I was led to believe merchandise would be delivered by a certain date by using ShopRunner. Not true.

Can't sign in. Keeps saying email error over and over. So much for my free membership through my credit card. I'm going to uninstall the app and call it a day.

can't sign in. may be the "not a robot"? pics are too small and too low-Rez and/or too blurry. happened recently with another app. can't sign in, can't use the app. anybody want to do something about this?

Brilliant App I can track my shoprunner orders and out of network with live tracking . i can start my free return. The app gives me accees to a lot of retailers for shopping.. all in one place. Cannot wait for new features..

Awful! Could never get the app to work correctly. In fact, it's not a true app - it always tries to connect to the shop runner website through the so-called app rather than giving a true app experience. Deleted it.

This app is nuts! I used it on 2/14/24 without any problems. Now I cannot get back into Shoprunner. It keeps telling me that my email or my password are incorrect. I try to change my password and it will not let me. For 2 days I have been trying to fix this and I just can't get it to work. I was working with a guy on there chat and he tried hard but I told him that I just didn't want to keep him any longer as I don't think this is going to work. I don't know what happened in the last 2 weeks !

If I could give this less than one star, I would! I have wasted an ENTIRE WEEKEND waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday morning! This is not the first time I've been thru this with FedEx, but it WILL BE THE LAST. I don't have this issue with any other delivery service. I am livid. My package is now saying "delayed" and no one can give me any other info about it. So frustrated!

Shoprunner member since 2016. I'm again reminded why I don't (can't ) use it. Because of tech issues that without fail~ get in the way. If only the app and site were without fail. My beef today is after finally being able to select and enable push notifications orders are not being tracked beyond the initial order date. Some orders don't appear at all (ie an order an Amazon merchant used FedEx to ship the order)

I only gave a 3 stars just downloaded. Love the shops and want to shop but keeps kicking out when I try to shop for products. I don't think everyone has this problem but just being honest about my experience and I hope it gets better also trying g to figure out how to get paying jobs like everyone else...
