Shop pay app will not work I have $10 of shop pay cash to use and none of my transactions are working, throws an error stating I need to checkout as guest even though my payment methods are up to date and correct. Tried to reach out to customer service for help, only option is through email and they only repeat some automated script that doesn't pertain to my issue. What a shame. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

A lot of indie makeup brands have a policy to add Route ship protection and it can't be added in the app. I noticed that when I was finally able to sync from the makeup brand website to the Shop app sometimes Route would appear but you can't use the "Cash" you have, unless you add the products from the app but as I mentioned you can't add Route which you have to add in case products arrive broken. You need to fix it.

Great for seeing all of your tracking info in one place. It's gotten worse recently, though. You used to be able to click a link within an items tracking page that would take you to the actual shipping company's page for your items tracking number. Edit: You used to just be able to click the carrier logo to go to carrier site. Adding an extra step, as described by the dev response, is always bad practice and confuses users, like myself.

The app was fine at one point but now there's a horrible, distracting shop cash hovering button, constantly reminding you how much reward cash you've earned. Home, search, bag, tracking, doesn't matter, it's always right in your face with no way to dismiss it. Even worst is the giant green block for it, taking up a quarter of my profile page. I usually use shop for tracking and don't make purchases through the app often and had I known this would happen I would have only used it that way.

App keeps crashing when I try to open it, and even when I don't (I get notifications throughout the day that "Shop is crashing frequently. Put it in a deep sleep..."). I checked and nothing needs updating. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and am still having the same issue. I'll just have to delete for now. My phone battery is draining a lot from this.

App is currently not launching. I have tried force closing the app and restarting it, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the apps cache, and restarting my device. Nothing works. I press the app to open and it brings up the blue loading screen with the "shop" logo in the middle as If it were trying to launch, but then it cuts to my phones home screen and says "shop keeps stopping". I am on samsung galaxy a10e. Also, the link they send you to help you out, doesn't work.

Tracking issues. Disconnecting from Amazon. Manually having to update status of packages. This has been an ongoing problem. It's quite annoying when you have deliveries expected and their status is unknown because it refuses to update the Amazon. I have tried numerous times to reconnect my account only to see it stuck in a flashing white screen. This used to be more reliable than the post office and now........... I hope to this issue corrected as I see I'm not the only having this problem. 😑

I loved this app, until recently. It WILL NOT WORK. I've gone above and beyond, several times now, and the app won't open or do anything. A pop-up message says to clear the cache because of it closing so many times. Did that, uninstall and data clearing, phone restart, and nadda! I have an order through Shop and have no way to follow or track it because the app is garbage, right now. It says there's bugs that need fixed and to wait to download again until they fix them. Come on!!!

Horrible experience trying to pay my bill in full. I kept getting errors saying both of my cards are expired when in fact they are not. Because of their multiple attempts to process payments and process "authorization" my bank flagged it as fraudulent. Called and talked to my bank and they informed me that this is a known issue with Shop App and it's on their end. I've spoken to several supervisors trying to resolve this and no help.

There's something wrong with the app. I restarted my phone, and immediately it's saying that "Shop keeps stopping", without me even launching the app. It keeps throwing up the error message and it's (Just did it AGAIN) making my phone freeze. I tried launching the app to try to fix it, but it immediately crashes or force closes. So, I don't have to open it in order for it to malfunction, and I can't even (and there it is AGAIN) use it anymore. Idk what the issue is, but it's too much (ONCE MORE)

This app has typically been spot on and sometimes better tracking than the accounts it is tracking. BUT the last month or so has been horrible. It started where I had to log into Amazon multiple times a week. For the last couple of weeks, it will not link to Amazon at all. I've tried every possible fix as well. I do love the app, but if this can't be fixed, I don't think I will be keeping the app. The app still works for the most part but not with Amazon.

I'd say 4 1/2, the reason being is that it can be confusing to use here and there. It does have good variety, but sometimes a shop it identifies (even when going directly to sellers website) will occasionally say there aren't any matches for the search results. On the other hand, most of my purchases for other websites (rotors, brake pads etc.) Automatically get recognized by this app making tracking it by price and location makes things far easier to deal with.

This has quickly become my favorite shopping app. Not only does it offer multiple ways to pay, but it tracks all of your orders. Including orders that weren't through them. It's so helpful when all of your orders are organized in one place. Especially if you decide you want to go back and order something again, but can't remember the store website. (Or maybe I just have a shopping addiction...) AND you get rewarded with free or discounted stuff for using the app!

No longer allows me to connect my amazon account. After logging in, the screen keeps refreshing, and if I close the amazon screen, my account is still not connecting. I've been trying for a few days since it disconnected. I've always logged back in with my fingerprint, and now it won't take. The app is pretty good at telling you that a package has been delivered, sometimes before the shipper or carrier notifies you. Some orders still show they're in transit even if they've been delivered.

I really like this app! It worked flawlessly when I 1st got it several years ago. I really only started having issues about 6 months ago. It's only with Amazon. I have to reconnect my account all the time. For the last several weeks, when it loads the Amazon page to reconnect from this app, it just blinks, so to speak. It's like the page won't load fully and it keeps reloading over and over. The app still shows new packages but I have to manually mark them delivered. Other than that, I like it.

Well after having to get a new phone I had redownload this app bc I ordered candy and wanted to see when it would arrive, but when I went to open the app it didn't even stay open for 5 seconds before it totally crashed. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall it six times to no avail. And it's been two days of this app not working in the slightest. It was reliable for tracking and shopping but when the app decides to absolutely stop doing what it's supposed to do, it's trash. I'm upset with it.

Great for tracking orders so I don't have to find or keep all those emails. A few more features would make this 5 star for sure. -Auto delete after delivery -Check text messages as well as emails -Auto populate item name if possible, or display part of email in app instead of switching to mail to find it Also a big fix needed is if a single Amazon order comes in multiple shipments. So if I order 2 items at the same time, one comes in 3 days and the other in 8, Shop only tacks the first item.

Overall I like the app. However, for several months now I have been unable to link my Amazon account when it disconnects. I'm nor able to enter my Amazon password no matter how often I try. Sometimes it does pull the orders in, but not always. Otherwise it's a good app. As of 5/31/2024. I am still unable to reconnect my Amazon account. I have deleted and reinstalled several times. Won't even let me type in my email address. This issue was supposedly fixed. Obviously it isn't. Very disappointed.

During "shop week", they put up a link screen that you can't make go away to get to what you're actually there for. Wasted real estate (almost entire screen) that either you accidentally hit and have to back out of or scroll past to get where your going. Plus zero ability to contact them via the app. The app has a terrible time reconnecting to Amazon.

Great app, I like that I can track all my packages on it; even ones not purchased on the app. Very accurate and convenient. The only issue is that shop owners dont have a lot of control over the orders. I wanted to add onto an order, and the seller couldn't do it since they were not allowed to make changes to the order. The seller instead had to make a coupon code that gives free shipping and then just ship them together, which could be taken advantage of and doesn't work for all situations.
