The app is great, with only two drawbacks... On the Live TV page there is no ability to send a message to the show host as there is on the website version, and, the Live TV page opens with the streaming video trying to start up immediately (rather than allowing us to to start it ourselves) which locks-up the page just long enough for us to miss out on purchasing the current item up for sale, which is extremely frustrating.

App is glitchy, hangs up for long periods of time, drops, shuts down and freezes. Lost out on a number of auction items with these problems. Now can't even shop to add ANY items items into my cart. "Technical difficulties", no, many hang ups, freezing problems with the app. What's up with this! Looks like I'll go shopping elsewhere!

The app is very touchy, meaning in my experience watch carefully what you are doing. If I lay my phone down for a second to grab a pen, etc., it changes pages, items get ordered, and various problems have been experienced. At this time I can not process anything through regular checkout. A statement pops up that says I generated a command which the application does not recognize.

ShopLC app is stopping, it will open then immediately close. I just started having this problem yesterday. This is awful when trying to order online to get free shipping, when item goes off air the price normally goes up so missing out on a lot of deals. Please FIX THIS! This is hurting the company. I thought it was just me until I read the reviews and see it's the app not something wrong with my phone! Thanks!

This app only works half the time. I usually am on my phone trying to navigate and when I try to add to cart, it hangs up. I have lost several items because of this app not working properly. I end up having to go to the desktop app and finishing my order, which sometimes is too late. This app is horrible! I have not been able to log in for 3 days! It says my phone number and password are not correct. So I changed my password - nothing. I hate this app! Hire competent technical support!!

I see the app is running a little slow and sometimes just doesn't want to work right at all. I'm guessing it's working a little harder with more ppl using it while at home.(4-3-20) . I just downloaded the app and did a fast buy and it worked great. Impressive! This is another review added (8-13-19). Just ordered the jewelry boxes that were on tonight. They are pretty and a nice size, love the 2 tier in these, just what I need. This app is working GREAT!!!!!

Update: 5 months no fix. The live video feed stopped working months ago. The error is "video unavailable". I have used this app to watch the Shop LC live stream for about a year without any issues. The issue started back in early to mid October 2018 and I have written the app designer for support three times with NO reply as of yet. End of update... I love having the LC app while I am on the go. Really easy to use. A must for shoppers.

Your app and its quality sucks!! Before the "upgrade" I could see the Retail Price after the sale. Now that is not possible. I need this info for insurance purposes!! Didn't anyone think of that?? After looking at interested items, choosing, then getting out, it sends me back to home rather then the "stone" I was looking at. Amateur at best!! The quality of your app has gone backward not forward with the times. Seriously you need a better IT Dept and better programmers!!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Fast buy works fine. I have been ordering from LC for quite a while and I have never been able to put anything in the cart to be able to use the 30% off code. When I called I was put on hold and ended up just hanging up. Maybe it's something that I'm doing wrong, but I can't imagine having to do anything besides tapping on add to cart. I really like everything that I've ordered from LC.

Not thrilled with this new update. The sight is now slower than molasses. I find it very hard to bid on the $1 auctions as the app only shows several items at a time before freezing up. I've tried to place bids and they don't register. Before updating, the app ran perfectly smooth and I loved shopping here. I will probably delete Shop LC if it doesn't improve.

Mostly happy with the what I've purchased but have not received an item before and have received wrong ring size and the shipping is ridiculous if you dont choose value shipping ? Like who wouldn't? They make you choose , and my last order shipping cost almost as much as my mechandise. It should have been the flat fee, obvious to anyone, I would chose the cost effective method of shipping. That ruined for me !!

Very irritated right now! I tried to order the "buy all" items available, but for some reason the app kept telling me my card was not registered. Low and behold, after the item had closed l had no problem, but I missed one of the items and the "buy all" price (20% off). Not the first time I've had trouble trying to purchase "buy all". UGH!

Terrible. Tried five times to get an order to go through, since I had tried ordering by phone, and my PIN "couldn't be verified. Even tried with a different, old phone #. After waiting a minute for a sales rep, then being told the wait was greater than 5 minutes (who knows how much greater?), I hung up and decided to try this LC app, with NO success and LOTS of frustration. It looked like my account was found, as older items were in cart. But I couldn't get past entering ship info -??? No order p

The website is glitchy, but OK, but the app is worse, If you're bidding on the auction, the app will definitely slow you down, and you will lose your bid. The app buffers way too much, and it's frustrating to use. The app is confusing enough for someone who is tec savvy, but I can't imagine what a senior or someone who is not tec savvy is going through trying to use it. I wouldn't recommend the app. Now, I can't even see my bid history or auction cart. I'm uninstalling this app 😒

It is great for seeing all the options and checking out jewelry. Paying has gotten easier, I used to miss items because it would not open up the cart to pay. 🙂 *I am having a much harder time using the Auction part of the site lately. It glitches on me a lot. Sometimes I cannot even pay for the stuff I won because it acts so unstable and jumps too much. I I think I will have to skip the auctions and they were my favorite part. I hope a different phone helps.

I updated my App when I opened it today. The App is very SLOW, it just grinds away! I've been in & out of App too many times to count... It is hard to open up & after I open an item, put it in cart, it took 4 tries to get the items correctly in cart, then screen freezes up...again! Also, can't go back to shop for more after putting items in cart. Something is wrong with the APP. It's slow & hard to complete order & shop & freezes up constantly...uughh.

Have not been able to get the CART or Checkout to open consistently in the app for 4 days! This happened in the past sporadically however, not to the point where it will not open at all and I had to uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, and email support, inwhich no one has responded. It runs slower and has been glitchy since the last update. Hopefully this will be fixed.

Quite frustrating, app will freeze, glitches, etc especially right in the middle of auctions, which are time sensitive. The app will default the already ridiculous shipping fees to expedited, which doubles the price. Always check! I've lost so many auction items due to the app crashing. Customer service hinted that this is a common problem and usually uninstall and reinstall will fix, not in my case. No other response is going on in 3 weeks. Save time and frustration. Just skip the app.

The app is fine. I just wish the shipping charges were handled as per package instead of per item. It's all going to come in one package anyway, no matter how many items you purchase. If you win a $1 auction but have to pay $3.99 for shipping on each item, it takes the common sense out of doing auctions. I don't resell what I purchase, unlike others. Have a great day!

I had the app in the past and had no problems. I downloaded it again and won my bids but when I go to pay, it was telling me there was an issue with my card. I checked my bank account and see that I have been charged 3 times for my order but checking the app again, it hasn't been paid. I don't want to lose what I won. Update: I lost what I had won because of a glitch with your app and system! I wouldn't have given even 1 star if I could, poor customer service! You lost a customer!
