Shared Contacts® lets you share Google Contact lists or groups. You can share your Gmail contacts or Google Contacts with other Gmail & Google Workspace (G Suite) users in a matter of seconds. If you use Google Services and Google Contacts as your contacts manager then Shared Contacts® is especially designed for you, to give you enhanced contact sharing capabilities.
You can create as many contact groups as you like and share your Google contact groups with as many Gmail and Google Workspace™ (G Suite) users as you like. Not only this, it also lets you define access permissions for the shared Google Contact labels. These permissions include view only access, editing permission, sharing permission, and permission to delete Google Contacts. You can also share Gmail contacts with other domain users and even free Gmail users in a matter of a few clicks.
You can also backup your Google Contacts with our app. In addition, our intuitive interface and strong integration helps you edit and share contacts directly from Gmail™ and Google Contacts, without having to login to your app dashboard.

It does what it says it's going to do, but I can't get support to reliably get back to me, and that is very frustrating. Will update to higher stars if I see better email support.

I downloaded the app, at first, it synced my contacts across my Gmail. Then, it started to delete all of my contacts. I currently have 60 contacts on my phone. These I saved maybe in high-school. I am now 25. 600 contacts. All of my friends, my families numbers are all gone. As I look at my text threads, it is all just random numbers. I contacted their customer support and have heard nothing back. What exactly happened? Where are my contacts? All I did was give access to add and edit contacts.

In our multi-services business we often have to share customers’ contacts on their requests for various services, which is where we have been using this app for months. Works great and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Good job developers!

Before this app our sales people used to call the same lead multiple times because nobody had the updated data in their Google Contacts, not anymore as now our whole sales team have shared addressbook and it gets synced in real time whenever a member updates a contact. Great app for the sales teams!

If you are a sales team using Google services for business and want to save some valuable time, then get this installed and start using it. Do keep the note of your time and after a week or so when you get the hang of it, I would love to know if it didn’t make you efficient. One of the best productivity app for teams and businesses.

Great addition to the service. Always found it a little hassle to share and sync contacts using a computer and then accessing them on mobile, but now I have your app and I can do everything on the go!

I paid for a year subscription and it was working fine until just recently this app deleted several of my contacts without my doing. I know this because my phone told me they were deleted by "shared contacts". I've tried contacting customer support by phone and email and they don't reply. Don't waste your money on this garbage or you could lose your contacts like me.

I own multiple businesses in a similar niche and I often cross-sell or up-sell various services, which is why it was essential for me to have a sync between all my business contacts from different workspace accounts that I own. Fortunately I found this and now it is a matter of mere clicks and then I can access all my contacts from any device. Genius!

Very simple and straightforward app to share contacts lists with my colleagues. First , I needed to create a contact list (label) , then I shared it with 2 of my coworkers. Now anyone can add contacts to this list and everyone can see them instantly in their phone or In Their Gmail ! That's

Importing and exporting contacts from various users is not fun and the Google admins can feel that better than anyone, but this app has made it a breeze for me as I can simply transfer the ownership of the contact groups no more than a minute or two. That’s my favorite feature out of many they offer. Kudos to the team behind it!
