One of the best eSim. I bought the Europe eSim, it wasn't working in Turkey so I texted in Whatsapp and they replied instantly and gave me another eSim for Turkey. Data speed is very good. 100% recommended.

This app is huge dissapointement. I bought 2 eSIMs and then my account disappeared. Now I am trying to talk to somebody in ther help center and they ignore my msgs. Iresponsible company and really really catastrophic experience. I will probably never get reimbursment. Just disaster

Very practical but isn't up to date with data consumption (showed 20% used then when a notification showed 80% consumed, it was too late already), so I got stuck without internet

This is time-waisting, it doesn't work on all phones, and you can't know if it's available or not unless you buy a bundle. Not recommended at all.

This app doesn't work. It got stuck and you have to delete and reinstall whenever you access it. Fix it and I consider to give you more stars.

I've been using this app to help internally displaced people experiencing a gen٥cıde P a l e s t i n e and simly recently changed their network provider so it's not working anymore. One star until this is fixed. F r e e P a l e s t i n e ! ! !

It's not letting me get past the screen where it says my device isn't E-SIM compatible. I only installed the app to buy others E-SIMs, so I'd like to see and check on my SIMs when I can

I do have an issue with customer support and certain charges. I haven't been able to get receipts and so I brought that up. The response time was not too long but after they say they will resolve the issue, I have been ghosted since. I also had a different issue with one of my top ups not showing up but still getting charged for it. Also no response. The only good thing I can say is the UI is not hard to navigate and it works for the most part in terms of coverage.

very good app. customer service very professionnel and helpful. they do not end the conversation untill they make sure that the customer has understood well what he should do. They are very understanding. One time i bought a package for france and one day later i had an emmergency and went to cyprus so they accepted to transfer the bundle to cyprus and was able to use it there.

This is my first ever eSIM. I found their options for South Korea the most competitive (from the UK). I used their chat customer service, and that reassured me before I bought it. It was so easy to buy, instal, and set up prior to leaving at the airport. I followed their advice after landing as there wasn't an instant connection. That worked. The app is very good. It shows the duration and data left. Options to buy more data. So far, so good! I'm very pleased. Excellent value.

It's been great to use this to buy and monitor my eSims. You may not be able to use a sim past 165 gig, though. I've been using the same card and just topping it up through the app, which is massively helpful and convenient. Apparently I've been paying to top mine up and the money's (at least $80) been going to the app, but I have not gotten any of the gigs I've been paying for past 165. :(
