SYWR members should get automatic email receipts. I've missed a number of e-receipts because the cashier clicked through the option without asking me first. There is no way to get it after the order is rung up. At least with the Walmart app I can scan the barcode on their receipt and get a much better record of the purchase.

I used to love this app, now there aren't any games to speak of, it has taken me weeks of playing all my spins plus the bonuses to accumulate, wait for it, 0.65. That's right almost 3/4 of a $1.00. Tell me that's not worth it. Whatever happened to this app is a darn shame. I actually used to enjoy it, and while I never won a big prize or knew anyone who did, just accumulating points for a "free" journal or new bra or whatever, was well worth the and effort. NOT ANY MORE. Don't waste your time

You'll let me log in to pay my bill but you won't let me log into use my reward points. Customer service numbers are computerized.I can't get a human being on the phone for assistance. My ID and user password to redeem points is correct. I understand that it's two different websites. Month by month you take my reward points so I can't use them.Very unprofessional.👎👎👎👎

Can't filter search results anymore. When you get 1500 results and can't use any filters it makes the app virtually useless. would never use if it weren't free money. (Update) Filter option now works but now every item you try to view brings up an error message making it impossible to view anything let alone purchase anything.

love redeeming points for gift cards. happy they made it where you can actually FIND the gift cards I've bought previously. I lost an e- gift card a long time ago when they used to disappear right after "buying" it and I didn't save the email it was delivered to. But now they are accessible in your account history if you lose the email. Thank you for changing this.

dont get this app! read al the recent reciews!.totally garbage..have 90$ in points that expire in 2 days and I can't add any items to my cart..also no app support. Update as 10 26 2020....im done with this stupid app. Kept trying to use it hoping it would improve but now its worse. Items say they qualify for free shipping until you add them to your cart then they say not eligable for free shipping....deleting my acount for good.

i dont play hardly anymore since they closed all the sears and kmarts around me, and they raised the free shipping to where you have to spend $60.00 in order to get it. And you dont win as many points anymore, and by the time you get some built up, they stsrt expiring. Some of us dont have charge cards or bank acvounts to where we can pay the difference to get that free shipping. And i would have to go to Indiana (out of state) just to pick up stuff if i had it shipped to a store. I live in Ohio

Ok, first I am updating my original review. First I tried for months to use my points... technically a year or better. Loosing points month after month because I couldn't get it to let me order anything. Finally last night I was randomly clicking and it let me order something (I actually was trying for a hand mixer but it wouldn't let me) so now I'm getting a bathroom rug. Not what I wanted but I figured I should at least get something for the few points I have left.

shoppers of hawaii beware!! if it wasn't sears charging me about $50 for shipping something that didn't even cost $50 to begin with, it was the inability to add things to my cart. all of a sudden only one store is available for ordering through app and picking up. let's just say that store is thousands of miles away. I live in Hawaii. smh so no point of app

What a horrible way to do business. Reps have no idea what they are doing. I've been hung up on. Transfered to wrong places and spent HOURS to do a warranty exchange on two small items. Litterally hours. Finally got the exchange completed. Paid extra for faster shipping but they took 2 days to ship the product out. Now the product won't be here when I needed them to be. This won't happen twice. Never again SYW.

App freezes, Caint even use rewards E card.. even sfter adding it to Google pay...need a 4 digit pin sense I transfer to Google wallet. Caint figure out how to change pin number. Retailer doesn't lime original # needs to be four digit. MTech support csint help with this issue. I csint use card I select this ID to much confusion. I want my point to be credited to my regular visa as a credit off my bill.

I couldn't use my gift cards from my phone, it has to be physical cards for Walmart and Fry's Food stores. I also couldn't find the online account or statement on my phone too. This is the worst app since they changed it and closed the Shop Your Way stores. I don't play games with developers. It's no wonder why they closed the stores everywhere and changed the app. If I can figure out how to redeem the online gift cards I'm going to close this account. I'm not sorry for being honest.

I used to think this app was alright but now many of the items I look up, are either not available for store pick up or even not available for shipping. It takes too long to load the site or other pages ( especially when shopping ) and I've had problems checking out. There have been multiple times where I tried to use my GasBuddy points to buy items and when it comes time for checkout, the page just wouldn't load or it would take me back to the main screen.

Not user friendly. Downloaded it to pay my bill, what an excruciating headache. The load time for any option took so long and it kept redirecting me for shopping when all i wanted was to pay my bill. Then it kept requiring me to log back in after i just logged in. And it takes forever to load... The app is still loading the page and a paid my bill online. What a waste of time, the only thing missing was ads for other issues apps and games. What a joke

here's the catch you offer up to 11% on some products. we have to be redirected from the app to the retailers' website. but it never redirects. it freezes on 1 second waiting to be redirected. I thought it was my phone so I tried on my husband's and it froze the same. so guess what? I cant apply or get the points because technically I'm not buying from the shop your way app. smh. 🤨

App is slow and trying to redeem points is a huge pain, especially when trying to do free shipping. Selecting a shipping option on one item in an order keeps affecting the shipping options on the other items. I spent over 5 minutes just going back and forth selecting shipping options and waiting for it to load til I finally got them all on the cheapest shipping. Then I tried to redeem too many points and it kicked them all off of free shipping! Now I have to do it all again.

Product pictures (images) are not loading! Only some product pictures load. App is being extremely slow as if you cut down on servers. I have had this app for years and over the years, there has always been at least one issue. I think it's time for a total redesign. I'm trying to shop for Christmas presents for my parents and I can't even pick out anything because I can't even see what I'm shopping for! Everything else on my phone works fine. It's just this app.

Awful app and awful service. It's a very poorly laid out site and trying to find what you want is far more difficult than it should be. The prices are definitely NOT good deals. The catalogs to shop around are 80% out of stock. In order to get free shipping you have to have $35 of very select items. The selection of everything is very limited and it's hard to find someone worth buying. When I finally find something worth buying it might say "only available for pickup" and the nearest pickup store is 2 hours away. Sometimes it says "not available for shipping" AND "not available for pickup" so I'm not sure how you're supposed to buy it. In the end the "freecash" becomes pointless because there's nothing worth buying that I can't buy for cheaper without the "freecash" elsewhere. Just avoid the app and the service altogether—save yourself the trouble.
