Loving this so far. I use it alongside Carfax, but the paid version of this app eclipses Carfax's app. Some things could be improved upon; my car's imagine has been lost and I haven't bothered reuploading since it's a small issue, and I have seen others lose their data though I haven't experienced this myself in the few weeks I've been using this. The biggest is not being able to rename a service. My favorite part is all of the info I'm able to input, and stats I can see as a result.

Great app for tracking vehicle fill ups and expenses. You're also able to set service reminders which has proven really useful for me, helps keep me on top of oil changes and similar things. Something that I've recently noticed that would be nice to have is any ability to log both mileage and trip. Ive noticed that my car's mileage andthw mileage in the app no longer match.

When I first started using this in early 2019, I was able to customize some of the services that weren't already suggested. Today I wanted to add that a tail light was replaced but that wasn't a choice. I put that in the notes but still couldn't save until I selected a service. Chose "spark plugs" and updated the note to say spark plugs weren't touched. Not being able to add services detracts from the usefulness of the app.

Everything was great, aside from the milage tracking. So when you first go to log a trip, it tells you you need to upgrade your account - $5, one time charge. Not that big of a deal, let's do it! Then, when you go to turn on GPS, it costs another $30 AND it ONLY has the option for "while app is in use" so you only get actual recording if you open the app every time you start driving. Plus, i get random notifications that a trip is in progress while I am sitting in my couch. Total waste of $35

A good start but there is one glaring deficiency I have found so far. The in ability to combine multiple trips into one. When I take a business trip with multiple legs, SA records each leg as one trip. I thrn end up with ten or more entries instead of one. This is quickly becoming overwhelming. After buying a subscription, I still don't have a workable mileage tracker.

Great Idea but the app requires milage to save. It will prevent you from an entry if it's wrong and you have to delete it to find the error. Also some stuff like air filters, batteries etc are based off time, not mileage. I'd give it 5 stars it it was more user friendly with thing like a red highlighted entry if it's off instead of locking you from saving it. Maybe putting time and mileage categories on there and NOT required.

I have really enjoyed this app. However, recently I have not been able to sync my data to the cloud. Constantly giving an error, I have paid for the the gold version and the app shows me that I have however I can no longer access the online version to try and correct whatever is going wrong. Multiple emails to support and have still not received any guidance. Once I can actually use the app again I will re-evaluate the stars.

The app is very straight forward. Easy to understand. I have a lot of time related maintenance, and it does well notifying me immediately. Occasionally, I've had issues with it not pushing and notifications, or I update my services, and it still thinks the maintenance is due. Other than that, very well designed. Well worth the purchase.

Very good app for tracking vehicle expense & mileage. My wife & I run a small taxi service. Keeping up with service on vehicle has become easy to track also. It would be great if they could add more structure to the business mileage tracking, as far as being able to add more information for customers & billing ( invoicing ) being that we invoice per. Mile. But is still the best app I have used to this point for tracking maintenance, expense & mileage

For record-keeping, I'm mostly happy with the app. However, I've reached out to support multiple times (March 2023 and August 13 2023) with zero response from them. Not so much as an automated response from their ticketing system (assuming they use one). Issue 1: Unable to upload image of receipt Issue 2: Already purchased platinum level, still seeing ads in the app.

After 2+ yrs I have now noticed that records beyond 2 years have disappeared! My favorite was Driver Diary, but unless they changed their icon, I dont see it available. This is a good 2nd choice. The upgrade did not fix the edit function, changes made do not show up until U close the app & reopen it. Thats very annoying. When entering a prev missing recpt & unchecking the prev missing recpt box, on the following entry, ap does not update mpg unless U exit ap & restart ap.

Easy to enter data, great reporting! Last phone died and lost all my car records in a different app. Edit: fantastic for gas tracking but many times this app has lost all service records - and even all possible service TYPES!! I am tired of defining "oil change" every few months. Developers have been responsive but it keeps happening. Hate to say it but I am switching to something else.

I used to enjoy using the app, but now I can't even log into the web browser to log or view any fill ups or my services done. I've had the pro version for years, but sadly I'm looking at getting a new app to help me keep track of all of this stuff from now on. The interface needs a facelift too, simple graphics can help out. Also after many years, it's strange to me that the logo on the web browser (when it worked) still says it's in Beta. I would imagine it should be far out of Beta by now, especially being open on the app store like it is. I do hope that the app gets some updates it needs Btw devs, might be a good idea for your ad to get new people to download the app in the first place to have an actual human voice, not a bad robotic one that fades away at the end

App is great for keeping all my auto data is in one place. Love it! Update: Support is awful!!!! I contacted developer last year to change my login info on the pro version and the instructions given did not work, so I lost all of my data. Maybe someday he/she will respond to my follow-up emails sent over a year ago. If I could just get the login info changed for the pro version, I would be happier than I am now.

I've used this to record information on approximately 10 cars over the past 7 years. It's super easy to use, the interface is unfussy and dependable, and the cloud sync makes it really easy to migrate data to a new phone. The ONLY feedback I have is that now that I am driving an EV it would be nice if there was an option to change the fill up data to EV-specific charging stats such as kWh delivered, miles driven, etc. Otherwise, I no longer have any use for this app moving forward.

i'm a personal user who wanted a nice gas-tracking app, and this one fit the bill. i recently (and finally) got a new phone, and there ain't no how i've been able to sync years of receipts to the new phone. 1) i transferred the app when setting up the phone, 2) syncing from my long-established cloud account, and finally 3) manually backing up to google drive (with receipts checked) and restoring that to the new phone, but all fail. i tried contacting support, but no answer. i paid for garbage.

App seems to be working fine now. The app was crashing when I tried to edit entries. I did find the service reminder settings. The only thing I can think of to make this app way better is the ability to add a few customizable input fields to each section. Other then that I think this is going to be a good replacement for fully acar app.

Converted from a long-time competitor, and loved it from the start. Tried the sync option to allow my wife and I both to enter data, and lost literally about 8 years of data for multiple vehicles. Possibly user error on my part, but sent multiple messages asking for assistance and never received a single response. So my rating is not specific the the app, but to the support. Update: still have never gotten a response.

1/30/22: Used to be really good. But now I can't access any of the web based interface. Made it really easy to update records that were not correct with multiple vehicles but now I can not do that. Might have to look at a different service. 6/1/24: Sent email on day of OP, no response, never able to use online features since. Website doesn't work and hasn't been updated for about 5 years. Just lost about half my data after sync to "cloud" and no response again. Apps dead, will look elsewhere.

Device: OnePlus 9 Pro OS: Android 14/OxygenOS 14.0 I wasn't able to use the app. I imported my data from acar and it didn't recognize the partial fill ups. When I tried to go in a manually change them, the app would crash. I tried a dozen times and force quitting the app. Still crashes when I edit entries. I could work around it but when a feature doesn't work this early on, it's not worth continuing, unfortunately.
