Made a big purchase n provided reciept but was rejected. Small purchase got approved but not big purchase. Contacted cust service-Atikah but reasons given were possibility caused by CHROME extension, anti virus/browser blocker installed..etc that caused cashback rejected but Atikah did nothing to address Shopback app gitches. Simply pushing all the blames to the user. Felt so cheated and disappointed. The service provided by Atikah was so lousy. Won't recommend this app. I give ZERO STAR rating!

It's a great app if it actually gives you money back. Unfortunately, if you complete challenges that are worth more than a P10, you can expect not to receive it at all. Waste of time following up the cashback.

With the recent updates to its cash back policies, the ability to generate what was already dismal amounts of cashback from general purchases have been removed and users are now forced to search for items on shopee shopback store, otherwise no cashback is earned. This means most items will no longer be available for cash back, rendering this app close to useless.

Worthless cashback app. Tried to make purchase from a website on the app but was not able to proceed with payment. So why offer cashback? Also all of a sudden got logged out of the app which i only discovered as i wanted to make payment. The product is so embarrassing you need to pass the embarrassment to your customers?

Good idea in theory. However, it is very dodgy in the execution. I have used the app appropriately but had cashback missing or incorrectly calculated, and they just decline your requests for cash back.

Difficult to use. Doesn't always open to the brand's online shop. Interface bug - always in English and no support to switch to Chinese (Traditional or Simplified) and yet the tabs at the bottom of the app are always in Chinese.

Please, be extra CLEAR to the terms. Recently, I had encountered a problem with your withdrawal, I had a change of GCash number and I told beforehand not to send the fund to my old account and your system still pushed through, it took me TWO months to straighten this matter. It is a nice little perk to online shopping but a little patience while it accumulates, since online shopping is now a go-to these days, earning a little while you shop is a coin in the pocket.

I've been using this app over a year ago and it's all good until recently this month of June because my cashback is still pending and my recent purchase is not found despite the passing it's tracked date when is directly detected the purchase as I opened the shopback app go to the merchant app that I want to purchase.

The cashback stays in limbo for so many months without updating. Other systems are better and faster. Even after contacting customer support, it was a waste of time and they want me to supply all invoices for transactions in the past year as PDF. What is the point of this app and tracking system if you have to do that. Cash rewards is much better and customer service resolve any issues quickly and easily

To be honest I'm not sure if it is good or not because the app just didn't work. I'm not able to do any move inside of it, and it send me notifications all the time, multiple ones, but I am not able to adjust the settings because it is literally a blank pages when I try to use it

New app is very confusing and makes things difficult. I can no longer straight away go to the shopping apps (Shoppe) to do the online shopping like previously instead, the online shopping needs to be done inside shopback environment which only cater selected merchants. It's very stupid move. Thanks for commission I received over 5 years ago Shopback, I uninstalling you today!

Absolute fraud, rejected a cashback claim based on fake reasons given, and used this excuse to reject a bonus $50 challenge payment. There is no one to talk to just a robot, how to call this company to fix this problem???! Use Cashrewards instead, each time I had tracking issues with them it was fixed very quickly. Shopback is a fraud!!!!!

They removed Grab food and limitations on specific shopee stores. Basically makes this app worthless unless you travel a lot. I've also had forcibly shopped to complete their Platinum challenge and end up getting NOTHING. CS was not helpful at all, even if I provided them my screenshots of THEIR app that the ordered were already tracked and within the date of THEIR promotion.

Good app to use for cashback but very lacking in terms of enabling customers to enjoy their promotions. Now they have a telegram channel to claim for vouchers which a lot of us might not be on, some promotions you have to go click to join, why can't you be fair and allow all to enjoy the benefits (if u have a limit, then put upfront up to how many redemptions). Why make life so difficult when it's already so hectic and busy for most? *Slap forehead*

It's nice to get money back while shopping but the fact that the computation is wrong is disappointing. I tried computing my money before doing a purchase and it just didn't match up and when I calculated the cashback in my earnings the 0.5% was actually 0.005%. You also have to wait for so long to withdraw your earnings and base on the reviews the app is disappointing; Though I'll wait for the date as to when my earnings is available for withdrawal and check if it truly is withdrawable.

Can't open the app anymore I've been using the ShopBack app and accumulated some cash. Recently the app just won't load. I've uninstall and reinstall it. Updated my Samsung s22+. Restarted my phone multiple times. I've just uninstall and reinstall the app. It's still not working.

Though I do like the idea of ShopBack, this app is a complete let down. Email links that are supposed to take me to a certain deal do not work, they just open the app. Bought an introductory gift card offer, but trying to view the card fails. Tried to raise a support ticket, but if you do it in the app, then click on a picture you've attached to the chat, you can no longer go back to the chat, clicking the only available back arrow will take you back to the app and all chat info is lost. 👎

It's basically a coin toss if the links work and register with the app. Shopback can then say "you didn't purchase through our app" and refuse to credit you. Shopback also don't have access to their partners records so if one of the stores refuses to play ball with a transaction there is nothing they can do so yet again... You get no credit. It's a joke of an app. DO NOT USE.

This app is really fake and insincere. It takes too long to process cashback. I used the app for 3-4 months and invited 2 friends, but I still haven't received even a cent! I decided to go back to another app with a purple color scheme. It's a better application for cashback—more effective and reliable. Absolutely not this one! Fake!
