Overall first time experience: 5/5 Service appreciated. 4:58 p.m. Order was placed. 7:00-8:00 p.m. Delivery schedule. 7:34 p.m. Call notification received regarding unavailable item. 8:25 p.m. to 8:37 p.m. Correct and complete items were transported, delivered and received except the unavailable item. 9:09 a.m. of the following day Php192 was refunded. Less than 4hrs to buy 9 items worth Php1,007.55 at ShopSM. Jacob of ShopSM and John of PandaGo are nice. A 5-star rating! For this app.

It's not bad but it could be better. I put the correct address but app pinged the wrong address and my order almost got delivered to the wrong one. Luckily the delivery man knew my address so he called to confirm. Also, there shouldn't be separate order slips for Market and Store, that's terribly inconvenient. Check-out should check out EVERYTHING in the cart. If something is left behind it should be due to discretion of the buyer, not because of the separation.

This app & its service in grocery never failed to disappoint me time and time again. From "Out of stock" when you are about to receive your orders to providing the wrong items. The store attendant didn't inform me about all the missed out items. Without having much choice, I had to go to other store to buy what's lacking while waiting for them to finalize. When I get back, they then informed me that there are more items missing and what they took initially were just alternatives. INCONVENIENT!

Need lots of improvement. The app is so slow and lags, whenever I update the items on my cart, the total price doesn't immediately change. When I'm about to process my payment, it's just stuck on a loading screen. SM is already rich enough, try investing on good app dev

The selection keeps getting dismal. I understand that SM and it's tenants will earn more if people will go to their malls rather than shop online but they are losing to online shopping. Better way is for them to make a REAL online platform with option that you can see which is available in nearest store. Second they can make their selections bigger than what is available in that branch and make their malls as pick up spots. The current selections doesn't even show all products in specific malls.

I am very disappointed and i will never do the online shopping in SM, not all products are legit that available,When you add it in your cart and buy it, then when you pick up the items it has a lot of out of stock due to online errors, and refunds ? Nah. Though my refunds are not so big but still it will defined the company how much we can trust and how would they response with the problems of there customers but no, i wasnt given the response and email i need for confirmation.hays

Not sure what is happening to the app. no problem navigating the app, user friendly that's why i cannot give lower than 3. The problem with the app same as mentioned by the other user, previous order remained in the cart and you need to delete one by one, still ok with me I can still manage but the main problem i encountered recently is i cannot proceed with the payment either using gcash or credit card. Processing of order for the payment does not take a lot of time before.

I installed this expecting for convenience but I experienced otherwise. The app is super laggy, it literally gave a headache, just adding items to my cart takes a lot of time and effort. After 30 mins of trying, I gave up. 'Will try again later but will uninstall if same thing happens. Update: from 2 starts to 1 star. Using this app is a waste if time.

The app is functional but could be improved. Order history only shows the order no., transaction date, and the status, however, if you want to double check the items included in your order, you will encounter an error when you clicked on the order details. Also, the items in your cart will remain even after you checked out. You have to manually remove them from your cart one by one if you want to make another transaction.

Hasn't changed since i last used this app. It's very slow when it's loading its very few features and content. Also almost impossible to set your preferred store. Not user friendly.

stuck in "terms and conditions" page. page will not scroll down to "agree or disagree". was able to do that in a browser. but overall, the app is very buggy, very slow and very limited. tried grocery. added smac account, added address, pinned location and all info. after checking out, asked me to pin location and fill up my details again. after doing this, nothing happens!

I've used this a couple of times already before writing this review. The app is not user friendly. The loading time for everything is too slow. Loading the products is too slow, adding products to your cart is slow, when paying, the OTP takes a long time to arrive. There has been no improvement every time I use it. It takes forever to complete an order. The delivery is also not as fast as foodpanda and Grab.

The app is slow and it lags most of the time. At first, I thought it was due to may phone's performance or the data connection that I have, but as soon as I went back home and tried the app again it was just the same; and our wifi speed is fairly fast. I still lags and is painfully slow. You press "add to cart" it doesn't outrightly respond to the touch input. You'll have to click twice for the page to load and notify you that the item is already added to you cart. I'll give 3 stars for now.

App is frustratingly slow, the devs need to test the app in real world. The ability to easily cancel an order in the app is greatly needed. The payment link for ewallet and GCash payments never completes, or at least not for me after 10 minutes. App actually has some good potential but the devs really need to work on it. I suggest the devs actually try to use the app on a phone! If you want REAL frustration try it on mobile data!!

It has not improved from the last time i used it. Total amount at checkout is incorrect. It did not add all the items i put in the cart. It took me almost 2 hours to process an order which i believe it could have been done in 15mins maximum or even less. Went back and forth to finally finish the process. A super patient person can only do it. Very tedious to manual delete each item in the cart since it has no option to delete all. App is not user friendly to navigate.

They never delivered on time. I used this app 3-4 times to avoid long lines and always chose the earliest delivery option they have, but they always fail. Not only that, they also do not update the availability of products. When you check out your cart, you will only receive a msg after few hrs from your scheduled time of delivery that some items are no longer available. My time is gold so I will never buy at SM again.

Used this app for 3rd time now. 1st 2 experiences were great but the last one was unacceptable! Placed the order around 7am. As per the app, scheduled delivery shd be around 9-11am but havent rcvd the items not until 6pm!! No customer service or chat support that can help us ff up with the store or even a survey at least. Good thing I still have the store's number from the prev order but the staff wasnt that helpful. This app was supposed to help us save time!!!
