When I first downloading the app it seemed to work pretty well. I was talking to real people, everything seem to go to be true!! I decided to spend 19.99 on an upgrade that gave me more options. As soon as my payment went through I was getting scammer after scammer all day long. My normal messages just seem to stop, I had to reset my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note s10 plus) because it started freezing. The app creators need to find a way to fix the scammer problems. I want my $ back!!

Very surprised at how good the app is. Extremely fast and personal response to a report to the support team. After first 48 hours of use, Did not find it full of fakers and scammers. Location and age filters work properly. Messaging is easy and free.. slight delay on new member profile being published.. That is a good thing.. They really are looking. No pressure to join.. I give it four and a half stars.

Android app does not allow to cancel subscription . Posses the stupid 20% discount option. Customer service is silent about refunds. I had to go into a web browser, login and cancel the auto renew. If you subscribe, immediately delete the credit/debit card details. Otherwise, the practice is akin to entrapment and is shady. Too bad to see the site going downhill, as a long time user.

Some features were difficult to operate, like editing/adding photos..... I had to open it up in my browser just to be able to access all of the settings. I have a Samsung Galaxy j7 2018.... maybe other models didn't have this problem? Also, the messaging setup was a little confusing... I wish unread messages had a different color background or something.

Wow. Can't even change my profile picture. It's blank. No 3 dots to select. X BUTTON does nothing, selecting from the screen only gives option to Delete or Make Private. What kind of joke app is this? Making a Profile Picture is the most BASIC FEATURE ever. Trash app UPDATE MAY 21ST: So apparently you can't even read messages unless you upgrade to Premium. Cements my decision about this Trash App even more now. Wow.

they report you for everything, it's been like 5 times for things I haven't even done. Tons of scammers, many stand ups and lots of time wasting. Not to mention it lags pretty badly and is just really choppy and slow. You need to keep refreshing the page to see new messages, and you don't get any notifications either. I advise you move on

I have not been able to log into my app with my email and password. Even though ican go to the website and log in with it just fine. It's given me a network error (which is ridiculous because I'm on my own personal networ.) Now, it's saying my email password combination isn't correct even though I just took it and signed into the website. And yes it was correct. I've tried it several times with the appearance on just so I can see forsure. So for now I'm giving this app 1 star until I can use it

It's a well designed site (probably the best of dating I've used). A HUGE problem and oversight is that it appears that others can't tell if you've had the optional background check (which costs $50) on the phone app, although others can see that on the website. There should be a prominent symbol or other indication on your profile in the app so others can check for it. Lastly, almost all of the posted pictures are heavily filtered or heavy makeup is applied. For men, that's a significant problem!

Difficult to find matches. Searching is very general and you cannot accept or refuse a profile while examining it. Even a specific search brings very general results causing you to have to read every profile to find matches. Also this app is definitely limited activity in many areas still. Could be improved. Will be interesting to see if they bother.

on 1 star because I cannot do zero. the site is fine and this review is not on content but on app functionality and user experience. I want to like this but the app has so many bugs it's easier to just login on the website and use it there. this app displays that I have sent the same messages to different people additionally if you try to add or delete pictures it is buggy and doesn't always let you add new ones. this app has the potential to be good but it needs more development

Once you create a profile, this app is only good for: 1) Checking messages, and 2) Hiding / blocking profiles that are either outside your area or whom you're uninterested in. I don't get why "About Me" and "Seeking" sections are hidden and require an internet browser to view. Also, the search function is so unwieldy compared to its browser version. So until MAJOR changes are made, this app will only be a fraction of what it could be. It's almost useless as an app.

Website is great in helping find what your looking for, not like all the others where you have to pay for every single thing you want to do like messaging, checking your likes, people who have viewed your page, ect. That's the main reason why I like Seeking. Only downside with the app is that it crashes alot in the middle of messaging. The actual website through your browser doesn't. Hopefully that gets fixed soon but other than that the app is good and user friendly.

If you have the money, this app is worth it. If you register as AMAB or male you have to pay a subscription, minimum $100/mo or $269/3mo I think? I've already met a few very cool, interesting people, but haven't yet found the arrangement I'm seeking. I like the app, but the user interface could be improved a bit, in its load up from opening, and the messaging interface.

The app does not provide a way to cancel. When you try, you are offered the subscription at a reduced rate. The app only gives 2 choices, accept the reduced rate or exit out of the cancelation process entirely. So, You have no choice. You are trapped into the continued subscription. I sent message through the app to cancel, I also called (left v-mail). Both attempts at reaching them were ignored.

They are inconsistent! The two profile options are confusing. One requires a membership to msg the other does not. If you choose the wrong profile type there is no way to switch. They also kept restricting me from my account. Instead of just asking for ID they lock the account and you have to reach out for them to fix it. I've emailed twice with no response. The biggest messed up part is that my roommate is signed up and never had to verify anything. We have the SAME ip address. Terrible app

Nice user interface overall. The only problem I've encountered is on the "Seeking" screen, under Settings, after setting my location to my City, State, Country, and setting a mile limit, I am still mostly being shown users who are located all over the world as if none of my settings actually filtered anything. The only thing it does filter correctly is the gender/sex of the people I want to see. If you could look into this that'd be great! Thanks!

I've seen worse, but some simple aspects to the app that need fixing. 1) a LOT of fake profiles. People sign up, curious, but then are inactive. There should be a feature that disables accounts after x amount of time. There are even accounts that are courteous to note "test account" but no way to officially report them. 2) app does not recognize emoji. Learned hard way that emoji come through as $ for a placement filler and had someone upset with me for sending $. 3) most profiles have 0 pics.
