This app always has issues. It is extremely frustrating. There are constantly "internet connection" issues. Which is not accurate because everything else will work just fine. I notice others are getting the same issue. Please fix this!! Also, I can't deposit checks online anymore because after I take a picture of the check and hit ok the whole app closes and does nothing. Fix your app!!!!!!

Every day, most of the time, it just loads and loads and then says it can't access and gives a number to call. The old app worked amazing, this doesn't work at all. Update 5/31/21- The app will not let me login at all, it is literally was easier to just log in on the website and do everything there on my phone. Deleting this app and won't reinstall untill there are some major changes.

It's not much different from the old app but it is difficult to log out of. Also, if I want to make a scheduled payment against a loan, even after clicking "pay now" I still have to remember the exact amount t and fill in all the blanks. In other words, the "pay now" feature has no benefit to just starting a blind transfer.

This new version just sucks. Somebody somewhere decided to ruin a previously perfectly functional app. At least half of my attempts to login fail ("not permitted at this time") so I have to go through the webpage. This happens FAR more often than it used to. There's also no go back one page option. Why? I also can't seem to logout if the app even lets me in, so I have to swipe the app off. This version is a serious step backwards from the previous one. Somebody blew it bigtime. Huge 👎👎

It no longer allows me to photo deposit. Once I take one out of the 2 photos the app closes and reboots. I've already deleted and re installed the app 3 times. I've tried doing the whole process in different orders. I haven't changed anything on my phone on my end at all. It's quite frustrating when I only have half an hour for my lunch break and physically going to the bank for a deposit usually takes about 45 minutes. Please help me.

Constantly has problems logging me into my account, despite username and password being correct. It locks my account due to multiple attempts logging in with correct info but the connection doesn't go through. Makes me need to unlock my account constantly. The most inconvenient & halirious process on the planet. They should beta test these apps before releasing them broken. It's been like this for over a year & hasn't been fixed despite being common issue.

The back arrow will not work so if you are checking if a bill has been scheduled to be paid you have to get out of the app and sign back in. If you are going to pay a bill and try to check an account number you also have to get out and log back in. The visual format is real hard on older eyes. The older version was a lot better. I DO NOT LIKE THIS APP. It is not user friendly. I am very frustrated with it.

I've had this app for a long time ...now it keeps telling me I have no internet...when I clearly do because everything else works. I reinstalled it and it keeps telling me the same thing. When it was working i was never able to get in after a certain time at night which was not good. I should be able to see my account anytime i need to. I understand when there's maintenance but there can't be maintenance every single night for the past years I've had it... That's not good.

I'm not sure what's happening. But recently the app DOES NOT WORK. I open the app and it stays on the icon screen. I literally have to close and open the app SEVERAL times before I even get to the log in screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Then when I finally get into the app and click on my account, it will keep loading forever. And it does not have anything to do with internet connection, it happens at home. Switching tabs is also a "loading" issue.

Finally got the mobile deposit to work again after a year or so. Now I can't even get it to open to a log in page. Aaaaagggg! Used to work great! Never had any issues till a few months ago. Suddenly the mobile deposit doesn't work at all. It either won't take the picture at all, or if it does it crashes the app. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times still not working. Very frustrating!

It's hard to review something that no longer works. This app worked OK. Just fine for my needs. I could make it work. The previous app worked about the same, no issues. About a month ago, it stopped working entirely. I can't log in at all, even though I can log in on the web site just fine. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared all data, tried recovery (my password works), and tried to unlock the account (it works on my phone browser just fine). This app simply doesn't work.

Doesn't seem like a new and improved app. The all white background is not friendly to the eyes. Also, under the transaction history, the company name no longer displays in full or partial so I have to use the online option to view this info. Another thing, I often get errors when I try to preview balance without logging in, although I have set this up several times. Frustrating. Would love to go back to the old app.

This is a mediocre app. Before the update it was awesome, no complaints even 5 stars. Now it's very plain. One example is if I'm trying to make a payment, I have to remember the exact minimum payment. It leaves the payment amount slot blank and I have to go back to home account page and see how much the minimum payment is and then go back to making payment. While before, the minimum amount was already there and can be changed if need be. Please fix or go back to old version please.

This app became a complete joke. When it first released, I was pretty pleased by how intuitive the app was. After the latest update, it takes forever to load before I'm able to type in my credentials to the login page unless I connect to wifi. Even transferring cash takes just as long. I tried different banking apps to ensure it wasn't my network and each one worked flawlessly. I started logging in ssfcu on the browser in case I'm in a rush. It's slow too but not as much as the app.

I have been using the various iterations of this app for the past few years. Within the last few months, an update or something has caused the app not to load the login page first on my WiFi, and then not on mobile data or WiFi. My WiFi isn't the issue as I have other devices that have no problem with it, so it is your app. Please fix this or I am honestly considering moving to a different bank because if you can't figure out a decent mobile app, then I'm not sure if I want you handling my money

After the last update it will not allow me to see my accounts. Passwords work fine, just gives me an error message. Also not being able to access my accounts after midnight even at the branch ATM has always been a joke. How much maintenance is really required? Please fix these issues. It is frustrating when you work nights to not be able to access your accounts.

SSFCU online banking has gotten so bad lately that I can even use the ATM locally. I can't login to app 80% of the time, online used to be more reliable, but since they changed the app, online banking through the web browser has become equally unreliable, as the app. It is becoming difficult to run my business without being able to access my accounts at all. Strange coincidence that my local ATM has been down for days? Get it together SSFCU.

Can't even open the app to begin with. Won't let me do certain transactions. Received text about them to comfirm it was me, which I said yes, and said my card was available for use again. Tried and failed again. Then they called. Confirmed it was me. Still can't do it. Added a bank to transfer money from the card to another card. Waited the 3 days for verification. Account has been verified. Won't let me transfer. Has been nothing but problems and a huge inconvenience for me.

I cannot login in to view accounts. I enter the password, or use the fingerprint scan, and a loading box pops up for a few seconds, then it's right back at the same screen with the correct password, but unable to access accounts. I called the customer service number that pops up when login doesn't work, and they let me know that my account isn't locked, and informed me to try and clear my cache. I did that and still nothing. 👎

Constantly having issues logging in (just continues "loading" and "verifying") even just trying to get my balance preview. Going to the website isn't any better. Page is stuck on "loading" after answering the security question as well. No the app/website was not undergoing any maintenance at the times the excessive login attempts occurred.
