I have been using jazz app from quite a while but now the service is pathetic. This happened twice that I recharged my account and activated monthly data package but first time they deducted all money without activating package and now next time I even received confirmation message but the package has not been activated and all the balance has been deducted for using internet though I received contact notification too. And the most pathetic part is that you can not even contact their costum care

Awful update! UI is not suitable for novice users. In the previous version of app, there were proper filters which is not in the case in this version. Like some user mentioned earlier, why fix something that ain't broken?? I'm actually thinking about switching network!

I cant stand the new ui, there's so many colors , it's hard to make a correlation between them. The search and filters in this app are so badly executed, it's so hard to use, with glitches and please change the "swipe your choice" i want to scroll but it hust keeps swiping cards. Overall very drastic user experience.

I can't even subscribe to packages. Whenever I try to subscribe, it either shows insufficient balance (even when there’s enough) or, for new offers, it notifies me of the subscription but doesn't complete it, nor does it deduct the amount.

Edit: What's there to email? I just told you my reason behind the low rating! Useless tareen redesign. Took away the functionality of sorting packages by validity and others. It's just a visual revamp, which serves no purpose. Even visually it looks worse than what it was before, so Jazz clearly messed it up big time.

1. The new app UI is very distracting and colorful. It should be clean and to the point like the jazzcash app. 2.Moreover, there is no option to subscribe packages from jazz cash or easypaisa or debit cards directly. 3. Also, add a dark theme to the app. 4. The last thing to mention here is that the app doesn't show all subcribed data packages. It should show the remaining data of all type of subscribed packages. Thanks

"Dear SIMOSA Team, I'm extremely frustrated with the SIMOSA app. The transition from Jazzcash has been a disaster. No free MB, can't access info without internet, and a clunky interface with constant errors. I'm deleting the app and exploring alternatives. Fix these issues or lose more customers. I've had an extremely disappointing experience with Jazz Network. First and foremost, their packages are significantly overpriced compared to Telenor. Despite charging exorbitant rates, the service quality is abysmal. Overall, Jazz Network fails to deliver on its promises and is not worth the high cost. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective mobile network provider.

Very complicated UI, too much going on a same place, the packages view is too complicated, I liked the old design since it was simple even 50+ person could use it easily. This new UI lack basic human interaction behaviours. Please focus on the functionality of the application rather than spending too much time on the UI skeleton. Please try to focus on what the user actually needs with Jazz App, Jazz IT Team sounds like too many cooks spoil the broth.

The new app design is good, however there needs to be an option to sort the packages as monthly or weekly. Secondly, what's with this new name "simosa" a terrible choice for the name of mobile operator app. The name of the app should be more representative of what it does. People traveling to Pakistan from abraod are finding it difficult to search for the Jazz app.

The service is just as unprofessional as the name of the app. Tell something about the latest company strategy, they are not after quality, as once they were in the time of Mobilint Indigo, they are all about sounding cool now, with zero focus on customer service and standard.

App is not working correctly, must be smooth and easy to navigate. App is constantly crashing plus i can't see any make your own offer section. Most importantly app needs some crash and bug fixes to work smoothly. Also decrease the app notifications to avoid disturbance.

It's a great app but there is a problem to use it . It work very slowly. Some data bundles are not working properly like daily snapchat . Other daily packages are working best but this one is not working properly please fix it. Thank you!

Painful experience. Everytime I have to get my package renewed my balance goes away and only comes back after 12 o clock so I can't get the prev MBs carried on. Plus the deductions in credit.Seems deliberate. The helpline won't return the balance and try to blame it on you. Lost 3-400 rupees each month. The previous app didn't have such glitches and better organized menus..this is no upgrade but a pathetic downgrade of Jazz World.

Most worst packages ever on the entire platform, I subscribed to friendly gupshup 2 hours of pakage, the minutes were usable but the main problem was with the internet, I couldn't even play a single YouTube video lecture and every time I tried, a circle started circulating and then the popup appears that you're not connected to internet. Even I couldn't send a single WhatsApp message. I was not able to perform any internet activity with this package, all the details are fake except just minutes

This application is not fully accessible for blind people with a screen reader, Even when we open the option to register a complaint, the keyboard itself does not open there. And the software does not read the application icons properly, this is not a software problem because we have been using this software for a long time.
