Overall, this game is really fun. It took some time to understand how everything works, but it was pretty simple, probably because I've played games just like this one before. But for new players starting out in this game, they might struggle to understand how everything works. I would like you to add, to make things easier and more helpful, a way to select a few characters and set all of them to level up at the same time. Because going into each character to level them is annoying.

I'm a big fan of the shield hero series and was looking forward to being able to play the game but can barely get anywhere in the game without it freezing/crashing

Every update the game gets worse, Too VIP heavy and they keep changing the currencies you get so you dont get gold anymore but crystals, Game was fun at first but way too pay based wouldnt recomend at this state.

It's a good game, It's just that every time I recruit new characters it won't let me click anything when it shows me what I got, and the only way to fix it is to close the game and open it back up again.

After the new update they just freaking out the qualification of the heros behind the paywall??? Ez thank you for showing me the door to out of the game ..I was lvl 60 with many months of grind.now u wasted all that effort and that's the reason ur player base ll go down and no new player ll play this game.U just creating servers for more players but it won't be needed because have seen the old server , about 90% of player base of old server left after grind.Thanks for wasting our time.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! developed to actively screw you. Their "updates" don't improve. They increase the grind. Spend time and money elsewhere Edit: bosses/ enemies have to much health, rewards are too limited, skip has been removed, gold has been removed

I was praying for a shield hero game since the anime came out, I was so excited when I saw this game I said yes finally a shield hero game, that was until I played the game all in all this would be a fun game, I can see myself enjoying this game if they didn't make the fights so freaking hard, it takes months just to get past chapter 4 and the reason why is because this game forces you to use certain characters on certain certain fights making your own team is useless

I've only just downloaded the game and it keeps crashing after about 5mins and then closes the game. Update: I've tried restarting the game multiple times. It's still crashing, sometimes it's not even opening or crashing as soon as the game screen starts.

As of 10.29.24 The update that went live today was one no one asked for. -The system for upgrading units is now almost unusable for some units unless you buy a material that takes paid currency. -The earnable player borders are no longer in the game and only paid ones are available. Please revert these changes, they were not necessary. Or please add a way to earn paid currency through in game missions other than the VIP system that requires you to buy packs to upgrade it quickly.

Customer service non existent. 72 hours with no response for game breaking bugs including: bright galaxy reset, losing hundreds of tokens, qualification bug fix taking a qualification level and compensating with the wrong hero token, and last but not least, support ticket being closed with no response, requiring a rating to put in another but anytime you try to change the rating from 5 stars it resets the game. Edit: 10 days after previous review. No bug fixes or compensation.

The game be freezing and crashing at time for me even though I'm on the lowest graphics setting, and I know my phone can definitely run this game, but sucks when I want to play this game really badly and can't because it crashes frequently. 🥺ðŸ˜

game is interesting I think they could done better. There's too many things go on on the screen tap here tap that. once you claim something you have to go back a tap again to claim something else of small fortune. I guess this the norm for this type a style of mobile game. correct me if I wrong when I play on adventure my characters switch out even tho I picked a set character I wanted to no use. maybe this is by default to go with the story? story is all over the place too. I type more butcant

I love how they did it but when I was about to clear ch2 it restarted me all the way to the part where it shows the dead dragon. I hope the developers sees this and fix it so I don't need to worry about all my progress disappearing like that again. Went back and I think I found the problem, it has to do with the severs because I started my journey on sever 9 but then when it changed to server 5 it started from the beginning so if that helps the devs please fix it because I really love this.

It's fun....I guess? Still not entirely sure I know what I'm doing. The UI is cluttered with stuff. The game is filled with typos and grammar errors. There are times where text is overlapping other text. Some text I literally cannot read (small font). Umm has potential but it seems very unpolished

Tl;DR youll get a kick out of playing this if you enjoy the manga/anime, but it doesnt do enough to retain attention beyond idling rewards and slow char progression Sitting on the fence with this one. Plays like any other turn-based auto-rpg, but re-skinned as shield hero folks. Progression starts real smooth, then gets kind of confusing. You could have a solid team, high bp (battle power?) and still lose drastically to someone well below your BP if you allow the auto-function to do its thing.

Definitely lots to do, for better or worse. The issues for me is that character upgrading is a huge pain, you have too much of one thing while struggling for the other (purple and blue medals) it's hard enough to get multiples of the characters you want to upgrade. And it seems that's where 90% of power comes from, not the 4 other upgrading methods. So progression just halts. And "event" character pulls cost more than twice than normal with worse odds, very annoying. Aesthetics are good though.

Meh, kind of a let down. Gameplay was choppy in a way. Quickly got annoying with hearing the same voice sounds during fights. Bugs, and some that prevent you from finishing a fight, so you have to quit/restart. English text didn't make sense sometimes, and sometimes bugs with displaying text. Relies heavy on the IP to carry it. Just didn't have fun. Felt like the beginning of a grind, and not pleasing enough to stick with it. Artwork looks great, but still.

As of last night a new update was released which destroys the ability of any F2P player to enjoy the game whatsoever. They removed the ability to skip quests and put limits on the amount of times you can farm quests for items and locked them behind a pay wall of at a minimum $100+ investment for any quality of life features. It was fun to play before but for anyone not willing to just their way to VIP lv 13 don't waste your time picking up the game until the changes get reversed.

It's a decent game, and I didn't mind grinding for the resources that were required to improve my characters. I really enjoyed being able to auto-clear stages as many times as I wanted in order to get the resources, but the recent update takes that away. Now, I'm only allowed 10 auto-clears a day, which has really hindered my progress.
