Always says out of range, even when I use 4g or data. Have tried restarting my phone etc, it's really hit and miss. Have even extended the gel-location sign in zone to 500m and still doesn't like it... Will re-rate once it works

Does not work on Android 7.0, using latest version downloaded from app store, get white screen. - have opened a support ticket and this being investigated, it is not a connection issue on the device.

Have just upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S20 5G and re-installed/connected this app again. This new version doesn't detect my location properly, so I can't sign in. Also, the auto reminder notifications keep going off, even though I'm still at our office.

Works well. An app shortcut to sign in/out directly from the home screen would make it even better. Edit: latest upset tries to access a local 192.168.x.y IP and which results in a blank screen. Can't use. Update: fixed

Since a recent update I am unable to book or view bookings. The green progress wheel of doom goes on and on. Uninstalled reinstalled, cleared cache and data nothing works same issue. Colleagues with ipads or iphones have no issues just us Android users. What has been missed in the recent deployment?

App has worked fine for nearly a year. Two days ago, it stopped auto signing me in/out, AND the option to manually sign in/out has disappeared!!! Is there any sign of it working properly soon, or do I just uninstall and forget it?!

Was good but the Android app isn't working properly - the Today section on the home page just gives you the green loading circle of doom, rather than a list of staff who've sighed in. I've completely uninstalled & reinstalled but to no avail. It's working on the IOS app

This has worked well for about a year until today when it just won't load and cuts out before I can log in. Don't know what to do to make it work now. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing junk etc, but it's not having any of it. Such a pain now.

It does the job at signing you in and out for me, although, the fact that it is running in the background for no reason and draining battery at the speed of light is irritating. It evens launches by itself everyday and there seem to be no way to stop any of these problem.

Poor App. Doesn't work on Android 8.1.0. Like other users, regular white screen. The only thing that does work is the option to sign out. I think the app could be amazing if all the functionality worked.

Frustrating. Sign out on Friday and 12 digit code needed 'to get started' on Monday when nothing changed on my phone - except the app apparently. "Nothing could be simpler" it says. Nonsense. Still can't get a code and have to physically sign in instead of being able to use the app on my phone which works erratically .

The 25 April 2023 update has made the previously stable map function glitchy. If I pan down in the map it drags my screen down with it. I have to zig-zag side to side whilst panning vertically to move in the map. It's a tiny map also so this makes it hard to book a desk or parking space as I can't easily see what is free. Can you sort the pan controls please and increase the map size to use more of the mobile screen.

With the current update I can no longer use the app to sign in. The geofence doesn't pick up. This needs to be fixed. We use this for safety for the company.

Stopped working. I use this for work but as of this morning it won't even open. Have deleted it and readded it. Restarted my phone. Have done this several times. Changed the permissions. And it still won't work. When it does work my phone constantly warns me that its power consumption is draining my battery even though I close the app as soon as I sign in.

I have been using the app for a while and it's great, but out of nowhere it stopped working (when i try to open I get the ligo for 2 seconds and then shuts down). I have uninstalled/installed it a few times and even asked for employer to re-send invitation email, but I still get the same problem. No phone or app updates have taken place between the last time I used it and when it stopped working. Why is that?

No good at all - burns through battery life (apparently it was running for 5h20m today, even though I used it twice for 30 seconds at the very most), constantly monitors my location even though I have auto sign-in/out turned off, auto-sign-in didn't work anyway, and even when I manuallly signed in/out I was told that it wasn't properly synchronising with our attendance systems. I wasn't being marked as present despite signing in and out as instructed and getting confirmation messages in the app. Useless. I wish I didn't have to use it.

Needs serious improvements: - the auto sign in/out does not work (worked 2 or 3 times the stopped doing it) - the ui is confusing and disorganised. Especially the desk booking option, which will have you trying to zoom in to figure out where is your desk. But the zoom only goes so far, then you better have good eyesight. - also you can only book a week. No way to book the same desk for a month. - finally, no way to transfer the account to a new phone: you need to require a new activation code.

In the past I've had significant issues with this app, but since the latest update the reliability (and general feel) of it is significantly improved. It's pretty nice to use now! The dark mode is beta and needs some fixes, but will be nice when done. I'd like it to default the history to today though (or setting for it) as I find stacked days cluttered.

Auto sign in/out take about 15mins to log out when not near factory premises . Very disappointed. Sometimes doesn't work at all
