Advertised as a "no ads" game, but it has more ads than any other game I've ever played. Worse, they use the extremely abusive ad agent that makes closing 2 minute long ads impossible. Even worse still, after defeat in-game, it tries to FORCE in-game purchases with no possible way to close the pop-up besides clicking on purchasing upgrades for $2. How is this game not banned?

There is fun to be had, but the New years icon was a slime with a money gun for a reason. The introduction of VIP for $20 is a slap in the face to past players. They put the convenient sweep feature behind that pay wall. If you want to enjoy the game fully, then you gotta shell out a few dollars here and there. If not, then I hope you like watching ads.

The game itself isn't to bad but it's got to many problems to be fun or higher stars. Immediately after you start playing there's a wall you hit so everything is slow to do anything. Nothing seems to be balanced, there's so many micro transaction pop ups, ad things that float around, ads everywhere, and with stuff like summons you can barely summon any hero after a bit. They try and bait people with "good deals" by having pop-ups for various things that are like 20-30 dollars for it. Its not fun

It's fun - *IF* you can ignore the ads. But there are way too many ads that keep popping up. It's like playing on a computer heavily infected with malware, or visiting a sketchy website without an adblocker for your browser. I bought the $20 ad remover, but the ads keep popping up everywhere, getting in the way of playing the game itself. The ad remover just makes it so you can collect rewards from 3rd party ad rewards without having to watch a 3rd party ad, but the in-app ads are blasted always

Honestly, you know the type. Spend gold to upgrade stats by minimal amounts. Use a non-premium currency to open chests for gear that upgrades in rarity the more you pull, ads for every action imaginable, and a severely resource gated gameplay loop that's, conveniently, completely bypassed with a credit card. If you're into that, well, good for you, I guess. But I'd guess there's better versions of this particular kind of idler. Unless you really, really like slimes. Bland game, to say the least.

There is a decent game buried in here. But there are some issues. 1. Ads are intrusive. 2. Level cap of 200 along with no way to exchange excess hero cards of a type. I have so many extra of 3 heroes. 3. Expedition progress ends at level 51, and that means the gold giving one is useless after a while. 4. Calendar rewards are bugged. I have 35 days for a month, and it's not resetting. 5. Level up reward that gives a hero is giving the same one, even though it's now level capped for me.

Game is fun but it's not even pretending to be consumer friendly. First, it's an ad watch simulator unless you pay $20 to remove them, which is 2x as much as that should cost. Then, there are QOL features locked behind another $20 VIP pass. And then there are events featuring new characters where unless you buy a $20 premium pass you have zero access to the new character. Not "it takes longer" or "you have to work harder", new char is not in the free lane AT ALL. Very predatory monetization.

I was enjoying this game and made the occasional small in-app purchase. Unfortunately my last one was "lost" and customer service is non-existent. On top of that many features are now hidden behind a very expensive pay wall. Such as watching a video to gain an extra expedition key you can do this but if you're not strong enough to beat the next group you can no longer sweep the previous level without paying $19.90 for VIP. Definitely not worth it.

It was alright. Why did you all make the change to lock sweeping previous levels to VIP? Thats such a dumb thing to do. I was moderately enjoying the game up until that point. It doesn't have a lot to offer. Though the ads are very annoying. I get they're optional but it seems like that's the main focus. You want a buff? Watch an ad, the more ads you watch the stronger the buff will be. It's the same for if you want to get extra pulls for the weapons and armor. Very ad heavy. It's OK though.

I foolishly bought in to this game. paid like $40-50 for all the "upgrades" that should have been basic features in the first place. After getting a new phone and redownloading I've lost all my progress. purchases are still active but I was ranked number one in PVP and I now have none of characters, story progression...nothing. almost unworth the grind to start over..poor design to not honor progression with a backup.

They don't really change much up like they have had the same heros in the challenge shop since I've started playing as well as when you level up and the chance to get hero fragments is the same hero. Makes it difficult to level up other heros. Losing interest quickly as expedition levels max out as well. It's hard to progress once you reach a certain point.

The tutorial is so annoying I can't even play the game or get into it. For the love of all that is good, if your game is good it shouldn't be hard to figure out without a tutorial, its not like it has ANY unique game mechanics to justify it. I hate the micro managing of what is a very simple afk game. At least add an option to turn it off, I understand clicking buttons perchases upgrades, your tutorial doesn't need to point out EVERY upgrade button and force me to press it. Uninstalling.

Quickly run out of things to do every day, only a couple minutes playtime before I've done all I can. Kinda fun but really not that much to do, gets repetitive fast, not much progress, way too much monetization, and ads out the wazoo. It's well put together though and I play it often, just wish they wouldn't ask for money from every angle

Ads, ads, ads - I get that ads are there to support development, but they are literally everywhere. A bubble for a reward that floats around the screen and gets in the way while you're tapping, ads to complete achievements, ads and pay walls for events (IE: you have to pay to continue getting the free rewards - and some of those are also ad-locked), and some of the "achievements" and event tasks are literally "make a purchase" or you can't progress - even if there is "free" content behind it.

It's a good game, the only thing that I have to say is that the forceful tutorial is too abrasive, I found myself being frustrated because it took the control away from me, and the tutorial dumps so much on you at once that I have to refigure out where everything is afterwards. Other than that you have a game that knows it's niche and plays it well, not anything new but it will pass the time.

This game could be amazing. It's really fun in the beginning and then gets extremely slow and boring. It gets really hard to make progress, heroes cap at level 200, and then you still get tons of shards for them that you can't use. Event rewards need more levels or rewards. Events are like 30 days lo. You get all rewards in the first days, so it gets really boring to play the event. Expeditions stop at level 51, and it's boring after that since you can't progress. Everything needs more levels.

Lots of adds which id be almost ok with if not for the locking up and not finishing so I have to restart app and loose last 5 min of progress each time. Always the Ninjago add but once in a while others. Now with the update you only get the boosts of they appear on the screen and if you notice them while they are there. Really sucks when they move off screen while you're doing something else this is a downgrade to the game please restore the previous system it worked better.

Before exiting spend a few moments on main screen to ensure it saves progress and doesn't glitch away resources from lack of save, also there are a few minor glitches since last update, would rate higher if not for the glitches.... Aside from that it is a fun and easy game. Needs a little more work though. Will amend review if/when glitches are fixed

It works when it works. When I had started out, everything ran smoothly and without issue, but once I got into higher tiers the targeting seems to no longer work. The expedition raids end up having all the enemies stuck behind the base and my units stop just before they reach said base, swatting at air. In the arena, ranged units don't approach each other and will put the match in a softlock. Since there are only abort buttons on some raids, I end up needing to close the game out pretty often.

My 4 star review is being reduced to 1. Everytime I log in, I've lost several minutes of progress but the resources spent are still gone. I'm hemorrhaging heroic stone and fragments here! Also, I pay for the auto blessing feature, since they've made it difficult to activate it manually now, and it's not giving me credit in the seasonal event for activating it. I was online for 30 min and, while it did activate, no credit on the seasonal. Game is broke and there's no where to report it.
