[For Info on Unsubscribing & termination fee]] The base image building tool through shutterstock is not so easy but it does allow you to layer, angle, edit, save data, and collect images for whatever your needs. Unsubscribing: If going beyond trial & want to cancel before full year (1-6 mnth) then DELETE CCinfo before contacting customer service. Contact cuatomer service through email first (dont reply) then contact through local # and ask them too waIve termination fee if they dont initiate it

Very dubious and dishonest billing practises. I got an email saying I had 7 days left in my free trial, then they charged me the very next day for the full subscription. Then tried to charge me for cancelling. I spoke to support on the phone and they laughed when I told them how they're engaging in suspicious billing practises. They know exactly what they're doing. Avoid this service at all costs.

Review team, or as they call it EXPERT team is so terrible that you find yourself so disappointed because you wasted so much time and energy to get denied from people or algorythm that has nothing to do with photography! They cancel even photos taken with dslr cam on tripod with a reasons like noise or grain, even though images are so clear, that you can see dust on model! Also money that you get is a misery!!! And these are just a few of reason why to stay away from this site!

CANCELED TRIAL AND WAS STILL CHARGED! NOW NO ACCESS TO ACCOUNT! AVOID. Tried to Used a trial and canceled right away. A month later was charged $30. Tried to sign in to account and it will not let me. Tried to change password but no email sent. Tried to contact but no email or chat answered. No way to get into account many stories of people being charged after canceling AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I don't recommend Shutterstock anymore therefore we don't recommend you getting their app. The agency now takes a ton of rubbish and low quality content whilst in the past only used to take great imagery. Regarding the app the image loading is clunky and the mobile version of their website works better. I have been a buyer in the past but now buy elsewhere now.

Shutterstock have high quality images. Also the suggestions for similar images are very helpful. One suggestion...when clicking on enlarging the photos their should be option to allow to view next image. Each time the tab needs to be closed and we have to click on another photo then again enlarge it..

Update: it is now May and they are still trying to take money from my account. They have no integrity at all. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I canceled my subscription but they still keep charging my account. They make it VERY difficult to cancel which i feel is a sneaky business practice. I even emailed with them which they claimed that my subscription was canceled but they still tried to charge me yesterday.

I thought the sale on it is for free what I just contact with them and they didn't give me a good answer my problem is I can't upload my pictures of the app for the website what I can't fix it but I hope it be fixed

It's a very good app 😊 You can find pictures for your files if you are in school and had given file work so you can search image and then simply choose any picture you want Loveeeee it❤️❤️❤️❤️

Terrible, manipulative, and anti-consumer practice of hiding one-time, non-subscription purchases in an app and not available on their website. Really don't love it.

This website or app very clearly.Most useful unemployed and students ect........This app is really income for sources. photo upload one of the best event, different different nature, climate,birds, animals, citys, Villages, rivers,lakes,beaches ect........i like all.

Hard to use, instructions not clear as a contributer. I seriously need help because I am trying to create this to sell my imagine online. I usually use desktop, now have tried mobile and it's even harder. And my Facebook won't connect to send pictures or upload

Ive tried to cancel my account {under a different email} and yet I was AGAIN charged $29🤔. PLUS, for over a year I paid every month w/out trying to cancel & it's extremely messed up that the 10 downloads don't rollover!! So basically I'd forgotten about the subscription and was charged 12+ 📅months & I've nothing to show for it?!💸 It's not like it's only a few $/ month, it's $29! That's 💰$348/ year & I didn't download 1 photo that year. DISAPPOINTED TO THE MAX 😔

Out of over 20 photos submitted, their excuse to not post was the same. Grainy, background noise, etc. The pixtures were so clear, they looked professional. Upon leaening that they only accept your photo if you pay for their membership, im about done with this app. They never even mentioned before your photos count only if you pay. What a rip off. Would not recommend.

Charging $100+ to cancel when I only used it to download 4 images from the free trail, then forced into paying the rest of a year. I only found out it didn't cancel after checking my bank account this week and seeing a $30 charge from them. Unless you are going to be using them consistently I do not recommend signing up at all. Now I have a fee that I can't afford having very little work during Covid.
