PLEASE NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM SHOPPERS STOP. I have made a purchase on 7th November and placed returned request after receiving the product. It took nearly one month of follow up calls and still I do not receive my refund. Wherever I called him he Hangup the call n there is no response regarding my Product .

I am trying to place the order from past 10days. Before payment the added address is not reflecting to chose. I have sent a mail to support team multiple times. Without solving the issue they are closing the case. Customer support number also not working. So the app and website experience to place the order is worst. I have tried uninstalling the app and removing the products, even that as well not working. Without having proper team to handle online app and website issue, don't launch the app.

There are bugs in the application. When I click on "My First Citizen Points," it opens the barcode scanner and asks for permission. Additionally, it frequently loses my details, causing everything to reset to null. It raises concerns about whether QA and UAT were properly conducted before going live.

Not satisfied with the app and neither with the service. The app does not update about the status of our orders whether dispatched, in transit or expected date of delivery. We cannot track the orders. Also I had an issue with 2 items bought. After I washed the dresses (not even worn yet) they shrank almost 2 sizes down and did not fit me anymore. Spent almost 3k on them. I requested for a return and refund but they would not agree.

Shoppers Stop's customer service is a nightmare. I ordered an XL on Aug 26th, received L size on Aug 28th. Exchanged it, only to receive the same wrong size again on Sep 11th. Raised a return request that day, but it's still 'initiated' after 3 months. Despite countless follow-ups, there's no response to emails or calls. Please intervene!

Worst app ever and their service even worse. I ordered a bag which firstly came late moreover when i opened the package the bag was badly damaged and it didnt even come in a packet, it was just inserted into the package pack and sent off. The bad looks used and had dents and dirt marks all over the bag. Now when i want to return it the status wont update and guess what my money is wasted

The service is absolutely pathetic. Ordered a couple of things to wear at a wedding. They didn't get delivered on time and the customer service asks me to wait for additional 7 days. When asked to cancel, they start deflecting. No wonder people don't buy from these guys

Edit: provided the resolution now. Thankyou. Worst customer support and app bugs. I ordered for store pickup and they delivered at the store address. Ordered 30 cups and 12 came broken. Been over 2 weeks. No resolution yet.

liked th app, but find it difficult to see that which product is available in my nearby store. As a customer I hv to enter pin code for every item to see express delivery, which is very time consuming. Sugg: Your app should have a filter for express delivery product so that we can easily search for our product. 1Q. fr th store- isn't possible if user like any product in any store but the size isn't available in their so they can take our order from the another store & deliver to us ASAP.

I have only ordered once from this app and I should say they have disappointed me a lot. There delivery is vey late and return process is the worst of all the shopping platforms I ever used. So, only buy if you are not going to return the product.

Never has offers going. Too less a collection of products. On top of it I gotta pay ₹149 for shipping if I don't buy things worth ₹1400 when there's LITERALLY outlets all throughout the city. Idk why I should be forced to buy sm when they don't even have items worth looking twice at lol. Especially in this economy and with our technology and availability of tons of online marketplaces who offer free deliveries with a handful of items, the confidence SS still has is funny and sad.

Poor order tracking system In the UI it's impossible to track your order. On one place it shows that the delivery will be done on the same day of order. I have been waiting for 8 days now.

Very bad experience. I ordered Dobby polyester V neck women formal shirt on 21st sept. But delivered defected piece and haven't updated delivery status till today. I followed multiple times to customer care and raised ticket as well. Ticket got resolved don't know how. But my issue didn't resolved. Extremely unhappy and disappointed Shoppers shop. Gonna UNINSTALL your app. Thanks! I received defective shirt with 2 buttons missing. There is no return also.

Not able to login into my account. Everytime I login, I get logged out automatically after a second. I wanted to raise a return so I tried raising complain over email. I provided all the details requested by customer service but then the complain got closed without any resolution.

Shoppers stop Worst consumer goods supplier Reaching out for help is a nightmare. The support team takes ages to respond and provides generic, unhelpful answers. For canceled or returned items, getting a refund takes far too long, and the process lacks transparency. Shoppers Stop needs to address these issues urgently. As a loyal customer, I expected a smoother and more reliable experience from their app.

Dear Developer Team, I’m unable to view my recent in-store purchase history in the Shoppers Stop app. My last order, made at a physical store, does not appear in the "Order History" section. Please look into this issue and update the app to allow users to view all recent purchases, including those made in-store, within their account. This feature would help track past purchases more effectively. Thank you for addressing this, and I look forward to the fix.

Unusable app. Beyond pathetic. I'm not sure how they are still in business. I have been trying to redeem my SS wallet balance (Rs. 10157) since quite some time and unable to do so. Your app doesn't work. Your website doesn't work. I attempted to redeem multiple times using the OTP sent by you to my registered mobile number. Nothing seems to work. It seems you do not want your customer to use their SS wallet balance and do shopping. It is very frustrating. Please suggest how you may help with this. I have a bunch of stuff added to my shopping cart and I cannot check out those because you seemingly do not let me use my >10k SS wallet balance. If possible, please check out the same on my behalf (with the SS balance) to the last successful delivery address (that is the default delivery address) in Feb, 2020.
