I love all of the free offers with coupons, but the shipping prices are incredibly high, so getting something "free" ends up being the same price as a competitor's products if the competitor offered free shipping. Therefore, I end up getting just what I need at the same price anywhere else rather than feeling like I got a great deal. The app is great and convenient so once something (a collage, print, magnet, etc) is created, I go with it rather than starting over elsewhere. The product quality from Shutterfly is usually great, though. :)

Their product quality is great & they ship out very quickly; however, the app is super glitchy & just overall not user friendly. Not sure why certain features available on the desktop site aren't available on the app i.e. inserting pictures into individual dates. Also, did they remove the option to ship to multiple addresses?? Or is that also only available on the desktop site? I hope next year is an easier feat to create & ship my annual personalized calendars.

Ok, so it has some great features but a few issues. I feel if you're going to make an app to put together something like a scrapbook, an undo/redo button would be helpful. Another thing, I tried to checkout my purchase and the whole app started freaking out. I had to close the app and wait half an hour before I could make anything work. Other than that it was relatively easy to use, just a little frustrating when I switched themes and messed up my layouts.

I love the products and hate the app. I always end up paying more than expected too. You have to watch it like a hawk to make sure there are no errors. It's such a headache. They've delivered to the wrong address and printed wrong or sent double the photos I ordered of one kind and none if another. Customer service is ok but not excellent. I'm going to try a different printing service.

Worst photo ordering experience ever. The package was damaged during delivery and sent back to sender, I waited for it to be resent and never was. I had to call and have them resend my order that they stated was submitted "free of charge" even though I had already paid for it. As if they were doing me a favor.. eventually got the photos over a month after I originally placed my order.

I have received your calendars as gifts and love them! I had no idea it would be such a time consuming, frustrating task! There is NOT any clarity to navigate the process. Some step by step instruction would be very helpful. I spent hours stumbling through with trial, error and start over! I gave up changing an event, so just deleted it. Your products are very nice. I have created books, mugs and magnets successfully, but don't think I'll try a calendar again!

Can not give five stars, because they use upload date instead of dates photos are taken, which makes it hard to find a particular photo, or event. If I don't have time to upload the day they are taken, the date gets changed. This rsults in birthdays, weddings, holidays,, vacations, etc. with the wrong dates. Don't like finding photos from other dates, or other years, showing up, as though they were taken today. Use date taken instead! Snapfish app automatically uploads, so dates are correct!

Horrible app!!! You can edit a single project!!! Trying to select a page to edit, it won't select it - it keeps giving various pop ups. For example, every time I select the bottom portion of a calendar to change the background, the events listing pops up. There's no way to select the object behind the dates layout.

The challenges with this app make it a waste of precious time. I had to select photos so many times before they actually went into the project. I cleared the book to make it as I wanted and when I came back to work on it, the photos selected were also gone. Promo codes can't be combined and shipping is expensive... makes the promo codes essentially obsolete.

The app is easy to use. The personalization are easy to make too and there are great in-app only deal, but I had some problems with the app before where a glitch happen and an entire calendar project was lost, I would show in my cart, but when it was time to checkout nothing existed. The costumer service reps couldn't find it, if I used the computer browser it wasn't there either and when I was instructed to log out and log back in the app it was lost completly. But they made it up to me.

Using this app is easy. Their ordering process is a pain. It's easier to order from a computer than a phone but you don't always have your computer with you. However, storing and organizing your photos is very easy and completing the various projects is fun and useful. I do a book of all our trips and also as a photo reference of my paintings each year. The options are endless and the books look completely professional. The gift options are great from plaques to cups to pillows.

Great sales deals. Love the free 4x6 prints (up to 250 per order). I got the flickering in the photos to stop by uninstalling and reinstalling. Downside to the app is that it is a pain to try and do custom books, design things etc because it is so time consuming in the app. Much easier on the computer. As time has gone on, the quality of prints are awful anything larger than a 5x7 will show you that they choose to compress your images which destroys them larger prints.

I normally love this app but lately it won't even open. It just stays on the orange logo page and then freezes up and never open😡. I need to order prints for Christmas and I am running out of time! Update- the most recent updates will not allow me to upload any new photos! I have been using Shutterfly for years and never had issues uploading photos from my phone on the app.😡

Edited at bottom. Adding text to an existing text box, or creating a text box and adding text appears to be done blind. Nowhere do I see a pop-up with what I am entering, just an onscreen keyboard. Moving the onscreen keyboard does not uncover text being entered. Edit: I have been doing all my entries, photo and text, in landscape, as recommended. As it turn out, portrait mode allows the viewing of the text box as you are entering. Should be a pop-up recommendation.

Promos are not true. they can't use more than one promo at a time, can not benefit from free cause shipping costs more. You can't get the pictures to stay the way they are edited. Can't get a deal that would actually work for real. Can't get a representative to fix issues. Can't, just can't. I tried this app cause of deals, and it's a terrible way to waste a day editing and re-edit all over. been uninstalled and reinstalled for over a year and still never had resolved issues. No deals!!

😠Have this app. 500 photos "free" just pay shipping & handling. Paid $50+ technically not free but ok with that. Thank God I didn't delete off my phone. Pictures came back and each one looked like they were enlarged so people were cut out, heads chopped off and pictures are grainy. I couldn't find a customer support number. I sent a message and never received a response. Now I have to pay more money to get pics reprinted as well as the 1,000+ pics i have left to print. Very disappointed.

So far I haven't had a problem. It's easy to use. Uploading photos takes a little time but that could be my Internet service, etc. Sometimes it's a little frustrating to create book and things and edit photos. Sometimes I have to select a different photo to get it to fit the item, such as an ornament Update: This time I had to go back and forth from my.phone to my laptop to edit the photo book the way I wanted but I ultimately got it done.

Uploading photos, viewing albums, and ordering prints or projects is easy, w/multiple payment options. Shutterfly gave me some great 'app-only' perks. At first, I had issues when editing albums in the app. My old projects were created on PC, so I couldn't edit them in the app; however, I'm able to order w/o editing. Early on, I had issues trying to select too many images at once; I don't know if they fixed this, so I just work in small batches. Convenient app!

I find the app challenging for making books. It's hard to see the text boxes and I was not able to edit my 6x6 book on the website, although I believe you can edit other sizes there. When I chose a layout and started adding pictures, the layout would change so I felt like it took extra time. Also, the free monthly books do not offer embellishments like the larger ones but I guess the price is right. This was my first time making a book on the app so I learned a lot. Will probably try again.

Wish I could give them a 0 App would not save photos. Would not hold pictures on blanket took several hours to do. Had to repeat multiple times and reload pictures, a nightmare! My husband couldn't get it to work either. Not my 1st time either, last time was easy. Called for support, not much help! Old app much better what a major waste of time & frustration. If it wasn't for the coupon and time frame, I would of gone somewhere else. Never again! Better come on time, since I paid extra!
