I been needing to buy some shoes but when I go on the app and choose the shoe I want it just takes me to a blank page. This happens on every shoe I click on. It's not my phone signal because I have a strong signal and I've tried both on wifi and my phone signal and their one will work. All I get is a blank white page.

App won't load so I can't use my points or coupons. Emailed company and haven't heard anything from them

App is trash. It wouldn't let me purchase anything, 5 attempts. Has suspicion I was a bot program. So I confirmed I was a person, went back in tried once more, nothing. I closed out again and then manually tried to put in all card info only to not be able to complete due to the expiration date scroll only scrolling through September-January as if the other months didn't exist, *spoiler alert* it is one of the other 8 months. Uninstalled, went to site and was able to make the purchase. Be better

Great footwear , flawed app. Saving a credit card in Skechers plus somehow causes the checkout errors according to the tech who reset my cart so my order would go through. Maybe one day Skechers will get serious about ecommerce and fix their site and app, earned discounts are worthless when you cant actually place the orders, be quicker for me to drive an hour each way to a Skechers outlet than wait for a tech to fix it so you can place each order. Basically its a single use app if you're lucky.

Love the shoes, hate the app. The search results are inconsistent when using filters. The app has always "hung" when adding payment info, so I always have to log in with a web browser to complete my transaction. I deleted the app so that I won't accidentally start another purchase in it.

I can't buy shoes on this app. I used to be able to, however everytime I click on a pair of shoes the page goes blank. This bug needs to be fixed. I even tried to Uninstall and reinstall the app, played with my wifi settings, ensured my phone is updated - nothing. The issue is with the app itself. Your loosing business - I wanna buy shoes not available in the store.

Love shopping with skechers! Free shipping is the best so when i see one item i like and can afford at the time i can buy it without having to worry about having a certain amount to get the free shipping! Also app is super simple to use! It does take like a week to deliver but you get what you pay for and could be longer!

Worst app ever!!!! Good luck trying to add something to your cart/use your rewards because it's not going to happen!! When you try and add something it goes to a blank white screen. I have emailed customer service no response. You would think with the Skechers name the whole experience would be better than this.

This app will not download on Android phone. I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstall. Cleared the cache and data nothing works. If anyone has any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This app is a waste of time downloading because all it shows is the gold and black Skechers logo. But never once has it shows what is on the app.

I normally don't do reviews but this is a bad app. After I got it downloaded n went into the app it was all black and saying Skechers and never did load and I tried to download on another phone and it says the same

This app needs to be fixed like yesterday... I save stuff to my wish list & then later the next day or so, it's gone... Come on Skechers, you can do better than this...

App has problems. It won't let me track an order or look at the order details. It just brings up a screen saying "oops something went wrong". No truer words have been spoken. What went wrong was this app. 😕 And stop using my reward points to enter sweepstakes. I have not authorized this yet It constantly takes my points by the hundreds.

I have an account on this app, I have rewards so I redeemed them 2 Days ago but when I click on an item it takes me to a blank page. I can't use my rewards and they expire in 8 days. I even emailed the developer but no response yet. Skechers are my favorite shoe to wear. The closest store is 2 hrs away. The app is more convenient for me. If this app doesn't get fixed, you will be loosing a customer. Well I've talked to customer service, I've called corporate, and I sent an email to the developer

App is built well but needs some improvement. I've been using it for close to 2 years, and the bugs in it make it difficult but not impossible to use. The biggest thing I notice is that when I try and use the app to pick out and order men's shoes for my husband, the inventory seems to be off. I can choose different shoes with different sizes and colors, and they all say it's out of stock, but when I go to the sketchers website on my browser, I can order the size and style I want with no issue.
