In two days I have lost some weight. Which makes me very happy. Also not counting calories is wonderful! would give 5 stars but there are some glitches in the program. Such as changing times for meals or exercise. When I try to change them it goes right back to the current time. Tracking activity is frustrating due to it only uses Google fit (which is not accurate) and Fit Bit. I do not have these I feel they need to have apple and Samsung available to connect to.

I think my bigger issue has to do with the fact that every other day, the app is asking you to do an update. It's unrealistic for one app to do an update once a week. You can't give up that kind of app space in anyone's phone when people have so many other apps they need as essential pieces. It is a very helpful app, and it has been very successful, but if I have to continue to update it, I will have to completely delete it and be done with it.

Best weight loss app I have ever tried! (and I've tried many) There are so many cool things about this app I don't know where to begin! You can take a picture of a plate of food and it will accurately count the calories and analyze it for you! Then it will give you healthier options if you're not on the right track! You can ask the AI chat box anything at anytime of the day or night and they always have a ton of useful info for you! #1 Life Changing App!

They got me! The entire app is excellent. They left nothing out. I type in what I ate, and they do the rest. I don’t want to count points on an app that doesn't understand what I typed in or has that food choice to pick. It's user-friendly to perfection. It's easy to follow and keeps my attention. I'm looking forward to losing weight with Simple.

Software erases and removes entries, so they have to re-entered multiple times. There is no help line on the application site to report things when they occur. DIsplays user help prompts for things never entered - for example the Simple prompt says "I see you're eating a lot of candy" when I haven't entered any "candy" I'm my food record. I get multiple messages: "You haven't entered your weight for a while" when I enter it daily. Simple has potential, but software and support are faulty

Just started and will add more after I've used for longer. However, I'm noticing that even though I set my fasting hours, and I don't start my first one until 6:30pm tonight, which is 9 hours away, it keeps telling me that it's time to start now. Other than that, I like the layout and information. I turned off notifications so it will quit insisting I start now, and I'll keep track manually. If this gives me the same recommendation every day, I don't feel the need to continue the subscription.

I started using this app, I believe, close to two years ago. I read reviews, and most reviews seemed to say that this app was helpful. It does require payments after your 2 week free trial, but i believe it's completely worth it. Frankly, I liked it right away. Supportive, suggestive ways to change and improve diet. Celebrates your goals met and encourages you to keep trying. Acknowledges people "fall off the wagon" with unhealthy choices. Totally worth it, I love it!

Too many ads and updates. Every morning I open the app and I'm forced to update it. It doesn't tell you why it needs to be updated, and it closes the app if you exit out of the update screen, which means that when I'm breaking my fast I have to wait an extra 2 minutes just to put in the data. Furthermore, nearly every time I open the app it shows me the screen to update to the premium version, which further adds to the annoyance. It's a decent app but God it's annoying sometimes

I couldn't continue using it as I'm going through some things personally and it was just too much to start fasting now. I will use it in the future. It doesn't demand food details. It's not a calorie counting app, which I like, it's a fasting app, that tells you if you ate healthy. If you didn't the AI bot suggests changes. I started using this app/fasting because I wasn't eating anyway. I suffer from mental health issues and sometimes remembering or making myself eat is hard, app reminds me.

So far I'm not that happy with the app. One of the reasons I decided to try something different than weight Watchers was because I was tired of taking my food for the last 20 years, only to find I still have to track what I eat. The only difference is WW makes tracking so much easier. I can't input a recipe once and then have the app calculate the nutritional value for every time I eat that recipe. I have to input all ingredients everytime. What a hassle. I hate not being able to talk to a real

I have never been able to get the app to work. I tried over and over. Uninstalled and reinstalled. That didn't work. Gave up. Forgot about it for a while and they've been charging their outrageous fees. Now waiting for response to my email to see if they cancel as I asked. Update-followed up with email on 4/25 but they still got their money on 4/26. To their credit they haven't charged since.

I like the organized format to keep track of my fasting period. Unfortunately the program is pretty frustrating for me because the left hand doesn't always know what the right hand is doing. For instance just right now I have a message that I've fasted for 20+ hours and I already entered my meal at 16 hrs. It would be helpful if the END FAST button actually ends my fast in the record but it seems that in order to log when you end the fast, you must log the food you're eating and that's not good

I've just started using this but already see it's worth the cost. it's intelligent software that is easy to use..makes you be committed and accountable. Update time, major bug the dinner entries don't save. Contacting support is unreal, it takes 4 days to reply, Customer service is not thier strong suit, and 3 weeks it's still broken! Very disappointing

I subscribed to Simple based on a health care provider recommendation. There's some good things about it: logging hydration has encouraged me to drink more. Food logging via camera works amazingly well. But the app interface has some major problems. Important functions are not located where the instructions say they are. There's no useful "settings" menu. For example, there's no way to set a No Fast day. Tech support is non existent. Maybe related to a recent update but I paid for a working app!

Warning! Sign up for a trial at your own risk. This app is a blatant money grab. I tried to cancel before my trial expired and found no subscriptions listed for my account, so I thought I was all set...until they billed me $29.99. My account still shows no active subscriptions, but their documentation said this is "typically a sign-in error." I have tried every sign-in method they provide and still show no active subscriptions. Requested a refund but I'm sure that won't happen without a fight.

I'm still very new but I am enjoying the app so far. I like how easy it is to log everything, especially food. I just take a picture of my plate and the AI does the rest. I do double check it but the computer is really good. As for recording food, I would like a way to save recipes or nutritional info in things I regularly eat. For example I eat a homemade granola that is always flagged as being high in sugar. If I enter the recipe of the one I make, the score could be different

Simple is really simple. I love the fact that it is easy to use. The fact that the app is always giving options on food choices or being creative using almost the same food choices to create better for you choices. This is a non judgemental site with helpful insight as to what you eat, hydration and movement. It would be great if I could scan my packages of better for me food. I am not descriptive enough on my food because I need to enter every choice by hand. It takes time. I'm lazy!

Not so profound, after all! I'm not new to intermittent fasting and have used many apps in the past. Simple is supposed to be an educational app by analyzing what your food intake is, but I found the result pretty shallow and disappointing. The AI coach was a NO for me. I don't wish to communicate with an AI and get a pad on my shoulder from an artificial intelligence. I also had difficulty adding multiple workput for the day. Overall, the app would work fine if you are new to IF.

I'm pleased with the app so far. It gives me reminders and guidelines in a manner that's receptive. It also keeps me accountable without being overbearing. The nutritional information is helpful while not being overly specific, leading to a more casual experience. It has made it easier not to focus on food, enabling me to reduce my caloric intake and lose almost 10 lbs. in the first few weeks.

SIMPLE is great. It keeps me motivated, focused, and accountable. My only suggestion is that although you can log food, if you want to list a snack (ex. 10 frozen grapes), there is no separate place to log it. I like that it doesn't make you count calories. Once you log in what you eat, SIMPLE makes it simple by suggesting healthier options for the next time. It also doesn't make you feel bad or guilty about what you eat but instead motivates you to do better.
