Thus used to be one of the best OP features. It has been completely destroyed and made useless by not allowing the use of external widgets. I disabled it, it's completely useless now.

Worthless and we aren't allowed to uninstall this garbage. Went from useful to useless with the revamp. Whoever approved this invasive worthless app should be shown the door.

It's a great idea but the current version of the app sucks literally. Just give the freedom to add custom os widgets.

Useless. The Shelf on the OnePlus 3t with custom widgets was significantly better than just showing a Google feed (which I disabled immediately).

Seems to be OnePlus bloatware. I'm going to try to uninstall it. I wish carriers would just use the plain Android OS and allow the user to choose what to install... Ugh! Update: the app claims to be a "system" app which cannot be uninstalled. Grrrrrrrrr...

WORST UPDATE.... Completey ruined the features of One Plus phones... All the widgets gone... Steps Count Feature Gone... Music widget feature gone... Only Global search is there which is useless and a waste of time in Shelf... Bring bag Steps count and all useful widgets otherwise no use

Very poor. Swipe from top not the left, might be a OnePlus thing. No calendar widgit, really!!!! Massive downgrade on my last OnePlus. Just seen that my wife's iPhone shelf is more configurable, come on!

Not support in my oppo a78 4g model. I love this application but with the update of android 14. This application didn't not run in my smart phone. Please make this application suppored with my smart phone as soon as possible with all widgets.

The step tracker on it, even when problematic, fixes itself back over time with updates and restarts. That's what really important here. Remember that. Walking matters, and being told how much without extra apps is very useful

invasive unwanted garbage that Everytime I swiped up it said would you like to use shelf. (on phone by default) tried it, realized it did nothing useful. sure has some things that are together nice and neat but not worth my swipe not giving me access to settings and notifications. this is just bloatware. glad I finally thought to load play store and uninstall. Edit: uninstalling just made it go back to default. it reinstalled itself.

I don't use it but IDK what the top review is saying. You can disable this. I did on my oneplus 12. Just long press on a empty part of home screen and tap more, then tap pull down option you can pick between the shelf or pulling down the notification shade. Can also turn off the shortcuts to search on the homescreen.

I want this malware app off my OnePlus 12. but it won't let me uninstall it or disable it. I have been a big OnePlus fan for many years. This is more than disappointing. This is much worse than just bloatware, It tracks you, spies on you, gathers data on you then sells it. You can't uninstall it or disable it. It's embedded into the operating system. Take a look at all of the permissions it gets automatically, those permissions can't be turned off. Extremely angry! Please give uninstall option!
