Hi Admin, I don't know why each time I log in, I keep seeing the secret phrase pop up for me afresh. If it is a secret phrase list indeed, then it should not be a prerequisite for each login I make. Also, I have funded my account on the; App and it has reflected already. However, I've been trying to login to familiarize myself with every other feature on the app; and for the past 3 hours of several attempts to log in, all I see is a dark blank page. Kindly fix this. Thank you.

after have backup my phrase it still keeps bring seedphrase backup for me then to deposit with NGN it was issue none of your customers help out for this issue

the first thing you can't upload profile picture the second the app is just use less on my phone how long does it take to verify BVN and NIN when I open the app to deposit it will say verify document 📄 what nonsense

I can't login to my Sentz app it will send code to my WhatsApp and email but it keeps saying my transaction code is wrong and I can't recover or create a new phrase key. why is that so?

I was able to make a deposit with my naira account and after that, that option was taken away. I don't have any knowledge on how to process a crypto transaction, I downloaded this app because of the feature that allows for deposit in naira

this app is totally messed up I'm so annoyed 😠 they asked me to add an email to verify the account which are do to just go back and copy the password sent to my email to verify the account the app didn't work again please you people should try and fix the issue

I initiated a withdrawal over 5 hours now and the withdrawal is still processing. I've contacted support severally and they're yet to do anything about it. The issue was finally resolved after 6 hours. Thank youu

i love the fact that i can transfer money easily without having to pay huge charges 🥰.love you sentz.but the problem i have is that they take to long for withdrawal processing And also maintenance cause the app has been on maintenance for almost 3 days and i can't withdraw .imagine if i was in an urgent situation

this app is really great but the only issues is withdrawal it made me stop using this app but piss me off quickly when ever I need more urgent I can get it and when ever I withdraw at night I can't get it I'm really tired if this app the only issues is withdrawal

Thanks for ur reply. But there is no dollar deposit option. I thought it's said to work like a dollar account? My account supposed to generate a dollar deposit account number for direct deposit n receiving from anywhere in d world. When transactions here is dat easy it's gonna attract users.

Potential is there; +1 for its UI being minimal and focused exactly as it should be. +1 for Sentz email/chat support being somewhat prompt. +3 for using and promoting the very important, private MobileCoin blockchain. -2 for their default 3rd-party exchange, Paybis, because they're totally useless, at least for me here in the US; I literally lost days trying to get it to work. Coinbase for the win!

Nice app but I can't add up my personal details, it is unable to highlight, so I can add up my names. Also , I want to fund my account directly from my local bank account but finding it difficult.

There is still no way to select a profile picture on Android. The button is there, it just doesn't do anything. There is not even an option to update the permissions on the pixel 6, android 15. No permission for file access. This is a serious bug which they are ignoring. This indicates that you can expect bad customer service from them. It has been 2 months and still waiting for a fix.
