Does not allow you to re up through the app also what the f*#&@ happen to the truly unlimited plan it was the only reasons i stayed with simple mobile it had unlimited talk text call and data where hot spot was about 10 or 15 gig cant remember

Extremely dissatisfied with the product. Purchased the SIM card with 15Gb of data. Cost $40.00 Was not able to connect the phone to any tower! When I called for my money back, the only way that they will do it is with a confirmation "Text" to my phone that won't connect to a cell tower?? I've had the phone for 4 days and have been on with your tech support for 14 hours over the 4 days. Three times the Tech was to call me back on my working cell phone and never once did they call me

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I was a customer for over 4 years and had nothing but issues, and anytime you call in they just tell you they can't do anything to help and keep transferring you.

2nd time they took money from my account and haven't credited my data, then get the absolute run around on the phone where the reps refused to have a supervisor take over a call. STAY CLEAR!!! SIMPLE MOBILE REALLY CHANGED FOR THE WORSE

Why do you let us pay you in the middle of the night if we can't get our data until the next day I paid for extra data tonight at 10:30, and my data still ain't working, not even for little things Customer service is huff, they just keep trying to up sell you on things they can't even provide!!

I have no issues with the app service other than the way they subtract the days between payments. But otherwise I've had great success with using it for a couple of years now. It's a decently versatile way of paying for phone service with the different payments levels you can choose from each month if you want.thats why I chose it over other service providers.😃

Customer. Service sucks and when you ask to speak to someone else. They refuse and try to explain to you that they were trained to handle any circumstances and they are really rude. I've been in contact with them over the past 4 days and they are no help. One agent tells me something else and the next agent tells me something totally different.

The app is terrible. I can't add or delete devices and I can't make payments through the app. Everything I select is redirect to calling customer service it basically says that I have no account bit have been a customer for 10 year. Absolutely horrible.

Score big that makes me laugh 😂 more like try again tomorrow all the time 😂 plus the service is 💩 ever since Verizon wireless bought simple mobile the service is 💩 garbage 🗑️ what is the point of having reward points thing how do I get out of it is a waste of time. Simple Mobile and Verizon wireless are not the carriers you want to go with stay as far away from anything that runs under Verizon wireless they are like a toxic relationship until you don't go to seek good you'll be suffering.

Only good thing I have experienced with this app/company is the cheaper side of phone service. Literally ANYTHING you click on the app directs you to "contact customer support for assistance". So irritating! Been a customer for over 5 years and struggle every single time I want to re-up/pay for the month a few days in advance. Do better.

After refilling my service, sometimes it stops working randomly on the morning of the refill. Then I have to call customer service, wasting my time for an hour to fix it. It's refilled properly showing the correct new expiration date online and in the app, but for some reason calls and web don't work. Of course I restarted my phone but still getting this recording "We're sorry the number you have dialed has calling restrictions that have prevented the completion of your call.". Please fix it!

It won't allow me to login to the app or the website. The app worked great, up until the update, except it never lets me use my rewards points to re-up my account. It always comes up that there is an error. I have contacted customer service many, many times and when they try to do it on their end they get the same error. It's so annoying. What is the point of having rewards points where you can use them to re-up your account with air time if you can't use them anyway!!! Please fix the bugs.

The app is just as frustrating as the Simple Mobile service provider, if that's possible. You are required to login every time you open it as if you had just downloaded it. Half the time it won't recognize the password entered, even if it is correct. Then will keep asking for login for everything you try to do in the app. Accessing My Rewards section is nearly impossible and once you get in, it will keep booting you back to Dashboard and login. Shop phones, add data and other options are hidden.

The fact it doesn't ever work properly, customer service is just the same. They can't ever fix an issue over the app i always have to call. The amount of farm animals in the background that drown out the voice i already can't understand is the most aggravating part of it all!!!! I keep losing service that I constantly have to restart my phone. Can't even change payment cause the app keeps saying error. I have to wait for my service to shut off in order to pay for another month service.

Where do I start? It's too slow, at the bottom just a straight line. No arrow to go back to the page you were just at. Or an arrow to go forward. The other night for a full 15 minute conversation all I heard was static..but they didn't hear it at their end. Later on my daughter heard it at her end, but I couldn't hear it at my end . Then sometimes it will glitch..be all over the place. The volume is not loud. I have it at maximum level and it's not loud.

I've had this service for a number of years. In Nov 23 I was overcharged by $40 which they were able to refund in just over a week. Since then I have been unable to pay my bill or redeem any rewards points via app. There's always an error box pop up. I have to call and go through all the sales prompts before I'm able to pay the bill. The customer service is friendly but doesn't always help. I spent 30 mins in a chat to resolve an issue, "your issue is resolved", only it's still quite present.
