After paying platinum plan for 5 times still showing same girls. Not a single match. I have already spent more than 40k in this app worst experience. I would have given minus 5 star. Editing after 6 months same issue. In addition to this, Please don't buy the autopay plan they don't have any kind of refund policy if you pay your money is gone support is worst.

There is something majorly wrong with your ethics and values. Why do you even offer Free profile? What does it offer? If the user cannot send or receive information, then this is a severe restriction. What you can do alternatively is have basic facilities of sending, viewing and receiving full information but for a limited time period. For example, you may offer 7, 14 or 21 days and then position your higher packages. Rstriction of basic facilities reflects badly on your service culture :-(

This is the worst matrimony App in the market. Their user interface is not user friendly. Without recharge they don't even provide the option to atleast look at the messages. Plus it is the most costly one. You can get 100 times better services at other matrimony Apps. Their Customer care service is also bad. They have also started a service called Select Shadi where they provide personalised service. This is the worst service you would ever get in your life. Very pathetic App.

Usually the app is great. But I keep getting the message something went wrong. Considering a busy schedule, I get super frustrated when I take out some time to go through some profile and the app does not allow me to access anything and keeps showing Something went wrong.

I would like to address some of the issues while using the app 1. If app is opened from notification the screen keeps on coming to same screen even if we visit other tabs 2. After scrolling very down if we click on any profile and see image then after closing the image app is redirected to top most section bad user experience. 3. After scrolling and clicking on any profile then when we see any picture and then close the picture then swipe for other profile then click on see picrure. Issues...

If you're reading this, I would highly recommend you to use Jeevansathi instead. This app and website are not at all user friendly. 1. Even if you have preferences, many profiles that don't even meet the basic criteria will be shown. Shouldn't there requests be part of Filtered requests? 2. Many profiles are fake or have no pictures or pictures that are definitely not of the person. A lot of men use language that is derogatory and suggestive. 3. Many profiles blatantly mention dowry.

Absolutely pathetic app So many issues Browsing is a nightmare Messaging is messed up... They send the same message again creating confusion... Message notifications keeps popping up even when the message is read... Very annoying They create their own parameter and upload fake into the profile and then don't remove it, irrespective of the massive inconvenience caused While searching profile, despite putting filters, unnecessary profile come up which were meant to be filtered every single time

In video call events, girls video is always off. And there's no algorithm to match candidates before joining them for video calling in events. Everytime, I waste my 1 hour just connecting and disconnecting calls as no one on other side are showing video or talking. Also, there are many bugs in video call events. And also, can't see contacts which we viewed earlier but than request got declined. It's awful as we paid for the contacts but can't see them.

App has lot of minor bugs, like chat feature is not always on point, keeps bugging randomly. lot of profiles have the wrong birth place , so Astro match cannot be used. You cannot search/filter/sort for matches based on astro score compatibility. On top of that they scrub your sms messages so you cannot send your number even when you are a paid member. They really want to make everyone pay. Clearly a money grabbing company. Even after paying you won't have full access. Beware.

I paid the gold subscription but didn't get any response from the team and after set the filter also it is not working and also the different members list is showing on the partner list. Worst app don't use this app.You will not get any partner from this app there are taking only money for there business purpose.

The app is good in many ways but it can be improved to be more user friendly. For example it allows me to shortlist some profiles but don't know where to view the shortlisted profiles. Partner preference and temporary search can be distinguished. I prefer certain language profiles from few choosen states for locational proximity but it shows profiles from faraway locations.

The app is very costly as compared to others. Also it doesn't have good filters and key word search options. For example if I work in a nationwide organisation I have to a lot of filters to zero down to someone. A simple keyword feature would have been of great help. Overall bad experience over past one year. Not satisfied

App is not so good and not working properly . I think someone doesn't get any profile view notifications because i didn't get any never back view of profile which i view and shortlisted. Getting profile view form same profile again and again. Even some time I didn't get notifications.Search and filter doesn't work properly. Even after membership can't connect with some profiles.

Most worst application, it took my hard-earned money but ultimately useless. Most of the profiles are fake you will never get your profile partner as per the filter you set. Old age some of the same profiles you will see repeat again and again. There is no customer support 😭 if you tell something to customer care they will remove your ids. Very disappointed with this service 😔. I paid 2 times but useless. I logged several time customer complain but no results. I don't know what to do 😔.

Privacy issue, you cant hide your profile from people who are way outside your preference. My profile is visible to profiles that are more than 10years older than me and there is no way to prevent these people from viewing my profile and sending me requests on LinkedIn or other social media. There should be an option to set preference and your profile will be visible to only those people.

This app doesn't show relevant matches and also preference need to be set multiple times in view matches . Lot of fake profiles they mention profession as software professional in profile but when we call them their profession is something else . And also I have been using premium from last 6 months I don't see any new profiles. Frustrated with seeing same profiles daily and free member ca nt see our premium member message as well which is even more disappointing

This app is useless. Once you register you will be spammed by profiles that do not match your specified preferences. None of the so called premium subscriptions were on any us either as the idea appears to be to promote the highest paid assistant subscriptions which are available for 3 to 6 months. Look elsewhere if serious about finding a good alliance.

Really a worst app.Mainly there is no customer service . Very bad services. I will recommend to not to buy package.They not even responding for our doubts.They called us lot of times and texted us before buying the package but now they are not responding at all. And more over there are no matches near us.Don't use it by watching ads. It's not same as they shown in advertisements. Worst app that one star is also waste ,because of customer service.

Filled with either fake or non serious profiles. Got a premium plan and sent over 100 invites with whom I match 100% of their preferences with as low as 5 and as high as 15 preferences set by them. Not a single accept. Their 30-day match guarantee is also fake and they will find some way to decline the claim. I'm glad I lost only 3 months of money. App UI is terrible. There are so many basic features missing. Eg rearranging of photos. They asked to delete all photos and upload in desired order.

App has good UI and works as expected for the most part. Profile matching works very well, and have been happy with the proposals we got through this site. App has more restrictions on navigation than the website, which is annoying. You cannot look at all the interests received without accepting or declining each one of them. And I was not able to complete the signup process from the app due to a weird error. I had to finish the Signup from website.
