App charged me 0.99p for some membership, I didn't get the membership and still can't list things ... What the hell is the point in the app if I can't list stuff... Still no word on getting my 1 quid back * edit* before you tell me to contact customer support for help like you have with the other bad reviews, i have, your ignoring me

This app is used by very small numbers. I'm utterly disappointed and will not advise it to anyone. Payment system is none existent, it says that Shpock act as intermediate between sellers and buyers - not true. ( Eventually I managed to sell the item but only due to persons decency I received payment via direct transfer from person bank to mine). Customer service is non existent as well. I'm trying to stop a monthly payment to Shpock, cannot cancel it in app, got to do it through bank.

For some reason, the app no longer opens while logged into an account, which means the app doesn't work at all since you have to log in

Most of the items I noticed were in Germany. Why in hell would they be listed unless I lived nearby ? Needs a way to narrow items down by location. Until then, it's useless to me. EDIT 2024: Not surprised. Still garbage.

Dont bother using this app anymore, the developer has virtually killed it off, it used to be good, fast no ads, plenty people using it, now its slow, dont load properly so need to close and re open it then your greeted with adverts, when you finally get to look theres hardly anything for sale

The app works technically fine, but sellers on there are just useless and a waste of time. Deleted my account. Great going, Shpock, with how it's run (Vinted is vastly superior).

Wanted to post something for give away but they're charging a monthly fee now. Not paying for giving out free things.

First experience I spent 20m to upload 2 pictures, because: 1° library didn't work. 2° Only can get the latest 10 pictures. 3° Button "ok" didn't work neither. 4° The useless developers ask 1€ for each extra picture to upload when they rarely aren't able to do a decent app. For proud I prefer leave the items for free in the street.

Removing my account. Had the app for 2 years. Either its scammers asking your address and number to plan robbery. Or its poor people who always wants everything free. Or atleast 90% off. Wrong people is in the app. This app is dead. I dont understand why poor people cant respect prices.

Absolutely disgusting says selling is free but as soon as you finish listing an item it takes you too a membership page and can't go any further unless you pay . No chance.

This has to be the worst selling app I've ever used. Sellers are great, but the app is not user friendly at all. Giving a map to pin point your address!!!! Why? It doesn't help, if anything it hinders so much my one and only purchase has got lost! Chat message screen scrolls through EVERY message you send/delivered, so if you have an issue it throws your eyes cross eyed watching the screen scrolling fast through to the current message, or leaves you at the very first message. Uninstalling.

Edit... I really didn't think this app could get any worse but I was wrong. The latest update has rendered the app utterly unusable. Glacially slow, continuous freezes and none of the previous faults have been addressed. Feb 2023: previous faults remedied but now location doesn't function so cannot list items and have to manually reset location for every search term. Just as bad but in a different way. April 2024: Tried shpock again. App not working and all displayed text is, weirdly, in Latin

Just downgraded to an earlier version, the new one is very memory hungry, in two days my cache was 210mb,i can only use about a third of the screen, advert at top, and a great big orange banner at the bottom, not liking the new version at all, but love the older one. Update We now have pop over advertising on the screen,100% of the screen is blocked from viewing, unless you click OK on the advert. Shpock is getting to be unusable, I love the bargains, but maybe its time to delete it

I can only post listings as a seller if I pay per month, even though the subscription is supposed to be to remove adverts. Anytime it comes up there only option is to cancel and then I go back to the listing editor

a relatively easy way of clearing out your unwanted things and making money at the same time.would have given 5 stars but the annoyance of time wasters either making arrangements then not arriving so you have to relist your item or ppl listing the same item more than once at the same time making things harder to find to buy maybe your item should remain listed until the buyer has completed the transaction and seller only bein able to list the same iteM same time same price ONCE!

Terrible app, just gets worse, went to use it today and there's a full page ad now!? Also I had to reset my password so I did and now it's saying the combination of password and email is wrong even though I was logged into it before it had a meltdown and now I can't get back into it. Bought and sold many things on here but not for a while now so I'm done. You've alienated your customers with poor app usage and highly intrusive adverts. I am uninstalling this rubbish. Another customer lost.

Unable to use this app now. Used to use it loads! Issue is that I enter a search item and it applies an incorrect location. So I amend the location and hit Apply. The app then forgets my search item. So I enter it again AND then the location resets and I'm back to square one.

Pretty much malware at this point. Starts with a deceptive ad, must add a location fair enough which is blocked by the deceptive ad which also wants your location (!?) and when you try to get to settings to turn off notifications, which was my reason for opening the app, the settings icon just disappears when you press it. Over and over, can't get into settings. And then it continuously asks to confirm cookies when you try to get into privacy settings. I give up.

2/5 stars for this one. was going to post a classified ad, had detauled pictures (which is somewhat important when you want to sell an item and be fair to the buyer) and it popped up with photo credits. Photo credits? The app already monetizes using ad-impressions, but I'm supposed to pay, so more users are driven to engage them? Sorry, not going to be the content that gets directly and indirectly monetized. Pick one, you can't have both.
