Skip the Dishes, more like skip this app. Ordered, spent money, the order was messed up. Voiced my issues, what did Skip do?... Not a damn, thing. Not the first time either. It will be the last though. I'll never use this app ever again.

The worst customer service of all food service apps. My courier mysteriously disappeared, which made my eta go up by 16 min. When I contacted support they offered no information at all...simply, your food will arrive at X time. ...it didn't. By the time I responded, the CSR ended the chat...I tired to contact support again, and my chat ended before it began....needless to say, I will no longer use this service... despite higher service fees, the competing services are far more beneficial.

I used to get really good offers that I could earn extra rewards, but lately my offers relate to foods and items I never order. I don't really ever use skip express or Walmart shopping and I only order food on this app. Please adjust the offers to fit what I order then I will recommend and up my rating.

Delivery driver delivered to the wrong business and left my order outside. When I contacted skip to deliver my food to the correct place they told me they do not redeliver and could give me a 50% refund as skip points. I will never use this service again and those points are useless. Do not use this service they just take your money and leave you hungry.

I highly recommend you do not use this app. Multiple times I've had my order incorrect. Sometimes they would reimburse me correctly. Other times they would not. More times than often they would not reimburse me correctly for the mistakes they made. Nor would they have someone come and fix their mistakes. I recommend another service.

Did not assist when I needed it on very bad order. However, I have used them a few times on business trips and it has been pretty good. So I have changed my rating. The only thing I would ask is that they prompt customers about cutlery before submitting orders. Twice now I have forgotten and have had to scrounge up utensils for my meal

I was an a dedicated skip user. I have spend thousands with them over the years. The costs go up for customer service but their support centre is terrible. If their chat support is rude or you don't like the decision, nothing you can do. I don't have an issue with the food, drivers or even the high cost. But they charge extra fees for their services but the app support is the worst its ever been. I won't use them again.

To be very honest it's not a great app. You pay for delivery and they do multiple deliveries before it gets to your house. And then your food is cold and they don't care. The drivers don't follow instructions. Multiple times my order is not correct it's hard to get any service through this app. It's a risk you have to take if you have the munchies I guess but all in all 1 out of 10

Worst customer service ever. Hour after food has not been delivered, tried to contact them to ask why. The first customer service rep for 20 minutes says, "Please hold well I look. Then, he just ends the call. The next one does the same thing, and it's been over an hour till he finally cancels order and gives me my refund. I would use skip not too often but was always my go to. After this, I am never going to use it again

3rd order in a row that's messed up. this time no dippers sent out that were part of meal choice. of course got the extra dip that cost extra $$$ but the ones supposed to be included were not sent. I don't normally complain but this is the third time in a row something is gone wrong. last delivery was left outside to get old and cold. never even knew it was dropped off! (pizza 73) prior to that was Busters. pizza was completely overcooked but sent to us anyway. was terrible!

Watched on GPS the driver pick up the order and the head to the opposite direction downtown from my home, stay there for 30 minutes and have customer service not offered to connect to a second driver, re-enter the order, or anything productive for over 50 minutes. In the end no refund was offered. Even after saying I was okay not having a refund they refused to cancel the order until the 5th request. Very disappointed will be uninstalling and using a competitor from now on if at all. Home cook!

Been using Skip for years and loved it. It made ordering food easy and quick. Unfortunately the app has recently decided that I cannot purchase food without using Google Pay. It will not allow me to switch to my credit card. This isn't my card being declined or a processing error, I literally cannot click "checkout" with my credit card selected because it defaults back to Google Pay, a service I have never and will never use. Not much point using Skip anymore if I can't actually use it.

Customer service sucks. I've been using Skip for years. On the occasion, I'll get poorly packed items, missing items, or incorrect items. It's happened so frequently that I often find myself requesting refunds. It's gotten to the point that I don't receive refunds even when providing proof. Upon asking what else could be done, they refuse to compensate for their poor service. Only excuse was a copy and paste and refused to answer any detailed questions. Was good until it wasn't my fault.

Virtually every order I have made in the past 3 months has had at least 1 extra trip added to the route of the driver after the order has been placed. It's unfortunate when you tip well for prompt delivery of warm food. This is not the fault of the drivers, so taking it out on them or their tip is not fair. I have messaged directly with Skip staff who clearly say that SkipTheDishes are the ones adding trips after an order has been placed without the drivers consent. Order less, review the app!

The app suddenly stopped working for me, it literally says that all restaurants in the area are closed but when my husband opens the app he can order and everything is open. I tried everything from logging out of the app to restarting my device to reinstalling the app and nothing fixed it. To make matters worse I can't get a hold of any customer support. This is a really frustrating situation.

Disappointed, I used skip as my primary food app cause they were slightly cheaper than doordash. However for the last two weeks I'm being forced to use Google pay. Not a chance in hell. I messaged them for help and was told nothing is wrong with my app. One resturant has provided the wrong order 2 times the last order was completely wrong. I message right away it was wrong I heard NOTHING from skip. I tried again a few days later and was it's too late. I'm deleting this app. I'm done.

It's an app that makes money off you being lazy/drunk/stoned. It is what it is. The good thing is they fix issues when they happen, the bad is that they are VERY cheap with "refunds". Once there was a glitch in the system, and our food had been delivered at least 30 min prior, yet the app showed the driver driving in circles. When my partner went to check, the food was outside. It was all the temperature outside, but, they only refunded the "hot food", even though our smoothies had melted.

3.5 stars. Screw ups happen fairly regularly, long delays, orders not arriving, or orders missing items. If you're lucky they'll give a few bucks to make up for the inconvenience, but it's never very much. Need to improve systems so there's less problems. if there is a problem, need to notify faster, rather than after customer has been waiting for an hour for their food, and need to compensate properly for inconveniences.

Typically I would say skip usually earns a 4 out of 5. However, recently there have been a lot of repeating issues. The app has malfunctioned confusing their dashers navigation, and despite reassurances from customer service it still caused issues. Receiving help from customer service at all is like rolling dice (you can get very polite and helpful service or nonexistent service all together.) The communication is seriously lacking from both drivers and CS. Very disappointing.

The app works great!! But my experience with Skip the Dish has been horrible. They will not give me a refund for any of my missing Items. I was missing two x large pizzas, 1 pound of wings, 2 garlic bread with cheese, and 3 bottles of pop. Every time that I order off skip The Dish, I am missing 1 item or more every time. Same thing with friends and family as well. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else, I am now done $60 and the items that are missing.
