I have been having ongoing issues with the app and service to resolve has been poor and lacks follow up. I have experience loosing files, information not saving. Have been dealing with the application not saving my work for over a week. Last instruction I received was to reinstall the application. Technical support has been the poor and most likely the reason why I will look for another service provider.

I have used SignEasy for years ("Lifetime" plan - it was EasySignMobile then) as an early adopter, I am disgusted by the continued increase in prices for the same service. In my case, removing services until I need to pay for services already paid. If you want my money, do not require an upgrade for no additional services. In-person signing as a pro plan option is the latest change, and the change that has me taking my business to Adobe & DocuSign. Good luck, you are on the path of decline.

There's no option to remove the renew subscription. Beware this is an unexpected expense. I dont even use it.

Tech support is awful. The application is very buggy. They are in Eastern Europe so have to wait overnight for a reply. And when they do reply they want you to try all kinds of things as workarounds instead of helping you fix the problem. They also are notorious for asking for information which you sent in the original email of course this delay is a response by another whole day as you wait for them to get up in the middle of the night your time. I've had to take videos of the bugs happening

Supercool app! However, rotation should be allowed in the next update, please.

Easy to set up and use. Seamless transition from another app.

Terrible the app converts word documents into pdf documents simply because you sign them rather than leaving them as word documents

Have to sign up. One can't change one's signature while signing a document, and can't save a draft on the trial version, so I wasted a lot of time having to recreate the document after fixing the signature. A very poor overall experience: while the app works, it wasn't "easy". No visible option to delete all sign-up details, which is a terrible privacy practice.

It doesn't work anymore. It's very frustrating because everything just disappears after every type.

I can't another app that's just doesn't work like it's supposed. It's very difficult to figure it out. I mean, I'm not the smartest person with computers. But you're signing your name with a pen it shouldn't be that hard

The app hasn't worked in days! And what's worse: I wrote to customer assistance a week ago and still haven't got a reply. Totally unacceptable. Don't fall for this trap, it's a horrible app

The best App for signing, writing, marking, and inserting images on my documents including pdf docs. Thanks for creating this wonderful app. It eases my official works!

I spent an hour-and-a-half filling out a form with my "free trial," only to find I had to give it a credit card before I could print or even save it. Total loss time, total bait and switch advertising. It's not free if you have to give a credit card even if they don't charge it. Information is money. If they create choir a credit card before use, they should require it before ANY use, not before you try to save or print it.

UPDATE: NO NEW USEFUL FEATURES, SAME PROBLEMS. NOT A GOOD APP. That was disappointing, I'm paying for it it's very difficult to quickly get the finished product off to my clients, I end up searching for the signed document and getting to the point where I just give up and come back later only to find that it just took forever to appear in its Google Drive backup folder. The whole idea of a mobile app is to allow you to do something quickly from your phone and this seems to make things harder

Just absolutely love how the app decides to stop working in the middle of trying to get a work order signed.. ridiculous. Hasn't opened or worked in days.. but, please take my money again when the subscription runs out. 7/7/2021... and the saga continues.. currently not using the app at this very moment, however it's still draft syncing a work sheet from last week. I now have 171 copies of that work sheet, that refuses to stop syncing..

UPDATE: I am no longer as impressed with this app as I was. It has become glitchy, EXPENSIVE and just generally I have lost the friendly customer support that it once had. I still use it but only when necessary and I have other apps that I use first. I really like this app. I use the paid version both for business and personal everyday. It integrates well with cloud storage as well EXCEPT for business cloud accounts.

Very handy little tool. I see a lot of reviewers complaining about the subscription costs but I was looking through the plan options and the subscriptions are clearly intended for those who would use it very frequently and therefore worth the $$. But there is also a "pay as you go" option which is simply $9.99 for 10 document credits... that's $1 per document. This is such a save on time and effort that $1 per document is definitely worth it.

A very helpful feature would be if all documents automatically saved as drafts periodically, and upon closing the app. It would save a lot of heartache from lost signatures and information. If I close out of the app to open a different one, or if I lock my phone, my info stays, but if I unwittingly open another pdf in my phone, all the previous info is wiped when the new pdf opens, unless I saved it first. In a fast-paced industry where I have to multitask, this is very, very frustrating.
