the app is nice and clean. self intuitive. what I don't like is the negative balance of "-200 Kc" it comes with by default. quite depressing to see. if you add money to the account, it creates confusion between available balance and account balance. if this removed, I will definitely give a 5 star

It works really well, interface is intuitive. I like a lot that you can bring in live information about accounts in other Banks via a token, and have one central hub for monitoring and accessing your overall banking. This feature does not affect applications that you might have for other institutions.

I used to be very happy with this app. But after last update I am not able to orient in it. As somebody mentioned before, IT looks like a high school project, rather than professional app. IT Evžen does not support dark mode anymore, do everytime I use this app, my eyes just hurts when I have to switch to light mode to be able to read text.

This is the worst banking app I've ever used. It lacks basic features like creating virtual cards or checking your ePIN or PIN directly within the app; instead, you're required to visit a branch for these functions. To top it off, even if you have a virtual card, you can't use it because the app doesn't display the card number.

I have set up the way I want my accounts lined up, and they're still constantly switching places. What in the world is that? Why even have the option to line them up when they don't stay in one place? This app just keeps getting worse, and I thought that wasn't possible after that legendary switch from great to horrible.

There are multiple ads on the main screen (insurance, loans and other irrelevant garbage) that push my account overview off screen. These ads cannot be disabled. When it was only a single ad I was patient, but now there are 3 of them, claiming the whole screen, so I started looking into moving my accounts to different bank.

Nice app, does what it should. But there is one bug now: I was using fingerprints for payment approvals, but after adding one more finger to the system, I am unable to use it again. The settings switch always tells me that there is a change and i have to set it again, but it is always the same.

Good job. Edited @2020: for many months ago upgraded dark mode for oled (and true black not gray as in play store etc). using app for long time without any issues. really fast (compared to the first moneta app that was only mobile web in app frame) and many usefull features like biometric auth, desktop widgets or hiding balances. epic work and wish you many satisfied customers as me :)

The app is easy to navigate and use. It has all the functions I need as a student and everything seems to work. One thing I did find an issue with though are the loading times when searching for ATMs, which seem to be very long no matter your internet connection. I would also appreciate more color themes, but that has nothing to do with functionality and isn't very important.

What the hell have you done to your app????!!!?????!!!! This was one of the most professional looking, perfectly functional apps I have ever used. After the latest update it looks like something put together by a student for a school project. This is horrible. Several options are hidden or difficult to find, the design is cancerous, it is unsightly. Please make it look the way it was. This is sad...

After recent update just mentions "something went wrong" and that's it. I would like to politely remind to developers, that people use this program to manage their finances and it is probably the biggest part of bank client experience with the bank. The fact it just stops working without any hint how to fix it is plain negligence. Before when it "worked" it wasn't the best either, especially qr code scanning was of poor quality. What mBank app would scan fine, this one failed.

I had an issue with standing order payment, once date of payment had changed by me. But the actual payment was procesed when the required amount of money was added to the acc, but not with the new date set. This is not expected behavior of the app and service ((( I CAN'T STOP OR CHANGE IT, poor usability, upd2: constantly yellow message about some limits of use. For me is better to make payments on my own, instead of these unfixed bugs in automatic payment.

OK. Add says: "you will have product in a few minutes!" No way! App gives "unexpected error" no matter what way you use to confirm identity (Bank ID, or scan documents). So after 45min of useless attempts you call support and it sounds like they are having a party in the background. Cool. So 1 hr passed and I am going to another bank, thanks.

3D secure authorization via app *never* works first time. It always fails and and works only after logging in and getting the confirmation second time. The app is slow, often glitchy and adding cards to Google wallet (especially on smart watches) is very hit or miss. The app used to be great, it's enough inconvenience to warrant a bank switch at this point.

The app works great. Unfortunately, the amount of spam ads offering different products seems to be increasing over time. This is not really about the app, but they even called me to set up a meeting about new products and clearly tried to make it sound like it was important and some admin about the account needed to be done, which turned out not to be true. Just starting to paint a picture about how this bank is changing for the worse.

Application won't allow me to login if AnyDesk is installed, which is necessary for my work. There is no way to proceed through apart from uninstalling AnyDesk, this is a ridiculously bad design and honestly, the app shouldn't care what users have or don't have installed.

Performance wise it improoves year by year. I like the ease of card settings like turning off dynamic currency conversion in cards. The day they will require google play services will be the day I will leave all Moneta services. -1 for missing country payment whitelists

The app overall does what it should, but is relatively complicated, which is in sync with the internet portal of this bank. I tried to set up a savings account as an active customer several times, the helpdesk pointed to this app, however after logging in there was no path ahead. I'll cancel my account here soon, and will keep in mind never to return to this bank
