Let me tell you about slot Bonanza. I was playing Jolly Easter I had 13 billion + coins in my bank. I had at least 20 billion plus coins in the eggs my phone started running slow so I would like the game to restart my phone and I went back to slot Bonanza it went to open up the game all my money was gone all my levels was gone. So explain that. It's nobody but the game itself with the people that run it stealing money and cheating. I would not spend no money with them I wouldn't waste my time.

I am happy to update my review of Infiapps Slot Bonanza. Melissa is without question the most helpful person there as the Customer Service Manager. She has been responsive and helpful when there have been issues with the game. Previously I had given a negative review because the previous manager Yael found reasons not to help customers and she would not help you recover. Melissa on the other hand has bent over backwards to help us out. Thank you, Melissa!

This game delivers tons of thrills! I just recently download this game to an android device that is now out of service. I've used this app many year's ago. I was reminded of this game after running across an old photo associated that was associated with the game. I've been enjoying the game every since. Lots of upgrades from the last use.

I used to enjoy this game so much, especially the Bonanza trail. However, there has been no update and no new trail for the game in years. So I have stopped playing, which is a shame as I really loved the game. I contacted more than a month ago and I am still waiting for a response. So clearly the developer doesn't care much about the players.

Played for several years have fun with it now as of August 2022 I removed 2 stars because the customer service has went down hill they claimed they could not fix the bonanza trail issue I have of missing completed areas and there has been no real update to the game for a while. I still play but not as often.

Use to be my all-time favorite slot, but it is now FILLED with ADs after EVERY play! Bonuses are so few you barely ever see one. The more you bet the less you hit therefore losing more than if you stick with 500-1000 bets. Its all about money for the ppl who made this game as with every other game, even paint-by number ones. Therefore, after years of playing, I am done. Such a joke.🤔🤨😤

Oh well, not so much fun anymore. I lose most of the time now. Especially since they lowered how much you win in the games with 9 lines. Sometimes i play for hours, no bonuses, no flying sacks. And they make the games worse when you tell them about it. I lost most of my coins, and then I bought the wrong gempack and now not able to get refund. Not from Google and not from Joyvoo. Sad. No more in app purchasing for me. Google said they will investigate. So lets see what happens.

Ever since the last update, crashes every time I open the app. Also, can never get email bonus coins, app closes every time. Used to be real good, now not so much. Update...getting worse! Every time I open this app it closes. Beginning to really suck.

Love this game. Used to have lots of slot bonanza winnings or bonus games! But now hardly any slot bonanza wins or bonus games. This is just a fun game to play to just play for fun. No loss from your game at all!! It was exciting to get the bonus games or slot bonanza wins!! You improved a few things. But, this game is for fun! So let the player win a bit, to take away from every day hardships! Especially now with COVID19! Thanks for listening to your players!!

I'm done!! I have tried contacting you, but when it asks for my email address, it states that it is an incorrect email.. The game is still closing by itself. When I tried to contact you, via the game, it states that it needs an email address; I enter my email and it states it needs a correct address. This is not the first time your app has stated that my email is incorrect; it is correct. Please fix.

I think I started using this app 6 years ago, as a way to pass time while my then 17 yr old (now 23) was in the hospital for several days. It doesnt require internet to play games once they are downloaded, which is awesome when you dont want to use up your data. 😊 Recommend this game... Video Poker is my favorite! My only criticism, the black diamond games very rarely seem to pay out... Maybe 10% off the time I win enough to play for more than an extra spin or two.

This game sucks! All they want is your money. They might let you win for few minutes but you'll end up loosing everything! This just not happened once but always. All the time i buy coins and even free coins nothing's left. I will not recommend this game! Uninstall! Nice pay out??? Common... i have been a player of your game for years now. As you update your game it only gets worst and worst. Now after many years im done. Uninstalled it already!

Cheating game I have always had problems with it when I buy points. In the auto spin, it goes to max bet when you complete a level and it steals your points before you know it. It took 28 billion from me at 6:00 o'clock this morning on auto spin, I was playing 60 million and when it completed a level it jumped to 3 billion on my bet. When I got through brushing my teeth and walked over and picked up my phone, it was betting 3 billion, and wouldn't stop when I tried to stop it. All screwed up.

I have just changed phones. The app transfered over but none of my game progress or coins did. I was connected to Facebook and saving game progress. I have a wifi connection but when i try to go to in the Vip or store it says i have no internet connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still have same issue. I get an error if try to make contact through game. Help

I love this game! I had problems and had to update this game and then I could not get in to the game, I sent 2 emails for help, I have been playing this game for years and was up over 1100 or more levels and got no response, so I tried to uninstall,and install and lost everything, really pissed off! !!! But now back up in levels and enjoy it every day. 100% recommend.

I used to love this app. I have it a very long time and realized it is just like a casino, rigged and fixed... Everything was fine until I got to a high level. They allow you to win, then take all of your coins back,( to which I have been buying gems ), to get coins, so it is all a fixed thing. I don't know how they can rig a game on your phone, but apparently Slot Bonanza is. I'm very disappointed as I always have someone from the company transfer it when I get a new cell phone. Done.
