To fill out the information to register once you fill it out and hit the register button nothing happens so you cannot register I filled in all of the things correctly and nothing happens when you push register so you cannot sign up for this app you cannot get any jobs from it because you cannot register in the first place you need to fix your app so that people can use it.

I'm sure it's a great app if you live somewhere that gets offers, but the idea of driving 30 mins to spend $8 plus dollars to only get $2-5 reimbursed seems foolish.

When I try to log into the app, it tells me that I used Google to log in with that. Then when I use Google it tells me that an account with that email already exists. The only way I can access shopper hub is through Gmail and that is limited. Otherwise it would be great . 5 stars

Amazing money maker. Takes a bit to get paid, but there are actually people who respond quickly if you meed help. I have 5 secret shopper apps, and by far, this is the highest paid and IT supported one. You will make $$$$ without going crazy.

Hello, I love this app but the interface is not interactive enough. I might be wrong but I don't understand how to accept a job. When I choose the date and hit the request shop button it doesn't really do anything. I don't get any confirmation Please help

I enjoyed doing the shops for extra money, but when a client can just remove and ban you from their platform for an unknown reason, I have an issue with that. No explanation, no recourse at all....21 shops I had scheduled..GONE!!! And they were the only shops that showed up regularly that you could make any money on...Deactivated

I wish I could work through this app but there aren't any shops anywhere near me. 1 shop in the whole of ND. 1 shop within 100 miles of Minneapolis. I think this could be very nice to have but there has to be some availability. I know acquiring these secret shopper contracts can't be easy but there's literally nothing for me to do. Maybe this is already implemented but I would suggest a notification to those who live in an area when a new shop come available.

Marginally ok. Started to use, seemed great. Got covid had to be hospitalized forgot totally that I had jobs as I was pretty out of it for 2 weeks. Another 2 to 3 weeks or so get out of hospital. Go to login and bamb deactivated. Waiting on the 15th or so to see if I even get paid for what was approved which I'm not holding my breath on. Jobs were close and who doesn't like getting free groceries. Pay is ok especially since we all have to eat and you do get reimbursed.

I signed up for an assignment, which did not describe the parking conditions there, like there is none, I had to park blocks away. I tried to check end but did not understand how so I emailed David with a "HELP"..I waited but no answer..emaiIed with I'm going in. Then I found I could not add text to the surveyI emailed him again asking for help..no answer..I did find a way to complete it and along with a photo sent it in. Now I see they put me as a withdrawal. B### S***

Doesn't update location when traveling. There's only a few types of shops and the pay is terrible. The DoorDash shops require you to order without substitutions but they dont always say what you will be ordering before agreeing. ESRB shops require you to have a teen and have money for an R rated game but also pay terribly.

I live in a small city in western NY, so there are almost no shopper opportunities around here - not even in a 100 mile radius. Because of this, I haven't had a chance to try all the capabilities of this app. If you're in or near a more populated region, your experience should be different.

love using the app as I can easily input the shop immediately afterwards. The ability to upload the receipt from the camera needs to be implemented. You do not have that option and have to take a photo and then upload.

I wouldnt recommend this app to anyone! They require quite a bit of detail & observation when going into certain stores. Which is great! I had look forward to my assignments but cuz I missed a few assignments and wasn't able to reschedule or contact help due to my phone being destroyed they removed me immediately. I put alot of TIME AND EFFORT GAVE THEM 💯 BUT DID NOT GET THAT BACK IN RETURN. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT OVER A MONTH TO BE PAID FOR MY COMPLETED ASSIGNMENTS! GAS PRICES...I LOST MONEY!

Inconsistent, and frustrating are how I would describe the app as it is now. The accessibility and availability changes depending on what app or website you engage this app from. Also, the map and search tool are only helpful within an 100 mile radius. I think a master list with all the apps available shops would be better.

I like the concept but the app doesn't work. Nothing shows on the map. The only way to make it work is to click on a specific job link in a email. After that they all show up. You can't just turn the app on to see jobs. Everything shows up as $9 reimbursement. Seems like this is only useful if you want to work for PB and J sandwiches. I don't see any other pay. Maybe I'm missing it?

I love the ShopperHub company in itself however, their app listed here... is anything but up to par(in my humble opinion anyhow). My experience with this app would be that unfortunately it crashes quite often and you're taken to an error screen stating that the site is experiencing technical difficulties. Theres been several occasions now that the app decided to crash when I was midway thru submitting a shop report, which in turn, all my previous data entered into the report was lost!

Don't waste your time with this app. There are very few shops. Plus, they deny shops based on technical errors within the app, so they don't have to pay you. They expect you to redo your submissions that are clearly already in the system. Then, they send you multiple automated emails demanding bogus clarifications. You won't get a real person. Not to mention, I still haven't been paid a single dime. They deactivated my account because I voiced frustration to an automated email. What a joke.
