Started out as a great and highly addictive game then it started having some glitches. I worked hard to get to level 86 then all of the sudden the game froze up and wouldn't play unless I updated. Needless to say after I updated the game it took away my eight hundred million almost reaching a billion points!!! Also started me over at LEVEL ONE!! I was livid, hurt, frustrated and disappointed and vowed to never play again. However being that it's so addictive I've started playing again in hopes one day I turn it on my points will be there and I will be back to level 86 but I wasn't so lucky. I'm currently on level twenty something it's taking a long time to get back what I lost and I notice the game winning ratio has dropped tremendously so it's it's hella extra hard getting back what was taken from me but I still love the game😉 If there's any way I could get that back it would be greatly appreciated!!

Game is ok, nice payouts, however I really don't like how it forces you out of the slot you're playing once you complete the challenge and no option to go back to the slot. It Drives me crazy! I was in a slot with 199 free spins and completed the challenge with one spin and was forced out of that slot with no option to re-enter it. Wished they would change this. 😕

I've played this for a few years now. It's a great time killer. As for the gold orb jackpot spins.....that must be for someone else to win because I've never come close in the year I've played. The hourly bonus spin freezes about every 10th spin. No matter how many times you tap "spin", it does nothing. But the timer continues to tick down. Graphics are good though.

I love this game but it has started having too many ads , everytime there is a change while playing another ad pops up, mostly the same over and over. Then it freeze up before giving you the bonus, I have to leave it and return, sometimes it give it when I return, but most of the time it don't. But I still like the game, and I continue to play.

I truly enjoy playing slots era! However, since 1/24/2020, I can only open the app and the screen is frozen. Therefore, I am unable to play any games or get my coins. Is there a solution to fix this issue? I have tried the recommended solution, several times (i.e. force close, close running apps and reboot). This is not solving the issue. Hopefully I can resume playing these slots, since I have been playing slots era over 3 years, and have accumulated many new games etc. Thank you!

Boring and long load times. Uninstalled after 15 minutes. - UPDATE - I gave this game a second chance after getting a new phone. Load times are fine and there is a lot this company does right. But what they got terribly wrong was the "challenge" of finishing a quest. There is nothing challenging about spinning 500 times trying to get a bonus to finish a challenge. After this happens four or five times in a row the descriptive word is tedious. Removed again.

Best slots EVER! From graphics to variety, everything works well together gives you plenty of options and chances to advance. UPDATE- as of late I do not enjoy the game as much because of all the pop-up opportunities to buy, buy, buy! Just to go from one thing to another I i to click out of 3 or 4 of these. Frustrating!!!!

1/30 Still same issues. HELP!! Update 1/7/22. I know this requires an internet connection. I have been playing this for some time & have over 202 billion credits. I also play Scatter Slots with no problems. It works fine. Please help! Update: still can't play because it keeps freezing and/or closes! Have reinstalled many times & never works! Have plenty of memory on device & connected to a data plan even though it says it's not...I love this game but it keeps freezing or just stops & leaves..

Been playing for years. Recently it has went down hill. Support sucks and you can't get really anywhere for long unless you spend cash. I mean I'm gonna still play but it's kind of like smoking, I wish I'd never started. Two years later..support hasn't gotten any better at all. Ive spent quite a bit of $, still can't get ahead. HORRIBLE! Prizes have lowered in hourly spins significantly as well as in mini games. Most mini games are unrealistic in what you have to bet to even get the mini games.

I have to edit my previous review as things have changed drastically since I was last in this game. The graphics and music are still nice – when you get to actually play. Having to x out of no less than 12 pop-up ads every single time I first start the game and then more when I accomplish something is infuriating beyond words. This used to be an entertaining way to kill time but I would never spend real money on this, especially since they are so in your face with the pay-to-play and event ads.

Love that there are missions and goals to accomplish. This game keeps you coming back for more. **edited** Loved playing this game. Goes great for awhile then it gets impossible to play for more than 5 minutes at a time because any bonus money you get doesnt last long in the higher levels. I don't have the patience to take a month or several to get thru a level.

Awesome!! I can't wait to play everyday! Each new slot level is different and visually stunning with beautiful graphics. I don't think I'll ever get tired of playing, the prizes are worth the rewards earned by completing every level. Each level reached is also challenging enough to keep me interested in finding out what the next challenge is gunna be.

game is ok. occasionally you win big...graphics are very nice. But losing is really a huge part of this game. and sometimes murka likes to charge you for things that you didnt even purchase! On top of that, after playing for over 2 years, and getting past level 300 finally, trying to win anything is just pointless. Trying to play the side missions is pointless when you have no coins and the free coins they give you are worth 1 spin at best...don't waste your time or money on this atrocity!

I've fallen in love with all Murka games and this one is no exception! The graphics, music, sounds, machine varieties and especially the challenges keep it exciting (and sometimes frustrating) and always new! Their games have quickly become my most used and favorite apps over the last few months! Thank you and keep them coming! Recently I had an issue with a charge to my account. Expecting a hassle, instead I got a quick and response along with how to get a refund less than 12 hours later!

In the past 2 weeks I have not been able to collect the doubles when you're done with the mission. It always comes up as oops something went wrong and you can always get something later. When you collect your hourly bonus and it asks if you want to double it especially when it's a high amount. It will play the ad. Then it tells you oops something went wrong. I used to really like this game. But now I am just totally frustrated with it.

What is wrong with this game, you try to open and continues to stop, when you do get to play any time you go back to change games it continues to stop and exit out... Also when you have the multiplier to get through the level quicker, the higher the multiplier, the longer the ads!!!!! Fix this game or take it off, people want to play not be aggravated by a poor, sub par game that is not performing right.... Can not rate this game lower than 1 or I Shure as hell would!!!!!!!!!

It's too bad they gradually went further and further into the pop-up adspace. You'll see their reply to this as "these pop-ups are to inform the player of all the new features" when in reality they are just time wasters. They try to pass it off as useful when it's not. So many ads as well, even when I don't click on the "watch ad" buttons. Your multiplier is wasted by ad times. Used to be fun, not anymore. Edit: Canned responses as shown below... how can you work for such a rip-off company?

Way too many ads! I used to enjoy playing these slots so I downloaded it again after not playing for a few years and I like to play my slots on breaks at work and when I'm out smoking at home and there are so many ads when you open the app that I don't ever have time to play. And everytime you go to a different alot there's ads to buy coins and after you collect bonuses or big wins there's a 30 second ad to watch. I timed it and it took me over 2 mins to get through the ads just to collect bonus

I've got tons of coins and wanna just play the game, but even when I'm timed (or not) the game platform or what have you keeps exciting me from the game while I'm in the middle of a project and I'm torn I end up having to keep going back to the game and restarting the project. This makes game play impossible as well as EXTREMELY annoying and I almost don't even want to continue playing. VERY FRUSTRATING. Please fix your game issues and bugs. I hope other people comment as well.
