Signing-in does not work. Complains about reCAPTCHA issue, while there is no reCAPTCHA during the sign-in process. Their web sites have no issue with signing in with the same credential.

Downloaded the app for a map of a Simon outlet. Accessing the map takes an unnecessary number of steps. The map has to re-download every time you access it and is slow to load - especially bad because of spotty service at Woodbury Commons. Map also doesn't show your current location.

Useless. If you have VIP and expect to be able to access your discounts - forget it. Even through you keep getting referred to the app - it does nothing but open a link on your web browser. If you directly to their site on your browser not only would it be faster, but you get all of the features of the website which DO NOT EXIST IN THE APP. Why create an app, where all it does is redirect you to the website ?

Works well. Good visual map with how to get to somewhere from your current location. Unfortunately, for someone in a wheelchair there is no way to find elevators from the map. However, handicap restrooms are clearly marked.

I found the app to be a non- functional. Crashed often. Store directory didn't take you to the retailer page. A mall map with no store names. Admittedly, I didn't spend a lot of time with the, but why would I with such a poor UI? Wife will do the navigating since this location is the back of her hand.

I downloaded this to have easy access to a mall map. The app only offers a "3D map" which is incredibly difficult to use, takes much longer to load than a simple image, and closes out if you so much as flip over to another app. This app is as good as useless for me.

Not worth downloading. I have had a VIP account for over 12 years. I can log in online with no problem but when I try logging in on the app it always says my login doesn't match. I have tried resetting my password, again no luck. I have never been able to login with app and since the coupon book is now digital it has become very frustrating.

Flashy and useless. Doesn't remember which mall you were in if the app closes. Map takes forever to load and shows a neat-looking but unreadable angled view. Found a store? Too bad there's no link to where it is on the map, so good luck finding it. Engineers, you did the best you could. Product managers, get a friggin clue.

The person who creates this app on Android needs to change job: the app cannot locate the only one Premium outlet in Quebec, Canada. Worst, it's not listed in the all center sorted by name. Hello, we're in 2024 with AI everywhere and you forgot about Montreal?

The app provides access to deals and a map of various Simon mall locations. It's great for tourists and locals alike as it allows you to keep track of where you're going and find other shops in the mall faster.

Tried to download this twice and force shut it down, it never loads passed the accept the terms and conditions pages, then starts to get "sticky" not scrolling or moving. Poorly functioning app. I'd like to try it out, so I hope the developers are seeing the complaints and are making the necessary fixes. Uninstaller until the issues are addressed.

This app is better than the website (which doesn't work on my mobile device), but it lacks the key features I was hoping for. It does not sort stores by type well. Searching for bookstores gave me some weird results like Apple and Claire's. Also, it does not let me bookmark/favorite stores to visit later. This should be a simple feature that would make planning a shopping trip 10x easier. Lastly, it repetitively tries to collect my personal info.
