This App is a nightmare to use. Every product shows up on it as out of stock even though it is available on the website. Nothing seems to be helping though I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times. Also navigation is hard and not so user friendly

O I live in the UK I have I installed this app twice and it is telling me that I live in the United Arab Emirates. I won't be bothering again. I have tried to change the location but no can do. Why is a large company like Sephora using such awful software. Feel Unique was easy to register. This is a poor replacement I will stick with the other beauty sites. This feels like hard work.

When you try to pay using this app it gets stuck and your transaction does not go through. When you try to get any sort of assistance through Whatsapp it takes forever. Considering a lot of people use Sephora the least the management can do for their consumers is fix the bugs on their app and their inefficient customer service response time.

Products disappear from cart, I had ordered previously and this time there's no address in my address book and on entering the address the app kept giving me error. I had to uninstall and re-install the app. Also never got the product until now. I have a tracking ID the delivery date has passed but still shows the same date.

Horrible app... products disappeared on confirmation and payment..the app n offers on this app are a spam. Products on offer are unavailable and replaced by higher priced items. The worst being that you waste time to select your items to buy and on checkout they disappear. Once in my basket for purchase,how can they be removed? First time online purchase from Sephora and it is a big disappointment.

I ordered 2 perfumes. As per the policy announced on the app and their website, they do same day delivery. I kept calling for days without solving my issue or giving a clear answer to when the order will be delivered. Now I have to wait for days till they process my money back. Overrated company. They make you feel that you should keep thanking them the whole day that they are going to sell you products. I will never ( again never) buy from you. I uninstalled the app.

After having such a disgusting experience in 2021 when they sent me unsealed, used and damaged products and refused to refund me claiming the 3 day return period had expired, I decided to give them another try and ordered on their app. I didn't receive the order and had to call and follow up. I was informed the order was going to be cancelled as the items are not in stock. Ironically, the items are STILL available for purchase on their app. Maybe they're waiting to send me customer returns.

I tried to use the app during the sale as it was supposed to give extra 15% off, however; when I checked out I received a message that payment didn't go through and to try again. I tried again and got the same message. Later on I receive 2 SMS from my bank that I've been billed twice. I checked the purchase history and both orders were cancelled. I've been emailing the customer care email for days with no reply. Terrible experience from an app of such a big company name...

Where to begin.. App is always crashing, signs me out when i sign back in it just shows me the "sign in/create account" again, all products appear as out of stock (every single one.. which is not true bc on the laptop version i can clearly see there is stock), every search comes with a "0 products matching" (also for everything something as simple "eyeliner" for example). My app is updated to the latest possible version (i double check this whenever an app crashes).. disappointing

I've been having a very bad experience. Everyday I add something in cart or wishlist, before I can proceed to checkout, it says "your basket is empty". Once again I have to find all items and add them again. If 1 item goes out of stock before checkout, instead of removing that 1 item from cart, the entire cart becomes zero. It's way too annoying now. Inspite of updating the app.

Dislike the app and the total website change. Feels incomplete and appears to be released before fully functional. Many products out of stock, or wrong image and description, app not intuitive, suddenly crashes, no more option to choose your 3 samples on checkout, no section of latest offers and promos etc. Adding a few shiny videos doesn't made a good app. Ugh.

1. The app is quite slow to load. I've had to reopen it multiple times for sections to load faster. 2. You can save things to your cart and other people can still buy them. It won't notify you, you can even purchase products and suddenly find that the entire order is cancelled because one thing is sold out. I lost a promo code as well this way. Would advise the developer to look at how asos handles this process. May as well use the website

Worst app ever The staff cancels ur order without a reason and they never reply to ur emails ( even tho it says u will get a reply after 12-24 h)

I have made a purchase back in November and added items to my order just to be eligible for the free gift in November. The free gift was added to my invoice and confirmed. I did not receive it. I raised 4 customer care tickets always receiving a response that this was escalated and I will receive an update. With no response. Worse experience and such a disappointment.

I can't change the country from uae to qatar although when I first downloaded the app I wrote sephora qatar yet it only shows as sephora uae!

I have shopped at Sephora all over the world, and Qatar is the worst customer ever!! All the sales assistants smother you, constantly asking if you need help, standing way too close and when you do ask for help they have zero product knowledge. Also, 200 point gifts have been out of stock for months, and the customer service online is shocking!!! Time to stop shopping here.

Received a damaged item. Requested for a return, items have been taken by their courier but no refund has been made since 2 months! Be careful! Avoid the online store!

I do not expect that there is a good company and brand that deals with a delivery company this badly. It is a disaster in every sense of the word. It is not enough for your brand to be great but to associate it with a bad delivery company and grocery delivery is better than it. You are only sacrificing your reputation. A company that chooses a cheap delivery company like this is considered an underestimation of customer value

I love shopping at sephora but for some reason it wouldn't let me create a account whenever I put my email in it would say "an account already exists with this username" even tho I never made an account. Then I made a WHOLE NEW email just for it to say the same thing 🤨
