried it says does not meet company requirements. I used upper and lower case letters, special characters and numbers.

app works the first couple of times you go on it and then just freezes. you have to uninstall and then in stall it again for it to do the same thing over and over again The app needs sorting.

The app in itself is fine. It should be easier though to change channels and it would "help" if editors would provide up2date info. Since December last year (2020) I am greeted with the same "new" article about how the app helped to navigate the pandemic. This does not motivate to use the app, which is a shame.

Decent app, but it still needs some work. It could easier to navigate, and I wish it had a dark mode(preferably AMOLED/black). I love that it has a lot of features, including chat, Employee Directory(for searching info on any employee), COVID-19 Information, Local News, etc. For DHL's in house social network, they have a very good baseline so far.

I have been trying to get into the app and my account, and it blocked the account.. Why, as you do not have a way of changing the password yourself only with Management that do not even bother to reply. Please make it the password visible as this is a main culprit on getting the password wrong. Making it easier to change passwords will help many people . Hope someone will read this from IT department or designer. It's really easy to implement all this. 50 lines of code.
