Overall I love the game. I'm on puzzle 1000 and have never spent any real money on the game. Yes, life regeneration does take too long but once I run out of lives, I should go back to working anyway. Some levels are easier than others. I can clear some "super hard" levels and still have 10+ moves left, some regular levels cause me to lose all my lives multiple times. It all depends on which boosts you have active.

I originally really loved this game, but at a certain point it very quickly became a pay to win. Microtransactions needed to make any progress at all. It is really sudden, so I don't believe it is a skill thing. I've been stuck on the same section for 2 months with very little progress because I've been refusing to spend money. Just disappointed and frustrated, and I'm not gonna waste my time anymore. Uninstalling it unfortunately :/

It was fun until i reached level 565. After the upgrade i had to repeat a case. that was obnoxious but i liked the game well enough to continue. Now, i am noticing little things that take the fun out of it.Having varying level of difficulty is great. Taking a week plus to get through a level, not so much. No combination seems to work. Too many moves needed to get through one barrier.

So far only into Case 1, but it's fun putting the clues together. As the game progresses, I hope it keeps the momentum going with the characters & the cases. Not a clue how it'll turn out !! as it turns out, the games get tougher ( i like a challenge). but when it gets to the point you just can't win, its a bummer. I'll never know who the murderer is... I uninstalled.

Level 3787 is impossible to complete, even with boosters. Support when they answered said that all levels are possible. I've been on this level for about 2 weeks and I've advanced through 3788 levels already, so I really think I have a valid point. Very frustrating. Good game and fun, but the lives take way too long to regenerate so game play is slow and the player might forget the storyline and characters, especially when referencing earlier chapters.

I like this game, I wish I didn't. The updates to the graphics are nice. The option, once, to watch a video for 3 lousy moves is an improvement. The "free" gift is also better. The fact that the whirling ball goes off whenever IT wants to, not when you do is a real point of contention. More moves to complete a level would be very nice. As soon as I start to enjoy playing I'm out of moves. This is just too frustrating. I had already finished the story I am on now before the first update.

Fun Bejewelled-esque game wherein players solve mysteries as they progress through the levels. An arcade game with a classic twist, this app is sure to pass time in a fun way. I love the graphics and find myself surprised at the quality stories. Since I havent gotten too far in the game, I notice there is not much customization; the premise is that we follow this crime author solve various cases in a small town. Would be great to get some more romance or side-story quests to go along with it.

Match 3 games are my favorite, I've played several. I have an issue with this game. I don't spend a lot of money on games. This one assumes that the payer will. It takes 900 "points" to contine. Also, as the puzzles become more complex, it becomes impossible to solve it without buying boosters. I'm on the second murder, and the bad guy's in jail. That particular puzzle has triple layers of obstacles. It's not possible to solve without boosters. I've tried dozens of times.

Love it! I don't agree with the people complaining about having to buy power-ups... I've never bought anything and I'm over level 2000. Every second or third day there's an event with escalating power-ups, so those are the days to get through those hard-to-beat levels (and sometimes you have to play a level a bunch of times for your luck to work out right!). Plus, every 12 hours or so you can watch an ad and be gifted a bonus. Love the game & keep the new cases coming! :D

It's fun until you get stuck on a level. When that happens I usually don't open the app again for 3-8 months. That way I get an hour of free boosters so I can FINALLY get past the problem level. That's the frustrating part. Thankfully I have a few other games i play in between times. Technically, this is my "only if I'm super bored" game because of the above issue. If they can find a way for us to get more boosters via their Facebook page or in game groups, that would be helpful.

The graphics in the game are awesome. It's fun and engaging Any one will enjoy this game. I truly enjoyed this game, however, very shortly into play, I started hitting difficulties passing levels. The tools one needs to successfully complete challenges requires coins. Most games you simply deal with the inconvenience of watching ads. This is a fun game. The challenges shouldn't be so prohibitive. I simply lost interest. Sad thing.

I like this game a lot, and play it more than I should. But recently the game has started getting "laggy," freezing up during gameplay, and not responding to touches for a second or so, while the graphics spastically go through their motions. More than once, this behavior has resulted in moves I didn't intend or want to make, simply because I wasn't sure what touches had and hadn't been registered.

Beautiful match-3 game! My only complaint is that it's *only* match-3; there's no other game play. (Based on the ads I was expecting logic puzzles or seek and find.) However, if you like match-3, this is really the best game out there right now. Absolutely amazing story line, great characters, fun dialogue, beautiful graphics. The game runs smooth and there's no ad interruptions! It's so much fun! Edit: a couple weeks later I'm on level 1650. It's still wonderful, not too hard at all. A+

Great game! But...I really hate the paper planes. They only come in handy really if you can get a lot of them via the rainbow ball or out of board items. You hit them and they go after a power up you're saving, or that last move and it hits an area that would not even net you that win for the last move. Like, I had one move left and that plane could have removed the one dirt block blocking water and it hits a dirt block that isn't even where it would help...really? Happens all of the time...

I truly wanted to love this game. I love the mystery aspect and graphics are pretty cute too. Unfortunately the match 3 levels are so hard. Most have little to do with skill and are only beaten if the board gives you boosters. If you need to remove 60 cups from the board along with 60 books and 30 something else, and the board only has 5 cups and 4 books you literally cannot beat that in 16 moves unless the board has them. Stuck on levels for days is dumb. Need more moves!

A great game, and if you're patient you will eventually level up. But What made me uninstall it was the ads you can watch to get more chances to advance. I understand having to pay the bills but when the ads continually end in a black screen with no way out except to close the game, that's just alienating people who really like this otherwise nice game. Yeeted.

Loved at first but is rigged like all game apps are. During the beta phase, I racked up progress and probably helped them make the game better. The moment they got the game finished and stable, a clear pattern emerged where you could only advance 3 or 4 levels without having to spend $ or use power ups. Used to be that you could just repeat the level a few times if needed. Not now. You now have to not play a day or two and suddenly the impossible level is easy as pie. Advancement blocking for $.

I thought I'd love this game. The ads suggest that I'd be looking for clues and using observation and logic to solve murders. But it's a series of Bejeweled games with a few text items in between. You arrive at a crime scene, have a few "clues" that you "investigate". The investigation is always a bejeweled game. The clues don't really give you much info but are a pretext for forcing you to play another bejeweled game. It's very repetitive. On top of that, you have to beat each of the games attached to each clue or suspect. There are no hints. You can buy extra moves, though. It all seems designed to make you pay money if you want to progress.

I love this game the story line is great. But like all other match 3 games they think making levels that are hard to pass is enjoyable, it's not. I play these games for relaxation but when you can't get past a level it's frustrating. And there aren't many chances to obtain power ups to help pass these extremely hard levels. Get ready to spend money if you expect to pass some levels.

This is the only game I play that freezes ! Funny it happens when I am winning the round I have notified you several times without hearing back. I have been playing a long time even after you had an error updating and it wiped out all 5 levels I completed ( we did get an apology) but had to start over. I play a lot of games! This is the only game that freezes . I lose the level because I have to dump it and start over,only way to fix it.
