I was able to log in to the app until I made a payment. Since then, I have been unable to log in. I either receive error messages, indicates that I have not paid for a premium membership - which I have, or other issues. I have reached out to customer care and am hoping to hear back from them soon. If this is not resolved, I certainly expect a refund on good faith. In addition, I also receive error messages when I attempt to log in online. No luck there either.

Tried installing the Android app, but it just hangs and doesn't do anything after installation. Tried going to the website and had a similar experience. If they have this much of a problem just trying to install the app, it doesn't bode well for the app itself. Uninstalled from my phone.

This app is for woman who wants to sell or promotion Bitcoin or Crypto. They star very nice after your text a few times they try to sell or introduce you in that business. The owners of this app must have some investments in that business, jajajaja 🤣 amazing.

6 days on app and so far 10 fake profiles. Reached out perfectly & Zero response back. All Profiles are perfectly Fake on every level. Time to call the better business bureau!

Ask too much info but can't see info unless you pay. Why pay if you can't see anything that interest you. I can see paying for texting but rates are way way too high and you get nothing

Zap does nothing but take your money and give you nothing for it I'm not going to pay for it subscription of any kind The words form of software missing profiles profiles with no messages receive or given. It's a blank app that does nothing

This app has good choices but conversations are limited to you paying a $22.95 per month fee. Not everyone can afford that after losing half of their income.

Horrible app. It's as if someone decided to slap together a dating app because it was an easy way to make money. Expensive too. And of course fake profiles. You're better off using any other app that actually works. You'll find the same people on here as you would elsewhere. Nothing special about this dating app. There is also no verification process so anyone can sign up and you'll be lucky if you find a real person.

Silver Singles is broken! You will loose your money! I purchased this app for my Samsung after watching GREAT reviews on YouTube from 2-4 yrs ago. App never worked. I had to log in everytime, and the navigation was clunky. Frustrated I started loging in on laptop. Still had problems. The app appears to be a scam. Customer service is routed through a bot in Germany. I received few matches, less than 50, and my big requirements were "no smoking" and "50 mile radius"--? Horrible experience.

Easy to join, impossible to leave. Very few candidates with photos and a few scammers. I want to leave but it's taking forever to get a new password.

Not worth the money or time. Poor app to work with. Results are poor. Too many fake profiles and phishing . Would rate it zero stars. Stay away from it. I set my settings to 18 - 80 , distance out 500 miles. All I ever got was fake profiles. Not once a real person.

Beware: Very bad UI. Always glitching. Fake profiles. Will take payments but when you have the inevitable issues, it'll be too difficult to get refund because of how they've set up their customer service. Don't waste your money.

I've used dating apps on and off for almost 20 years and have experience with many of the popular ones. Decided to give SilverSingles a try and within a few days had been contacted by two scam accounts. SilverSingles sent an email message warning for one, the other I figured out on my own. When I asked for a refund from Goole Play, it was refused. If i could leave zero stars, i would. Their app is absolutely the biggest mess I ever saw.

If you use Silver Singles, don't pay through app!! Purchased membership at beginning of month and canceled 2 weeks later. Neither Google Pay nor Silver Singles would issue refund, with each pointing fingers at the other. If you choose to join, pay through the website rather than the app to avoid the finger-pointing.

The first days of using Silver Singles have me hopeful that I will find that special someone. The programming for populating the various sections was a bit frustrating at first. The program didn't allow you to go back until you completed all the steps. Once done though you can go back and edit the fields. Also if the company rejects certain words or sentence structure, there should be some guidance on what needs to be revised. It shouldn't be left to guess.

As soon as I signed up for the paid membership, I was unable to log in anymore. System kept saying my session had ended and I needed to login but system wouldn't go beyond the Captcha. I emailed customer service and they said I was blocked for inconsistencies. I would need to send the front and back photos of my license or passport. What a great way for them to take your money & steal your identity. DON'T DO IT...RUN FROM THIS APP

Canceling Silver Singles – Disappointed I gave it a shot, but Silver Singles just isn’t worth the time or money. Most profiles were incomplete or clearly outdated, and the app itself feels clunky and behind the times. The suggested matches were way off — not even close to what I was looking for. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
