Terrible experience! The default language is Portuguese which nobody speaks outside Brazil. You guys should either include Spanish or English.

Shell is a shame, I will set a file to consumer's protection agency in Argentina. They offer discounts through an app that fails to work . Never identifies the pump where the expense was made . The app shows text written in portuguese which is not allowed under conmercial laws for payment offerings, instant tellers or other banking means . It is a fraud, Shell advertise discounts through their app , then you go to their pump stations and there is no way of getting such discount .

It used to work, after a couple months without using it, I cannot sign in anymore, it says my credentials are incorrect even right after I change my password.

App is in Portuguese if your chosen language is not Spanish or Portuguese. Should be pretty easy to add English.

The app is supposed to give discounts, but it does not, even paying cash. Seems false advertisement. I fill gasoline at shell because I trust the gas stations I use, but the app never complies.

It's imposible to log in from an Argentinian account (that works on the website). Even is everything in Portuguese without any option to change it.

App. is in Portuguese... It does not provide language setup or auto select based on phone's default language. And there're no discounts to justify using it over other payment methods. Uninstalling.

App works only in Brazil, not in Argentina (cant log in with my normal account in my country), complete failure by Shell in Argentina. If this continues in Argentina lots of customers will go to Axion and Ypf (as i did), as this brands do have normal working apps.

App is in Portuguese and can't be switched to Spanish for the Argentinean market. Worst loyalty app experience ever. Learn from YPF and Axion as they are doing it right.

App is in portuguese, it should let the costumer choose language on startup. If you offer the app via mail in spanish it should not send you to download an app in another language with no chance to change.

It doesn't work sometimes and there is other way to get to he points. Also if you want to close the account you must go through a long way before tou uninstall the App. It is not practical and needs some improvement.

Same bad experience as every user from Argentina reports on their reviews. App is in portuguese and can't change language to Spanish or English. Can't log in with a valid account that works perfectly on the web. Unistalling.

The app is in Portuguese by default and can't even log in with my account. The account on the website works fine, but can't use on this app. Also the "forgot password" does not send any email.

After so many problems with the app, they decided my account should be blocked without warning, so all I can say it is more than fair, because the coupons were getting dry, and using it was more a hassle than it was worth it. So long, and thanks for all the fish. 👋

I'm from Argentina. My cell phone is configured to use English. No idea why the setup comes up in Portuguese. If you intend to offer your App outside Brasil, you can't force your language. Specially, when nobody else in the region speaks it.

After new update 9.9.1.0 and new ones the App do not login anymore in my phone Android 6.0.1. The app crashes after asking login and password. Tried to erase cached data and app stored data, but the app always crashes after login with correct user and pass. Tried to install version 9.9.4.0 and 9.9.5 0 but same problem is happening. Waiting for developers to correct the bug and restore compatibility with android 6.0.1, otherwize I can't use Shellbox anymore.
