The app does as you would expect. It's a great tool to check on your shop, process orders, modify themes and so on. What it doesn't do well is notify you through push notifications whatsoever. I ensured permissions were enabled for all push notifications and yet, everytime our store received a sale... No push notification. Aggravating that a simple feature like this doesn't work.

Surprisingly excellent app. You can do every single thing you can do on the site (except viewing abandoned checkouts for some reason). A lot of the time it's faster to use the app for certain things because everything is closer together. This is maybr the only app where I dont have switch back and forth between the app and the full site because this does everything the site does.

Several functions do not work on mobile app like tagging products, live view map, inventory updating easily, change launch dates, no gross sales (only net), no custom dates for reporting. But MOST OF ALL, the app has ZERO notifications. No sounds go off for sales, no notification in the notification bar... Nothing!!! The option is there to add a sound and notifications but the app hasn't made a sound of either mine or my husband's phone in over a year of using this app. Extremely disappointing!

This is a subscription that is brutal upon exit. If you don't pay you don't play. The first 3 months are $1, then after that it's $49 per month. After using it 5 months I realize nothing is automated with the advertisement of your personal store. You have to use other platforms and apps in the system (Which also charge monthly subscriptions) in order to make things work. There's no way you can pay all these subs and compete against ebay, Amazon, or Chinese economic warfare TEMU. Not wholesale!

I have been using Shopify for over 3 years, both online & the POS app for my store. It is a wonderful system. They offer excellent support & are open to suggestions. Although it doesnt currently do everything I need there are so many apps that integrate with their system to customize it the way I need. i just have to make sure i dont nickle and dime myself to death with those! If you are looking for a customizable platform that is intuitive and user-friendly you will never go wrong with Shopify.

My homepage has no tabs anymore, my speed score hasn't updated in 4 days, when I try to open an app or add a new one, I get an error page and more... I've been having various issues for about a couple of months and the fact that THE MONTHLY BILL IS HIGHER doesn't help when you're taking away features and having issues. I've tried communicating with support which is only through chat and not via phone like it was before and nothing. I will definitely explore other options for my store very soon

I will admit that the app is a little harder to navigate than the site on a computer, but once your past that learning curve this app has made it easy for me to set up my shop, monitor it, and add products all in minutes As an independent Illustrator, trying to get products made and out there can be overwhelming, but Shopify relived a lot of the stress

There's a big issue with the app. When I click on search, to make an automatic discount for a specific product, when I type the product name in, it just show ALL products, instead of that specific one. There are no other products that I have available, that are listed with that name, not even in the tag. I literally just updated this app a few minutes ago.

Doesn't work on wifi for some devices, but works fine on a phone connection. On other devices, works fine over both wifi and phone connection. Regarding wifi, all other apps work without any issues, and the same wifi network was used for testing and same configuration in all devices, with identical app security settings etc. You'll see a lot of reviews from other users here regarding being unable to connect but able to use their other Internet apps without any issue. It seems this app is almost unusable for many since folks will have to disable wifi to use it. (Impractical.) When it does work, it's useful.

Worked with Shopfiy on pc and got the app. Wasn't intuitive at first but over the years have gotten used to where most of the setting are located at. But I don't know what's up with the app, ever since an update I can update inventory numbers since the options are all greyed out. One time I was able to get it to not be grey but now it's back to grey. Can't archive, or make producta active either.

I chose shopify for my business wasnt sure if I was going to like it, been with another carrier for years for another one of my businesses but honestly the mobile functionality was the tie breaker for me! I can do so much from my phone allowing me to keep up with trends, see what is working and what is not right away with marketing and make changes on the go. I love it. Even being able to edit the products and photos on the go is great

I have had this app for the last 3 or 4 years and loved until recently. I'm not sure if there was an update that is prohibiting notifications but I have never had this issue before and all notifications are turned on. Also, my products are no longer syncing to social media platforms for tagging which is incredibly frustrating! If someone could please provide feedback on the issue with notifications not working I would greatly appreciate it. I just uninstalled and reinstalled.

User friendly and easy to edit product descriptions, prices, variants, vendors, etc. Handles importing products and inventory updates from multiple vendors with ease with added app. Can easily check what's going on in your store, i.e. traffic and orders, with mobile app. Basic plan has everything you need to start your business. You can add functionality with a number of apps. It is easy to remove the apps if you find that you don't need them. So happy I chose Shopify!

Ever since the update this things been broken. When I hit back, it takes me back to the home page, not back to where I was. I can't edit text boxes, as the cursor jumps to the end of the text box after every key stroke. This is on top of the update that made the workflow impossible by adding four extra steps just to add photos on mobile.

What happened?! This app used to work fine, but after the update I basically can't do a single thing. Printful no longer loads, I can't set up 2-factor, I can't edit my website, I can't set up Shopify payments, the list goes on. Not to mention the app is insanely slower. Please fix it ASAP, I'm investing lots of money into it and right now in its current state, it's useless.

I've been having Shopify for over 2 years now. As of lately, Shopify has been having lots of glitching. Glitching when trying to click on certain pages and apps. It does not go to the next page or screen that you're trying to access. It just refreshes current screen. This is hindering me from using the app and working on my website completely. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I've had my Shopify store for over 6 years now and love how it has become more friendly with app integrations. I also love how I can run my store and manage my products on the go. Something has happened within the last few months when trying to enter or update product descriptions. There appears to be a bug. The cursor jumps all the way down the page and any text that was there has a massive amount of spaces in between. Then you have to close and start over. It's very inconvenient. Please fix.

I have tried all the troubleshooting tips and searched the forums for the answers to a simple issue. I can't get logged into the service. It is not intuitive at all and not user friendly. Even the troubleshooting tips are convoluted workarounds that still don't help. I'm now re-installing the app again to try and get logged in. This is probably the last try I'm willing to make.

I couldn't recommend more!!! I switched to Shopify after much frustration and research with attempting to change my Squarespace into a store to meet the growth of my business. Their integration with Taxjar is not great, no customer service.... With Shopify, I have been enjoying all the features. They're a strong choice and I wish I would have switched sooner. It's not aggressively salesy, I was still able to make my website cozy and it even has a little blog! Everything is so easy to use.

UPDATE: the suggestion to force stop worked! The app is great! I just updated the app today & wish I did not. There seems to be a bug with this latest update. When I click on an order, I receive an error message stating, "Unable to load content. There's a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading." When I click the products tab the same error message occurs. So as of now I am unable to charge orders or print shipping labels from the app. Assistance is appreciated
