Couldn't get the app to process my deposit directly from my bank. App has constant glitches that log you out for no reason. Today I'm trying to see my bet I placed yesterday and now has completely bugged out. Can't see my bets. The promo free bets have still not arrived. It says wait at least 72 hours. This app is awful. Might be the worst sportsbook out there. Try the Score, draftkings, fanduel, barstool any of these are better and actually work. Tonight it says I lost a bet I actually won!

Awful withdrawal experience. I use draft kings, fan duel, mgm, Caesars, and NONE of these apps require as much verification. Thet want a picture of your driver's license, a picture of you credit card, a picture of your bank statement, it's absolutely ridiculous. Don't need any of that to bet though, they just make you jump through all these hoops to get your money. As soon as I get my money, I'm deleting this garbage app.

Customer service was not great not to mention it took an hour to get ahold of live chat to have them tell me that the adverisement for pick spartans or trojans win 200 bonus dollars was a bold faced lie lol. I picked MSU and the odds. As I was later told in chat were not the correct betting odds. I went to the site because of the ad and it was the only reason i deposited. The chat guy was rude and kept telling me I did everything wrong. false ad with the poor service. Back to draft kings

Worst sportsbook out there and I have used them all. It has almost taken two weeks to make my first withdrawal and there app layout is poorly designed. Overall very disappointed in sports illustrated for putting their name on such a crapy product.

It has decent promos and offers but many times I have to contact support when the promos don't work. And that's always a hassle because they're constantly getting information wrong and I have to correct them over and over. They've even refused to honor promos. They also juice the odds for some promos, like with a TD scorer promo. Odds might be - 140 on SI when it's +100 in other places. It's only worth it if you're willing to go through a lot of hassle to fight for yourself.

The location part of site is awful. I can be in full 4G area and will not find my location. I live in Michigan so it's fine to use site. It has worked few times but very inconsistent. When was able to use site it worked well enough. Not very PLEASED.

4 weeks and my withdrawal is still processing. This is the only sportsbook app that doesn't let you just withdraw with the PayPal account you deposited with. Starting to think I'll just never see my money again. If you want your money be prepared to wait for over a month.

App is junk. Don't recognize that I'm in a legit state for sports betting even though my location is on and I have both 5G signal and wifi available. Tech support just tells me to reboot so they're worthless too! Complete waste of time! Get another sportsbook!

well so far I'm not thrilled with SI Sports book. The set up is not all that organized and the promos are really not that great. I thought I was getting a 150$ promo for first time bettor but then come to find out you have to win your bet. overall don't think I will be using this one very much probably will be done with it after I use my money I deposited for nothing really. bet 365 and draft kings are the best sports book!

Absolutely the worst sportsbook you could ask for. Doesn't payout. It's been 5 days from my first withdrawal and still waiting. Then they want you to sign up for another site to get your money. If that doesn't work they have no other options on hand and have to escalate to someone else and still NO withdrawal... they take your money with no issues... but heaven forbid you win....

I like the home page. When you try to find a specific game that's not on the homepage I've found myself going in circles at times trying to find 1 game that's not highlighted. Other than that I like the look and the layout. Could be a little more user friendly when it comes to navigating through it. I like the app.

The deposit match is a scam. The wager requirement on bonuses is not 1x, so the money you win remains locked in bonus. I deposited $100 and received $100 in bonus bets. I wagered $10 on basketball and $90 on muchigan to win the championship. Upon winning the $10 basketball bet I withdrew $18 and the app wiped out my $100 cash balance. I contacted customer service and they said since I withdrew anything, I lose my bonus money. EXCEPT, customer service said my michigan bet was bonus money.

Keeps asking for a plugin to confirm location after allowing me to place bets for plenty of time without one. The plug in itself doesn't seem to exist either since it never redirects and the link they have to download it "again" take you to an error page.

I love the new games in the casino major league upgrade, cats, wolf run I recommend to all that can and do play slots, horse betting all the tables are really 2nd to none I could not have written this a month ago Thank you and by the way I never had the app on either sports book or casino for SI EVER CRASH 1 TIME BUT IF YOU DONT HAVE PROPER WIFI SPEED IM SURE IT WILL ON ANY APP THERE PAY OUT IS AT A HIGH % OF HITS

The app is soooo bad not the casino but the app stops every 2nd or 3rd spin then when I return to the game or slot that I was playing and was up there I have to log out and then log in then I'll be back to the beginning of the game and that's only after I played until the big win is about to start the game stops and then I have to start all over again

It started off rough with si, but you win some you lose some just like you'd expect from a casino app. The only issues i have is it takes forever to get your money transferred out, and there's a few games i like that aren't working and haven't been fixed. other than that it's been an overall good experience.

UPDATE FIX: If you cannot register a new account on here like me, its because you're trying to use a symbol on your password. Removing the symbol in my password allowed me to successfully register (this is bad app design/error handling). I cannot register an account on any of "888 Holdings" apps (SI, WSOP). Every time I try it just ends up stuck at the "Please wait...We are verifying your information" screen on infinite loop.

There are too many better options to use this as a sportsbook. The sign up bonuses are okay, but the amount of hoops you're required to jump through to cash out, how laggy the app is, and the limited options on what to bet on make this one of the worst legal sportsbook apps I've used. I plan on cashing out and uninstalling this to take my betting to any of the many other books out there that have far superior UI, customer service and rewards.

Incredibly slow app. The location service doesn't work the vast majority of the time, and attempting to download GeoComply results in staring at a never-ending loading screen. There are several sportsbook apps better than Sports Illustrated, and I suggest you use them.

Absolutely avoid this scammy app. It effortlessly takes funds from your debit card with minimal verification. They lure you in with a promo, only to claim it's unavailable once you're on the platform. When I tried to withdraw my funds immediately, they bombarded me with emails, demanding more identification "for security purposes." To add insult to injury, the provided link for further steps was experiencing technical difficulties. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear!
