I order from the app because the female workers in the shops are annoying as hell following my every move and begging me to buy things!!! You need to retrain your staff in the shops and tell them to stop following customers so they can breathe when shopping!

Looks like it would be a good app, except it thinks I'm in Saudi Arabia and won't let me change it so can't actually shop or order anything

Worse app ever! Doesn't even let me place any orders. Does not work at the checkout point. I wish I could give 0 stars!

Nice aap, just got my percel today, but little bit disappointed foundation pump is not working, it's very hard for me to go through return back process, and all , order should be checked before delivery it's good for customer satisfaction.

I lost my points without receiving anything on it. May not seem like a big deal but what's the whole point of a loyalty program right? My points on the website don't tally with the points on the app.. I can't even reach anyone in support.

I have tried paying through my card and multiple times it's said technical error. Even I tried cash payment and same saud technical error.

Great store and more important Great customer care service. I had a problem with an order and they took great care to solve it. I am thrilled to be able to enjoy sephora online since my continuous visits to the store sometimes are hard to do.

Refused to sign in. Repeated sign ins makes no difference in account. Still asks to sign in despite already signing in 4 times. Website equally as useless as it will not save wishlist items into account. Have tried this with 4 different web browsers and still doesn't work.

Its very nice they solved the issue of screen getting black whenever you try to open any item for details. Didnt face any other issues right now. Will try to add some items in the basket and see what haopens at checkout time.

Can't log in to the app with my existing account, it says my username and password are invalid even though I can log in to the browser version of the site with them no problem. When I tried resetting my password to see if it would help it declared that my Hotmail account was not a valid email address. Absolutely baffled with how to use this 🤷🏻♀️

This app used to be good! Now it's useless tbh; every time I enter the app, it says "oops, technical problem." It's been like this for a couple of months. I also updated the app whenever it needs to be updated, but same problem every time
