This is one of the WORST apps in history. Getting to a year now, I have been declined access to my account... I have sent lots and loads of complaints sent to their costumer's service but to no avail.... Now, I got a message that they are to debit me in my currency equivalent for inactivity, which has been solely caused by this app. Don't download this app!! It's not worth the stress!! This app doesn't deserve a star sef.

I can't log in to my account. I've probably tried everything. The Android app is completely useless, irritating and worthless. Card payments are not possible without confirmation by the application to which it is not possible to log in. The only thing you do well is collecting fees.

İ really like the app fo the beigener and for the people who used it for the better and smooth transaction.... But the thing on which i am getting difficulty iss that i can't withdraw the amount to my mobile Wallet everytimes the money add back up to my account and Show that the transaction was successful but it's not detected from the skrill account and add to my mobile Wallet

The app is a scam. They don't trigger security check when making a deposit but when withdraw, so you will have your money stuck in their account. They will keep asking security checks and don't let you get your money back. Check reddit! A lot of people have similar experience!!!

AVOID USING THIS APP!!! This app is a scam!! It shouldn't even be on play store! I made the mistake of using this app to make an online purchase and not only I couldn't buy it but I lost my money in fees & trying to withdraw them back! Don't bother with Customer service as its just an AI bot, withdrawing your money is never happening. I hope this review helps other to use this app. You will only lose your money!! I hope play store removes it asap! Shouldn't be allowed here. Its a scam!!

This app is horrible. I keep having issues logging in and somehow my card number was compromised and I try to log in to turn my card off and to my surprise I can't turn it off and can't get thru on the phone. This is ridiculous

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. My experience with this app has been, I have been try to withdraw money that I have in my Skrill account but the is an error message all the time. I have followed all the instructions necessary to withdraw my money but nothing works, I even sent an email but no response. I would highly recommend you do not download this app, high chance of never getting your money back.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Once your money is in this wallet, you cannot withdraw it as it is. You will be charged w/ exorbitant fees & at very low exchange rates! ...even Skrill-Skrill has a fee! Int'l.Money Transfer is also NOT FREE, & there's NO WAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM THIS WALLET but through a withdrawal for another exorbitant fee! You deposit money, you pay a fee! Paysafe is very cunning at deceiving! Their customer service is also among the worst there is!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Actually now a days skril is not working properly my transaction was on pending for 14 days I contacted customer they said it still on process there are working they didn't resolve my problem my money got stuck in the app for 14 days aftet 14 day it transaction canceled and I got refund. But it was my tuition fee for my collage.i suffered a lot during these days .so please take necessary action asap. Thank you

Never faced such a Worst experience from any other payment platforms except this skrill. 0% assurance for our money through this platform,I have accidently make a payment of£131.50 to this account that I didn't get back yet.stil sending mails for that. Poor customer service as well, can't connect with them in any payment related emergency no 24×7 options. Totally it's horrible.

Disappointing app I completed the initial verification process. My first win paid well, no issues. My second win my account was restricted. I reached out for assistance only to receive little response & no explanation. The 3rd time I won & attempted to withdraw my winnings the money would process then immediately cancel out my transaction. 5 attempts later I gave up. Lost my money. I'm asking for reimbursement. My tickets are conveniently closed, no explanation. No accountability whatsoever!

Worst financial app. Verification process takes way too long. Customer service poor. No on responds to your emails. They take your money and then they ask you to verify, like how silly is that? Can't verify my address because they want me to scan my documents and all my documents with my current address are electronic. Their location verification doesn't work either. Hate it!

Pathetic support!!! They automatically close the ticket without any confirmation if your problem was resolved or not. Happened to me twice. I haven't been able to transfer money through the app yet even with all the verification done. Makes you think what kind of support one would get if anything goes wrong like your money is deducted and transaction never goes through.

Transaction fails every time, what's the point! This app is a scam. Customer support is unresponsive. I had to call multiple times even just to connect with a human being on the other side and they ended up giving generic info without solving the issue. Tried messaging them as well, but you guessed it right, they don't respond. I would say don't bother creating an account, anyways the limit is just USD 4500 per month.

I spent over a month trying to get the app to work properly. Two fix tickets, and attempting to log on from a computer to navigate their dashboard as instructed by their so called customer support. All for nothing. The app won't work to transfer anything, and any attempt to log in from a computer ends with a "something went wrong" screen. And of course there is Noone that can be contacted to attempt to troubleshoot. This app is a scam. Now I'm closing my account and worried about my pers info.

Customer service is friendly and app layout is easy to navigate. But, I wasn't able to load/fund account using my debit card. For whatever reason, the system recognized it as credit and for credit, there are higher fees associated with it and ridiculously low limits set. Couldn't fund. Couldn't transfer. Uninstalling. *Please don't sell my information*

USELESS customer service. The app gives you the option of holding multiple currency in the account, loosing money when converting the money, but then you can't use them neither to pay by card, withdraw them, or even online. That's such a useless service to have. And when contacting customer service, they don't even give you the option to talk with a real person so you can properly explain the issue, they just "resolve" the problem by giving a completely different answer. ABSOLUTLEY USELESS!!!!
